Nel 1780, ai margini del paese, vicino al Rio San Vigilio tra prati e bosco,
vengono al mondo due realtà gemelle: l’oasi dell‘Hotel Aqua Bad Cortina
e l’omonima fonte di acqua minerale che oggi fa di ogni singolo rubinetto
della casa una piccola sorgente:

Seit dem Jahre 1780 finden sich am Rande des Dorfes, am Bachufer zwischen Wiesen und Wald, zwei verwandte Seelen: Die Oase des Hotel
Aqua Bad Cortina und die gleichnamige Mineralwasserquelle, die heute
jeden einzelnen Wasserhahn unseres Hauses speist: Vives, auf Ihr Wohl!

In 1780, on the edge of the village, between meadows and woods near
the River San Vigilio, two twin realities came to light: the oasis that is now
the Hotel Aqua Bad Cortina and the mineral water source of the same
name that makes every single tap in the hotel into a tiny spring:

Si tratta di bagni “rustici” - ripresi dalla tradizione - in calda acqua
minerale, che venivano consigliati specialmente per disturbi di tipo
reumatico, la cura della pelle e per il rilassamento totale del corpo
sedentario, affaticato e appesantito anche da stress motorio. L’acqua di
oggi è la stessa di allora. In lettura moderna, i bagni sono ideali dopo
impegnativi periodi di lavoro sia fisico che mentale, disturbi articolari
causati da una mancanza di movimento corporeo ma anche dopo
una giornata di piacevoli escursioni o divertenti sciate. Rigeneratevi e
rilassatevi donando attenzione al Vostro essere, ai Vostri sensi!
They are "rustic" baths - according to ancient traditions - in warm
mineral water, and were recommended especially for rheumatic
diseases, skin care, and for a complete relaxation of the body, in
case of fatigue and stress. The water is the same today as then. In
the modern version, the baths are ideal for relaxation after periods
of heavy physical and mental work, for joint diseases caused by a
lack of healthy movement.
As noticed effects, especially in the morning you can feel more
energy and during the afternoon and evening a deep relaxation is
perceptible. Pamper yourself and all your senses!
Wohltuende Schwefelbäder
Bei den Schwefelbädern handelt es sich um der Tradition nachempfundene
Bäder im warmen Mineralwasser, die vor allem bei rheumatischen
Erkrankungen, zur Hautpflege und zur absoluten Entspannung empfohlen
wurden. Das Wasser ist heute dasselbe wie damals. Auch nach heutigen
Erkenntnissen sind die Bäder ideal nach schwerer körperlicher Arbeit
und Stress und bei Gelenkerkrankungen, die durch einen Mangel an
Bewegung des Körpers verursacht werden. Badegäste verspüren häufig
mehr Energie am Morgen und eine tiefe Entspannung am Nachmittag
und am Abend. Beginnen Sie den Tag mit einem Mineralwasserbad in der
weltweit einzigartigen Silberquarzitwanne. Starten Sie mit voller Frische
