l’esclusiva personalità Arrow Special Parts. La fase di saldatura è uno dei momenti più delicati delle lavorazioni: per l’accoppiamento dei metalli,
dall’acciaio al titanio, si utlizzano i sistemi più avanzati. I processi utilizzati sono i classici MIG, TIG e ad acetilene sino ad arrivare alla saldatura ad
atmosfera controllata per il titanio. La sala prove del reparto esperienze, dotata di due banchi prova dinamici ed uno di tipo statico, grantisce un
accurato sviluppo dei dispositivi di scarico. La tecnologia all’interno della sala è di primissimo ordine: l’aria comburente è climatizzata in modo da
ottenere condizioni di temperatura, pressione ed umidità costanti, ed è inoltre presente un sistema di acquisizione dati che permette di tenere
sotto controllo tutti i parametri caratteristici del motore.

of reliability, good looks and top performance. For welding - one of the most delicate stages in the production process - only the most advanced systems are used. The methods employed range from traditional M.I.G., T.I.G. and acetylene-torch processes for stainless steel welding to
controlled-atmosphere welding when working with titanium. The Arrow Research & Development dept. is were it all happens. Motorcycles are
constantly growling on two dynamic and one static benches. Hi-tech equipment guarantees most accurate test results. The climate inside the
testing room is constantly monitored: temperature, air pressure and humidity are measured and, if necessary, modified in order to obtain perfect
testing conditions. Weights and noise levels are measured and compared and exhausts are tested over and over again until they perform like we
want them to.

rigenerazione, riparazione e modifica degli impianti di scarico. L’Arrow Race Lab è dotato di una sala prova insonorizzata e fornita
con banco dinamometrico Dynojet Research dell’ultima generazione, completo di sistema di ventilazione e climatizzazione. Un
sistema computerizzato di acquisizione dati affiancato dalle centraline per la telemetria fornite dalla 2D, da anni leader nel settore
della telemetria, consente di intervenire prontamente sui valori della carburazione e sulle altre componenti della moto che in gara
risultano essere spesso decisive per il risultato finale.
The Arrow Race Lab is the natural evolution of what Arrow is about: a Dyno-testing room on wheels, created to provide race
track support and assistance to teams relying on the Arrow Special Parts exhaust technology. Our Race Lab has set new standards
in the fast and ever changing world of motorcycle racing and it has become the number one technical reference for a number of
racing teams in MotoGP, World Superbike, World Supersport and Motocross. The Race Lab is equipped with a sound proof, climate
controlled testing room and the latest version of the Dynojet Static Test Bench. A computer controlled data collecting system guarantees precise evaluation of all gathered information, allowing a perfect engine set-up and fast and precise last-minute changes.
Our technicians have a full series of Beta tools and a T.I.G.-machine for stainless steel-, aluminium- and titanium-welding at their
disposal. The technical office right in front of the testing room is in non-stop telephone and modem contact with the Research
& Development Department in the Arrow headquarters in Italy. The Lab is powered with a Mercedes Actros engine with diesel
propulsion of 430 h/p. It has a Megaspace cabin and a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, an air-conditioned
meeting room with hi-fi stereo, digital satellite tv and video. Outdoors is the fully automatic 100 m2 hospitality tent.

La Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. con sede in San Giustino (PG), Via Citernese
n.128/130, Italia, garantisce tutti i particolari nuovi come da termini e condizioni indicate nei paragrafi 1.0.0-6.0.0 della presente garanzia.
La garanzia consiste nella sostituzione di particolari inutilizzabili o inefficienti per difetto di fabbricazione accertato e riconosciuto franco stabilimento Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. I particolari difettosi sostituiti in garanzia
diventano di proprietà della Arrow Special Parts S.p.A.
2.0.0 Esclusione:
La garanzia offerta da Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. non è applicabile:
per particolari utilizzati su motocicli impegnati in competizioni sportive di
qualsiasi tipo; per particolari utilizzati su motocicli impegnati in servizio di
noleggio; per particolari soggetti ad usura a seguito del loro normale funzionamento; per difetti derivati da ossidazione o da azioni degli agenti
atmosferici; uso improprio o abuso del particolare o del motociclo da parte
del proprietario e/o operatore; modifiche non autorizzate o modifiche effettuate da personale non rappresentante la Arrow Special Parts S.p.A.
3.0.0 Obblighi del compratore:
Al fine di mantenere valide le condizioni generali di garanzia, devono essere osservate le seguenti indicazioni:
disporre del documento fiscale comprovante l’acquisto del particolare;
comunicare eventuali difetti alla Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. entro 8 (otto)
giorni dal momento in cui detti difetti sono scoperti o avrebbero dovuto
essere scoperti usando la normale diligenza;
utilizzare il particolare in modo corretto ed effettuare la normale manutenzione.
4.0.0 Limitazioni:
Le condizioni generali di garanzia vengono a cessare nei seguenti casi:
i particolari manifestano difetti derivanti da sinistri, incuria e sovraccarichi;
utilizzo dei motocicli su cui detti particolari sono montati in modo non
conforme; la manutenzione dei motocicli su cui detti particolari sono
montati non è eseguita secondo le modalità esposte nel libretto di uso
e manutenzione; parti escluse come indicato nei paragrafi 2.0.0 e/o 5.0.0
della presente garanzia; parti escluse per negligenza del proprietario all’osservanza delle obbligazioni specificate nel paragrafo 3.0.0 della presente
garanzia.
5.0.0 Limitazioni per gli accessori tecnici non omologati
5.1.0 Le parti, i prodotti ed i componenti non omologati riportati nel catalogo Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. sono esclusivamente destinati a motocicli
impiegati in competizioni sportive su circuiti chiusi, al di fuori della rete
stradale pubblica e non devono essere utilizzati per nessun altro fine. Queste parti non devono essere utilizzate su nessun altro motociclo utilizzato
sulla rete stradale pubblica. L’installazione di queste parti può rendere un
motociclo fuori dai termini di legge per la circolazione sulla rete stradale
pubblica e può portare il proprietario e l’utilizzatore del motociclo a violare
la legge in vigore;
5.2.0 Queste parti sono vendute senza alcun tipo di garanzia;
5.3.0 Nell’acquistare queste parti, prodotti e componenti, l’acquirente
riconosce:
5.3.1 Che non gli è stata fatta alcuna presentazione riguardo a questi
articoli, inclusa, ma non limitatamente a, presentazione sulla qualità o
prestazioni e che egli sarà responsabile per qualsiasi costo di riparazione
o sostituzione al suo motociclo che possa in qualsiasi modo derivare da
qualche difetto o guasto di questi pezzi, prodotti e/o componenti.
5.3.2 Che tutti i pezzi, prodotti e/o componenti vengono acquistati solo a
fini di competizioni sportive e che saranno quindi installati solo su motocicli
usati fuori dalla rete stradale pubblica, in eventi autorizzati.
5.3.3 L’installazione di questi pezzi, prodotti e/o componenti su una moto
o ciclomotore potrebbe avere come conseguenza la cessazione della garanzia esplicita limitata fornita dalla casa costruttrice del veicolo
6.0.0. Responsabilità
La Arrow Special PartsS.p.A. è esonerata da ogni responsabilità ed obbligazione per qualsiasi incidente alle persone o alle cose che possano comunque verificarsi per o durante líuso dei prodotti forniti e per cause o in
dipendenza dei medesimi, anche durante l’eventuale collaudo.
Eventuali difettosità o ritardi nella riparazione non danno diritto al Compratore a risarcimento di danni nè a proroga di garanzia. Eventuali spese di
trasporto sono da considerare a carico del Compratore, come pure le spese
di sopralluogo da lui richiesto ed accettato dalla Arrow Special Parts S.p.A.
La garanzia offerta ai sensi del precedente paragrafo 1 (con le esclusioni e
le limitazioni di cui ai paragrafi 2.3 e 4) costituisce l’unica garanzia offerta
da Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. la quale pertanto sostituisce ad ogni effetto
qualsiasi altro rimedio di legge. La Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. si riserva il
diritto di apportare modifiche e miglioramenti a qualsiasi particolare, senza
obbligo di effettuare tali modifiche sui particolari giaí venduti. Il compratore
riconosce che per eventuali controversie nei confronti della Arrow Special
Parts S.p.A. sarà esclusivamente competente l’Autorità Giudiziaria del Foro
di Perugia.
6.1.0 La Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. declina espressamente qualsiasi garanzia implicita di commerciabilità ed idoneità per un determinato fine e
declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilitaí per danni accidentali e conseguenti
o per qualsiasi altra perdita derivante dall’uso di queste parti, prodotti e/o
componenti.
Le moto ed i marchi che compaiono sul catalogo e listino Arrow Special
Parts S.p.A. sono stati utilizzati esclusivamente per mostrare i prodotti di
ns. produzione.
La Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. non vende alcun pezzo di ricambio o accessorio originale.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
1.0.0 Warranty:
Arrow Special Parts S.p.A., with headquarters at Via Citernese 128/130 San Giustino (PG) - Italy, guarantees all new parts, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in Sections 1.0.0-6.0.0 of this warranty.
The warranty covers the replacement of parts that cannot be used or that
are faulty due to workmanship defects that have been ascertained and
acknowledged, delivered to the Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. facilities.
Defective parts replaced under warranty become the property of Arrow
Special Parts S.p.A.
2.0.0 Exclusions:
The warranty offered by Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. will not cover the following parts utilized on motorcycles used for any type of competitive racing: parts utilized on motorcycles used for rental purposes, parts subject
to normal operating wear, faults due to oxidation or atmospheric agents,
misuse or abuse of the part or the motorcycle by the owner and/or operator, unauthorized alterations or modifications by personnel who are not
agents of Arrow Special Parts S.p.A.
3.0.0 Purchaser’s obligations
The following indications must be observed in order for the general warranty conditions to remain valid: the fiscal document certifying purchase
of the part involved must be kept, Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. must be informed of any defects within 8 (eight) days after the fault has been detected
or would have been detected if due diligence had been observed, the part
must be used correctly and regular maintenance must be carried out.
4.0.0 Limitations
The general warranty conditions will not apply in the following cases: parts
that have become faulty following accidents, negligence or overload, part
mounted on motorcycles that were used incorrectly, parts mounted on
motorcycles that have not been serviced in accordance with the procedures listed in the Use and Maintenance Manual, parts excluded under
Section 2.0.0 and/or 5.0.0 of this warranty, parts excluded due to the owner’s failure to fulfill the obligations specified under Section 3.0.0 of this
warranty.
5.0.0 Disclaimer for technical accessories that have not been typetested
5.1.0 The parts, products and components that have not been type-tested and that are listed in the Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. catalogue are
intended exclusively for motorcycles used for off-highway closed-course
competitive racing and must not be used for any other purpose. These
parts must not be used on any other type of motorcycle that is used on
public thoroughfares. The installation of these parts may it illegal to operate the motorcycle on public roadways and may cause the motorcycle
owner and operate to break the laws in force.
5.2.0 These parts are sold without any type of warranty whatsoever.
5.3.0 By purchasing these parts, the purchaser acknowledges the following:
5.3.1 that no representation was made to him concerning these parts
including, but not limited to, representations as to their quality or performance, and that he will be responsible for the costs of any repair or
replacement on his motorcycle that may ensue in any way from any faults
or failure of these parts, products and/or components
5.3.2 that all the parts, products and/or components are purchased solely
for racing purposes and that they will therefore be installed only on motorcycles used in off-highway conditions during authorized events
5.3.3 that the installation of these parts, products and/or components on
a motorcycle or motorbike may void the express limited warranty given by
the vehicle manufacturer.
6.0.0 Liability
Arrow Special Parts is released from any liability or obligation for any accidents to people or property that may occur due to or during the use of
the products that have been supplied, or that are caused by or contingent
to these products, including accidents that may occur during testing.Any
faults or delays in carrying out repairs will not give the purchaser any right
to compensation for damages or to an extension of the warranty. Any
shipping costs should be considered at the purchaser’s expense. Likewise,
any costs involved in inspections requested by the purchaser and accepted
by Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. are at the purchaser’s expense. The warranty
provided pursuant to Section 1 above (with the exclusions and restrictions
listed in Sections 2, 3 and 4) constitutes the sole warranty offered by Arrow
Special Parts S.p.A. and therefore, in every respect it replaces any other
remedy under the law. Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. reserves the right to make
any alterations or improvements to any part without the obligation to modify any parts that have already been sold. The purchaser acknowledges
that the sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes involving Arrow Special
Parts S.p.A. will be the Court of Perugia.
6.1.0 Arrow Special Parts expressly disclaims any implied warranties as to
the marketability and suitability for any specific purpose and disclaims any
responsibility whatsoever for consequential or incidental damages or for
any other losses arising from the use of these parts, products and/or components.
The motorcycles and trademarks that appear in Arrow Special Parts S.p.A.
catalogues and price lists have been used solely to display the products
we manufacture. Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. does not sell any spare parts
or original accessories.

Die Firma Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. - San Giustino (PG), via Citernese
128/130, Italien - garantiert für alle Neuteile gemäß der in den Paragraphen
1.0.0 - 6.0.0 der vorliegenden Garantie aufgeführten Bestimmungen und
Bedingungen.
Die Garantie besteht im Austausch aller nicht verwendbaren Teile und der
Teile, die aufgrund von Herstellungsfehlern, so wie im Werk der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. überprüft und anerkannt, wirkungslos sind.
Die defekten und in Garantie ausgetauschten Teile gehen ins Eigentum
der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. über.
2.0.0 Ausschlüsse
Die Garantie der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. ist nicht applizierbar: bei Teilen,
die an Motorrädern verwendet werden, die im Wettkampfsport jeglicher
Art eingesetzt werden; bei Teilen, die an Mietmotorrädern montiert werden; bei Teilen, die aufgrund ihrer normalen Funktion einem Verschleiß
unterliegen; bei Dekekten, die durch Oxydation oder durch Einwirkung
von Umwelteinflüssen erzeugt werden; bei unsachgemäßer Anwendung
oder Mißbrauch des Teils oder des Motorrades seitens des Eigentümmers
und/oder des Fahrers; falls nicht zugelassene Veränderungen durchgeführt
wurden oder Änderungen von Personen, die nicht zur Arrow Special Parts
S.p.A. gehören, vorgenommen wurden.
3.0.0 Pflichten des Käufers
Zur Aufrechterhaltung der allgemeinen Garantiebedingungen müssen die
folgenden Punkte beachtet bzw. eingehalten werden: Vorlage der Verkaufsquittung des betreffenden Teils; Mitteilung an die Arrow Special Parts
S.p.A. der beanstandeten Mängel innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab dem Tag, an
dem sie durch Befolgung der normalen Kontrolle hätten erhoben werden
müssen; korrekter Gebrauch und normale Wartung der Teile.
4.0.0 Einschränkungen
Die Gültigkeit der allgemeinen Garantiebedingungen verfällt in folgenden
Fällen: wenn, die Teile Mängel aufweisen, die durch Unfälle, Nachlässigkeit oder Überlastung entstanden sind; wenn die Motorräder, an denen
die betreffenden Teile montiert wurden, nicht sachgemäß verwendet werden; wenn die Instandhaltung der Motorräder, an denen die betreffenden
Teile montiert wurden, nicht den im Anleitungs- und Instandhaltungshandbuch dargestellten Modalitäten entsprechend erfolgte; ausgeschlossene
Teile gemäß der in den Paragraphen 2.0.0 und/oder 5.0.0 der vorliegenden
Garantie angeführten Angaben; ausgeschlossene Teile aufgrund einer
Nachläßigkeit seitens des Eigentümers im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung
der unter dem Paragraphen 3.0.0 der vorliegenden Garantie spezifizerten
Pflichten.
5.0.0 Einschränkungen für die nicht homologierten technischen Zubehörteile
5.1.0 Die nicht homologierten Teile, Produkte und Komponenten aus
dem Katalog der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. sind ausschließlich für Motorräder bestimmt, die in Wettkämpfen auf geschlossenen Strecken, d.h.
außerhalb des öffentlichen Straßenverkehrsnetzes, eingesetzt werden und
dürfen daher keinerlei anderweiteigen Einsatz finden. Diese Teile dürfen auf keinen Fall auf einem Motorrad, welches später im öffentlichen
Straßenverkehr eingesetzt wird, verwendet werden. Der Einbau dieser
Teile kann dazu führen, daß ein Motorrad nicht mehr den für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr gültigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entspricht,
d.h. dazu, daß der Eigentümer oder der Fahrer des Motorrads gegen das
gültige Gesetz verstößt.
5.2.0 Diese Teile verfügen über keinerlei Garantie.
5.3.0 Durch den Kauf dieser Teile, Produkte und Komponenten erkennt
der Käufer an:
5.3.1 daß ihm diese Artikel nicht vorgestellt bzw. unterbreitet wurden,
einschließlich, und nicht nur beschränkt auf, eine Darlegung im Hinblick
auf deren Qualität oder Leistungen und daß er selbst für jegliche Kosten
für Reparaturen oder den Austausch der Teile an seinem Motorrad der aufgrund von Defekten oder Schäden dieser Teile, Produkte und/oder Komponenten erforderlich wird, verantwortlich ist bzw. aufzukommen hat.
5.3.2 daß alle Teile, Produkte und/oder Komponenten allein für den Einsatz im Wettkampfsport gekauft werden und daher nur bei Motorrädern
eingebaut werden, die außerhalb des öffentlichen Straßenverkehrsnetzes,
bei genehmigten Veranstaltungen, eingesetzt werden.
5.3.3 daß der Einbau dieser Teile, Produkte und/oder Komponenten auf
einem Motorrad oder Moped zum Verfall der ausdrücklich beschränkten
Garantie des Fahrzeugherstellers führen könnte.
6.0.0 Verantwortung
Die Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. ist von jeder Verantwortung und Verpflichtung im Hinblick auf jegliche Art an Unfällen von Personen oder Sachschäden, die sich vor und während der Anwendung der geliferten Produkte bewahrheiten können, ebeso für Ursachen oder Abhängigkeiten der
selben, auch während einer eventuellen Abnahmeprüfung, enthoben.
Eventuelle Mängel oder Reparaturverzögerungen geben dem Käufer keinerlei Recht auf Schadensersatz oder auf eine Garantieverlängerung. Eventuell entstehende Transportkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers, ebenso
die Kosten für die von diesem geforderten und von der Arrow Special Parts
S.p.A. akzeptierten Überprüfung der betreffenden Teile. Die Garantie im
Sinne des vorausgehenden Paragraphens (unter Ausschluß und mit den
Beschränkungen aus den Paragraphen 2, 3 und 4) stellt die einzige seitens
der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. gebotene Garantie dar und hebt mit jeglicher
Wirkung jede anderweitige gesetzliche Bestimmung auf. Die Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. behält sich das Recht vor, an allen Teilen Änderungen und
Verbesserungen anbringen zu können, ohne daß ihr daraus die Pflicht entsteht diese Änderungen auch an den bereits verkauften Teilen anbringen
zu müssen. Der Käufer erkennt an, daß bei eventuellen Streitigkeiten mit
der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. ausschließlich die Justizbehörde des Gerichts
in Perugia zuständig ist.
6.1.0 Die Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. lehnt ausdrücklich jegliche, an die
Verkäuflichkeit und die Eignung für einen bestimmten Einsatz gebundene Garantie, dazu jede und jegliche Art von Verantwortung für zufällige
Schäden und Folgeschäden oder für jeglichen anderweitigen Verlust, der
aus der Anwendung dieser Teile, Produkte und/oder Komponenten abgeleitet werden kann, ab.
Die im Katalog und in der Preisliste der Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. abgebildeten Mororräder und Markenzeichen, wurden ausschließlich dazu verwendet, die Artikel unserer Produktion vorzustellen.
Die Arrow Special Parts S.p.A. verkauft keinerlei Originalersatzteile bzw.
Originalzubehörteile.
