Agli inizi degli anni Settanta i F.lli Ceccato si trasferiscono a Torino dove iniziano a lavorare come artigiani nell’indotto Fiat. Affrancati da
questa prima esperienza nel 1978 decidono di rientrare in Veneto e nasce la ditta LA.ME.D srl.
Da allora l’azienda opera nel settore della metalmeccanica ed è specializzata nelle lavorazioni meccaniche per asportazione di truciolo;
si propone per la realizzazione di pezzi singoli, piccole e medie serie, attrezzature, prototipi e gruppi montati e realizzazione di
particolari/ricambi a campione.
Il taglio, la carotatura, la tornitura, la rettifica, la fresatura, l’alesatura, la stozzatura, la saldatura, i collaudi dimensionali e montaggi sono
le principali lavorazioni da noi effettuate.
In particolare vengono eseguite lavorazioni a disegno cercando sempre di proporre le migliori soluzioni costruttive grazie all’esperienza
trentennale nel settore e alla competenza del proprio personale specializzato.
Nel 2007 LA.ME.D srl si trasferisce a Lentiai (BL) e con lo scopo di razionalizzare il processo produttivo nasce anche C.C.M s.r.l., una
azienda attigua consociata che si occupa prevalentemente dei settori di taglio e sgrossatura grazie ad una vasta gamma di carotatori.
La struttura odierna occupa una superficie coperta di 1600 m2 in cui trovano posto l’officina meccanica, il magazzino e gli uffici commerciali e
amministrativi e una superficie scoperta di 1400 m2. A ciò si aggiungono 1600 m2 di superficie coperta e 1400 m2 di superficie scoperta
occupati dalla consociata C.C.M. srl.
Allo scopo di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze del cliente e di garantire la qualità del prodotto la ditta LA.ME.D srl investe costantemente
nello sviluppo di una politica della qualità e grazie a tale impegno ha ottenuto la certificazione secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
rilasciata da Certiquality s.r.l.
At the beginning of the Nineteen Seventies, the Ceccato brothers moved to Turin where they began working as skilled workers for Fiat
manufacturing. Having been greatly influenced by this initial experience, in 1978 they decided to return to the Veneto area and the firm
LA.ME.D Ltd. was born.
From that point on the firm has worked in the engineer industry sector and has specialised in mechanical manufacturing for the removal
of shavings. We also specialise in the realisation of single pieces, small and medium series, equipment, prototypes and mounted assemblies and the realisation of details/spare part samples.
Our main manufactures are cutting, coring, turning, grinding, milling, reaming, shaping, welding, dimensional testing and assembling.
In particular, we do design manufacturing and endeavour to provide the best building solutions, thanks to our experience of thirty years
in the sector and the competence of our specialised personnel.
In 2007 LA.ME.D Ltd. moved to Lentiai (BL) and with the aim of rationalising the production process C.C.M Ltd. was also born, an adjoining
subsidiary company which deals mainly with the sectors of cutting and roughing-out thanks to a wide range of corers.
The present structure occupies a floor space of 1600 square meters in which there are the machine workshop, the warehouse and the
commercial and administrative offices and an outside area of 1400 square meters. To this should be added 1600 square meters of indoor
area and 1400 square meters of outdoor area of the subsidiary C.C.M. Ltd.
In order to best satisfy the customers’ needs and to guarantee the quality of their product, LA.ME.D Ltd invests constantly in the
development of a quality policy and, thanks to this, has obtained the certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 released by
Certiquality Ltd.
In den frühen siebziger Jahren zieht es die Gebrüder Ceccato nach Turin, wo sie bei der Fiat als Handwerker arbeiten. Bereichert durch
diese Erfahrung kehren sie 1978 nach Venetien zurück und gründen das Unternehmen LA.ME.D srl.
LA.ME.D srl ist spezialisiert auf die mechanische Zerspannung, Gerätebau, Prototypen, Ersatzteile und Montagen.
Die Hauptaufgaben sind: Schneiden, Kernbohrungen, Drehen, Schleifen, Fräsen, Ausbohren, Reiben, Probeläufe , Zusammenbau für
Einzelstücke und kleine bis mittlere Serien.
Dank unserer dreissigjährigen Erfahrung und unseren Spezialisten versuchen wir immer die besten konstruktiven Lösungen anzubieten.
Im Jahr 2007 zieht es die LA.ME.D srl nach Lentiai (BL). Um den Produktionsprozess zu rationalisieren wird C.C.M s.r.l. gegründet, eine
Tochtergesellschaft, welche hauptsächlich in der Rohbearbeitung tätig ist.
Die derzeitige Struktur verfügt über eine überdachte Fläche von 1600m2 für die Produktion Werkstatt, Lager, Vertriebs - und
Verwaltungsbüros und einen Aussenbereich von 1400m2. Dazu kommen eine überdachte Fläche von 1600m2 und 1400m2 Freifläche der
Tochtergesellschaft C.C.M. srl.
Um eine bessere Erfüllung der Kundenwünsche und die Qualität der Produkte des Unternehmens zu gewährleisten investiert
LA.ME.D srl kontinuierlich in die Entwicklung der Qualitätspolitik . Dank dieses Engagements wurde ihr das Zertifikat UNI EN9001: 2008
durch Certiquality Ltd ausgestellt.

Vengono lavorati tutti i tipi di Fe, acciaio, inox, ghisa, bronzo, ottone, alluminio e materie plastiche quali Teflon, Nylon e PE.
Viene seguito tutto il ciclo produttivo a partire dall’approvvigionamento delle materie prime e dei componenti
commerciali fino al prodotto finito. Grazie alla collaborazione di seri e collaudati fornitori in grado di rilasciare certificati di
idoneità, il prodotto finito viene fornito completo di:
Trattamenti termici (ricottura, bonifica, normalizzazione, cementazione, tempra ad induzione, nitrurazione);
Trattamenti galvanici (cromatura, cromatura a spessore, brunitura, nichelatura, anodizzazione, zincatura elettrolitica,
fosfatazione);
Trattamenti di verniciatura, gommatura;
Riporti ceramici;
Foratura profonda;
Equilibratura.

We work all types of iron, steel, inox, cast iron, bronze, brass, aluminium and plastic material such as Teflon, Nylon and PE.
We follow the whole production cycle from the purchase of raw material and commercial components to the finished
product. Thanks to the collaboration of tried and tested suppliers who are able to release qualification certificates, the
finished product is sold complete with:
Thermic treatments (annealing, hardening and tempering, case hardening, induction hardening, and nitriding);
Galvanic treatments (chromium plating, thick chromium-plating, burnishing, nickel-plating, anodizing, electrolytic
galvanizing and phosphating);
Painting, gumming;
Ceramic coating;
Deep drilling;
Balancing.
The main sectors the firm works with are many and varied:
the sector of iron metallurgy plants;
the sector of machinery for building sites;
the sector of farming/agriculture machinery;
the sector of air-conditioning;

Es werden alle Arten von Eisen, Stahl, Edelstahl, Gusseisen, Bronze, Messing, Aluminium und Kunststoffe wie Teflon, Nylon
und PE bearbeitet.
Der gesamte Produktionszyklus von der Rohstoffversorgung zu den Komponenten bis zur Fertigstellung wird überwacht.

Il nostro parco macchine è costituito da:
3 muletti e 4 portali dotati di 16 sollevatori RWM da 5 a 20 quintali e di un carroponte OMIS da 6,3 tonnellate per la
movimentazione delle merci;
3 seghetti a CNC e una troncatrice manuale a nastro per il taglio;
5 fresatrici tradizionali visualizzate verticali ed orizzontali, un centro di lavoro verticale con cambio pallets, un centro di
lavoro orizzontale con cambio pallets, 3 centri di lavoro verticali, un centro di lavoro a 5 assi per il reparto di fresatura;
2 torni paralleli visualizzati, 2 torni con impianto di carotatura, 8 torni a controllo numerico per il reparto di tornitura;
1 rettifica per piani e 1 rettifica universale;
1 pressa da 100 tonnellate;
1 stozzatrice;
1 reparto di saldatura;
1 apparecchio di marcatura.
The car park is organised in the following way:
3 shunters and 4 portals provided with 16 RWM fork lifts, lifting from 5 to 20 quintals and an OMIS bridge crane with a 6,3
tonnes capacity for the movement of materials;

work area with change pallets, 3 vertical work areas and a 5 axis work are for the turning department;
2 parallel turners as shown, 2 turners with a core boring facility, 8 turners numerically controlled for the turning department;
1 grinder for floors and 1 universal grinder;
1 press of 100 tonnes;
