azienda agricola ubicata nel Comune
di Castelnuovo di Farfa, in provincia
di Rieti, a soli 50 km da Roma e a
poco più di 2 km dalla storica
Abbazia di Farfa, fondata dai monaci
benedettini nel VI secolo d.C.
La nostra azienda agricola costituisce
una realtà produttrice agile e snella,
impegnata nella produzione di un
Olio Extravergine di altissima qualità.

“Il Cervo Rampante” (lit. The Prancing
Deer) is a young farm located in the
municipality of Castelnuovo di Farfa,
in the province of Rieti, just 50 km
from Rome and a little more than
2 km from the historic Abbey of
Farfa, founded by Benedictine monks
in the 6th century AD. Our farm is
a dynamic and lively manufacturing
reality, engaged in producing very
high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

L’importanza dell’olio
extravergine d’oliva nella

Gli egizi - prima fra tutti la
regina Cleopatra riconoscevano all’olio
straordinarie proprietà per la

The importance of extravirgin olive oil in cosmetics
has ancient origins.
The Egyptians - and above
all Queen Cleopatra recognised the oil’s
extraordinary qualities for
the skin’s beauty; Greek
athletes used it to give their
muscles elasticity; Romans
thought it was an essential
element for body care; ladies
and knights of the
Renaissance also made great
use of it.
Modern science has
confirmed the validity of
the recognition that ancient
civilisations gave to the
so-called “green gold”.
