The remarkable Beretta Giubileo are among the fewest over-and-unders boasting
specifically proportioned receivers for 12, 20 and 28/.410 gauges. The elegant, low
profile 12-gauge receiver becomes increasingly tapered in the lower gauges for
improved feel, target acquisition and handling.
The side plates render the lines more graceful, and the rich, baroque spiral and
floral engravings make these over-and-unders extremely desirable. The side panels
are applied without screws, allowing the Master Engraver to express his
artistry in full. The internal surfaces and the mechanism are also impeccably
polished. The elongated trigger guard, the safety and top lever are fully engraved.
I notevoli sovrapposti Beretta della serie Gubileo sono tra i pochi fucili che vantano bascule
specificatamente proporzionate nei cal. 12, 20, 28 e .410. L’ elegante bascula in cal. 12 di basso
profilo diventa sempre più rastremata nei calibri più piccoli con il risultato che la sensazione di tiro,
l’acquisizione del bersaglio e la manegevolezza sono accresciute.
Il profilo delle cartelle laterali rende ancora più elegante la linea del fucile mentre le ricche incisioni
in stile barocco, con motivi a spirale e floreali, fanno diventare questi sovrapposti estremamente
desiderabili. Le cartelle laterali sono prive di viti esterne consentendo in tal modo al Maestro Incisore
di esprimere la sua capacità artistica in piena libertà. Le superfici interne e il meccanismo di sparo
sono anch’essi impeccabilmente lucidati. La coda allungata del sottoguardia, la sicura e la chiave
d’apertura sono finemente incise.
MODEL PERFORMANCE
The cold hammer forged barrels are fused to the Monobloc by means of a sophisticated
Laser technology. Carefully polished and blued to high standard, the barrel tubes are wonders
of remarkable strength and matchless balance, equally so in the Mobilchoke® tubes version.
The stock and the slim Schnabel fore-end are of the highest quality walnut with fine, careful,
hand-checkering. Repeated polishing (with Tru-Oil® on request) enhances the beautiful
wood grain. The antique shield - displaying P.B. in 24-carat gold - is wisely encased within
the fore-end. The shotgun comes in a sturdy leather-covered ABS gun case complete with
accessories. The Giubileo shares the other characteristics with the Beretta 687 over-and-unders.
PRESTAZIONI DI CLASSE
Le canne martellate integralmente a freddo sono saldate nel Monobloc per mezzo
di una sofisticata tecnologia Laser. Accuratamente lucidate e brunite secondo standard
di qualità superiori, i tubi sono l’eccellente risultato in termini di robustezza e
incomparabile bilanciamento, anche nella versione con strozzatori intercambiabili
Beretta Mobilchoke®. Il calcio e l’astina sottile a becco d’anatra sono ricavati da
noce di alta qualità e sono attentamente zigrinati a mano. Ripetuti passaggi di
lucidatura del legno (con Tru-Oil ® a richiesta) ne esaltano ancor di più la bellezza.
Uno scudetto in oro 24 carati, sapientemente incassato nel dorso dell’astina, raffigura
il Logo PB Beretta. Il Giubileo Beretta viene fornito in un’elegante e robusta valigetta
in ABS con i relativi accessori. Le altre caratteristiche sono condivise con i sovrapposti
Beretta della serie 687.
