Technical Data
• Struttura portante in lamiera zincata.
• Galvanised sheet Iron framework.
• Camera di combustione, in acciaio inox AISI
430, caratterizzata da una elevata superficie di
scambio.
• AISI 430 stainless steel combustion chamber with
wide exchange surface.
• Flame inversion furnace with fully welded, optimal
flue gas circuit layout.
• Focolare ad inversione di fiamma, con circuito
di combustione a tre giri fumi, completamente
saldato.
• High efficiency heat exchanger fabricated with
mild (low carbon) steel.
• Scambiatore di calore ad alto rendimento, in
acciaio inox a basso contenuto di carbonio
costituito da un fascio tubiero a sezione conica,
con profilo aerodinamico (basse perdite di
pressione lato aria e alto rendimento).
• The exchanger is formed by a streamlined tube
bundle with conic section (low pressure drops in
air circuit and high efficiency).
• Patented tube bundle (Patent # MI94U00260
dated April 8, 1994).
• Fascio tubiero brevettato (Brevetto n.
MI94U00260 del 8 aprile 1994).
• Efficiency up to 94.6%, and more in condensing
behaviour.
• Rendimento fino a 94,6%, e superiore in
condensazione.
• Inspection doors heat exchanger: one front panel
and four rear panels are provided to inspect the
heat exchanger.

• Fan and safety thermostat (manual reset)

Notes
• Il modulo può essere usato sia a monte del
ventilatore, in aspirazione, sia a valle, in
mandata.
• The module can be installed either after (on
delivery) or before (on intake) the fan.
• For the design of A.H.U. and Roof Top units
with “GH” exchanger module contacting APEN
GROUP is necessary for the correct airflow and
suitable temperature definition on the base of the
required model.
• Per la progettazione delle U.T.A. o dei
Roof Top con modulo scambiatore “GH” è
necessario contattare APENGROUP per la
corretta definizione della portata d’aria e della
temperatura idonea per ciascuna tipologia.

Il modulo scambiatore GH è costruito a regola d’arte
secondo le norme tecniche UNI, UNI-CIG, CEI ed è
certificato dell’ente omologatore Gastec con numero
0694BP0758 secondo la Direttiva Gas 90/396/CEE.
GH heat exchanger module is manufactured according
to state-of-the-art criteria and complies with UNI, UNICIG, and CEI standards. Its compliance with 90/396/
EEC Directive is also certified by Gastec (approval No.
0694BP0758).
Vantaggi
Advantages
• Non è necessario certificare l’unità, UTA o Roof
Top, secondo la direttiva Gas in quanto il modulo
GH è già certificato.
• GH modules is certified in compliance with Gas
Directives. UTA/Roof Top units do not need
therefore any further certification.
• Facilità di Installazione: i passaggi dell’aria sono
già dimensionati; il corretto posizionamento
del termostato garantisce l’intervento quando è
effettivamente necessario.
• Easy to install: air ducts have already been
dimensioned; correctly positioned thermostat
grants only really necessary interventions.
• Scarico condensa già incluso nel modulo
scambiatore (anteriore o posteriore in funzione
della necessità con tubi e raccordi in acciaio
inox).
• condensate drain included in the heat exchanger
(on the FRONT or on the BACK on demand with
ducts and connections in stainless steel).
