Three phase booster sets with 2 variable speed electric pumps
La nuova serie di gruppi di pressione a velocità variabile CPS3/20 rappresenta una soluzione
affidabile e di facile utilizzo per applicazioni residenziali e industriali.
Il sistema prevede l’installazione di due elettropompe in parallelo dotate di controllo
elettronico. Il CPS3 è un dispositivo elettronico in grado di variare la frequenza
dell’elettropompa. Integrato direttamente sul motore permette di regolarne la velocità
in modo da fornire all’utenza sempre la stessa pressione anche al variare della richiesta
d’acqua.
The new series of CPS 3/20 variable speed booster sets represents a reliable and easy to
use solution for residential and industrial applications.
Each pump installed in the system is equipped with a CPS 3 frequency changer. Directly
integrated on the pump motor it reduces or increases the speed based on the effective
water demand.

Funzionamento
Quando la pressione dell’impianto scende al di sotto della soglia impostata, il modulo avvia
la prima pompa del gruppo per ripristinare la pressione di set point; la velocità di rotazione
della pompa varia in funzione della richiesta di acqua quindi, ad una maggiore richiesta si
avrà una velocità più elevata, fino al raggiungimento di quella massima impostata, dopodiché, se l’impianto richiede maggiori prestazioni, il modulo azionerà la seconda pompa per
entrare in soccorso e mantenere la pressione stabile. Al diminuire della richiesta di acqua
si avrà una riduzione della velocità dell’ultima pompa entrata in funzione fino al suo spegnimento. Il modulo manterrà in funzionamento la prima pompa entrata in moto fino al raggiungimento della velocità minima impostata dopodiché, se non si avranno nuove diminuzioni di
pressione la pompa sarà arrestata.
Il CPS3/20 è dotato di cinque modalità di funzionamento per rispondere alle esigenze di
funzionamento.
Working features
When there is a pressure decrease in the system, CPS starts the first pump to reach the
set point pressure. The pump’s speed depends on water demand. In case of an excessive
system’s pressure decrease, the CPS starts the pump and regulates its speed until the operating pressure is re-established.
If water consumption increases,the control system raises the speed of the pump up to the
maximum set value.If water consumption decreases the speed of the pump is reduced up
to its minimum. If there is no further water demand the pump stops.
CPS 3/20 shows five working functions.
