F Series - The ideal solution for the processing of flat edge with arris or 45°
profile. Combinations up to 12 wheels for each side and standard sizes up to
8000 mm with 3-19-50 mm thickness. The machine guarantees high quality
and longlasting reliability. The modular conception of these machines offers
the customer a made to measure machine that has all the advantages of a
highly industrialized product.

Serie P - macchina per la lavorazione del filo tondo e filo piatto
con filetti. Combinazioni fino a 6 mole per lato e misure standard fino a 3600
mm con spessori da 2 a 12 mm. Permette
un innalzamento della produttività e resiste ai carichi di lavoro
più pesanti. La concezione modulare di queste macchine permette di offrire al
cliente una macchina fatta su misura ma con tutti
i vantaggi di un prodotto altamente industrializzato.
P Series - Machine for the processing of pencil edge and flat edge with arris.
Combinations up to 6 wheels for each side, and standard sizes up to 3600

Movimentazione della traversa mobile
La massima precisione di lavorazione viene garantita
attraverso l’impiego di materiali altamente
tecnologici quali guide temperate e trasmissione a
cremagliera. Assoluta assenza di vibrazioni, fluidità e
alta velocità nei movimenti della traversa mobile
assicurano tempi minimi di set-up. La lubrificazione
degli organi di scorrimento avviene tramite un
sistema automatico gestito da CN.
Handling of the movable bridge
The highest processing precision is guaranteed by
the advanced materials chosen, like tempered guides
and rack-pignon . Complete absence of vibrations,
fluidity and high speed in the movements of the
movable bridge can ensure low set-up times. The
lubrication of the sliding devices is carried out thanks
to an automatic system handled by the NC.

Functional and easy to use
Canalizzazione delle acque di scarico
La canalizzazione delle acque di scarico avviene in maniera semplice ed
efficace. E’ possibile attrezzare la molatrice con collettori o con vasche per la
raccolta dell’acqua. In entrambi i casi è possibile portare l’acqua ai canali di
scarico della fabbrica senza eseguire ulteriori scavi nel pavimento.
Canalisation of drain water
The canalisation of drain water is realized in a simply and effective way. It is
possible to equip the grinding machine with water chutes or with water tanks.
In both events it is possible to bring the water to the drain channels without
carrying out further excavations on the floor.
Pressori
Per la tenuta del pezzo vengono utilizzati pressori su cinghia di scorrimento.
Questo sistema offre una tenuta ottimale del pezzo grazie alla ampia superficie di
contatto e permette la semplice sostituzione delle parti usurate. Infine evita gli
inceppamenti che si possono verificare nelle altre macchine presenti sul mercato
che utilizzano ruote con cuscinetti su cinghie di scorrimento che vengono usurate
dal calcare e dai residui della lavorazione.
Barre intermedie (opz.)
In presenza di vetrate strutturali di grandi dimensioni è possibile dotare le
macchine di una o due barre intermedie per evitare la flessione della lastra
durante la lavorazione. Le barre sono disponibili in due versioni: con
posizionamento manuale o con posizionamento automatico.
Clamps
In order to ensure the correct holding of the piece a line of clamps is placed
above the sliding belt. This system offers great grip on the piece thanks to the
wide surface of contact and allows easy substitution of the worn parts.
Furthermore it avoids jamming, that can occur in other machines on the market
that use wheels with bearings on sliding belts that are worn by limestone and by
the processing residues.
Intermediate bars (opt.)
For the machining of large structural glasses it is possible to equip the
machine with one or two intermediate bars to prevent the flexing of the glass
sheet during the machining. These bars are available in two versions: with
manual positioning or with automatic positioning.

Technical details
Quick set (opz.)
Il dispositivo brevettato quick set verifica le
dimensioni della lastra in uscita dalla macchina ed
invia un messaggio all’operatore quando la lastra
risulta fuori misura a causa dell’usura delle mole.
E’ prevista anche la possibilità di correggere
l’errore in automatico attraverso il CN.
Mandrini
I mandrini delle macchine della serie F sono dotati
di amperometri dedicati ad alta sensibilità per una
regolazione micrometrica delle mole.
Cambio Mole
Massima semplicità nel cambio delle mole grazie
alla possibilità di alzare il pressore superiore.
Quick set (opt.)
The Quick set patented device verifies the
dimensions of the worked piece and sends a
message to the operator when the piece is out of
size because of the wear of the wheels. It is also
possible to automatically adjust the machine
working size through the CN.
Spindles
The spindles of the F series machines are
equipped with high-sensivity ammeters for a
micrometrical adjustment of the wheels.
Change of the wheels
The change of the wheels is extremely
easy thanks to the possibility to lift
the upper clamp.
Motorizzazione delle cinghie
Ciascuna cinghia di trasporto viene motorizzata
tramite un motore brushless sincronizzato da CN
(4 in totale).
Preset automatico utensili (opz.)
Possibilità di equipaggiare la macchina con la
motorizzazione automatica di tutti gli utensili
diamantati per garantire il massimo controllo sulla
quantità di materiale asportato e sull'usura
dell'utensile.
Mola periferica oscillante (opz.)
La mola periferica oscillante permette l’esecuzione
ottimale di tutte quelle lavorazioni che richiedono
asportazioni importanti come in presenza di lastre
di grosso spessore e vetro laminato e stratificato.
L’oscillazione verticale viene regolata tramite CN in
base allo spessore del vetro e garantisce
un consumo omogeneo della mola.
Motorisation of the belts
Each glass transport belt is motorised through a
brushless motor synchronised through the NC (4
in total).
Automatic tool preset (opt.)
The machine can be equipped with the automatic
motorisation of all the diamond tools to offer
maximum control on the material removal and on
the tool consumption.
Oscillating peripheral wheel (opt.)
The oscillating peripheral wheel allows an optimal
execution of the processing that need important
cuttings as it happens with very thick glass pieces,
laminated and stratified glass.
The vertical oscillation is adjusted through the NC
according to the glass thickness and guarantees
the homogeneous wear of the wheel.

vantaggi di questa soluzione sono evidenti e

operativo Windows garantisce un
approccio estremamente facile e intuitivo
nell’utilizzo da parte dell’operatore e la

F Series is equipped with the IWNC
numerical control integrated into a
personal computer with a Windows
interface. The advantages of this solution
are evident and introduce a new standard
in the design of this type of machine. The
use of a PC with Windows operating
system is extremely simple and intuitive for
the operator and provides full connectivity
with commercially available network
systems and optical/magnetic supports.
The PC is supplied complete with CD-ROM
drive, modem and network card, 19” colour
monitor and Windows operating system.
The teleservice software enables remote
diagnostics and software updates.

The program list is a list of processing
programs that will be executed automatically
one after another without further interventions
by the operator. The PC enables to create and
save the program list.
Statistiche di produzione
Il software in dotazione permette l'approfondito
monitoraggio della produttività e l'acquisizione
automatica dei dati relativi ai metri lavorati da
ogni singola mola.
Production statistics
The NC software allows the detailed
monitoring of the productivity and the
automatic acquisition of the data relating to
the metres of processing of each wheel.
