Denali mummy cut sleeping bags have been designed for
alpine treks and expeditions when weight and volume
details play an important role. For this line we have
reached a remarkable Warmth, Weight and Volume ratio
thanks to the peculiar construction features, the best
quality goose down filling (filling power 750 cuin)
combined with light and highly compressible fabrics.
I sacchi letto a mummia Denali, sono stati studiati e
concepiti soprattutto per le spedizioni ed escursioni
alpinistiche dove il peso e volume risultano essere
elementi particolarmente importanti. Hanno un ottimo
rapporto Temperatura-Peso-Volume. Questi valori cosi'
importanti si possono ottenere solo grazie alle particolari
tecniche di costruzione, all'utilizzo di piumino d'oca della
migliore qualità (filling power 750 cuin) combinata con
l'utilizzo di tessuti leggeri e altamente comprimibili allo
scopo di ottenere il minimo volume possibile.

three relevant temperature ratings for every
bag (comfort temperature, limit temperature
°C and extreme temperature):
! COMFORT temperature is based on a
standard woman having a comfortable
night's sleep (neither cold nor warm).
! LIMIT temperature is the lowest
°C temperature for a standard man to have a
comfortable night's sleep.
! EXTREME temperature is the lowest
temperature before health risk can occur.

1. Cerniera centrale: comoda da aprire/chiudere, divide altresì la parte centrale in piccole camere. Queste permettono, oltre una distribuzione
uniforme della piuma, anche di mantenerla sempre in posizione.

Filling
A European standard (EN 13537) has been
implemented to easily determine the limit temperature
of different sleeping bags. This allows consumers to
compare products with maximum transparency.
Rather than arbitrarily designating a temperature
rating, the new standard uses a scientific dummy
clothed in a base layer and socks to determine the
actual COMFORT temperature for a good night's
sleep. Consumers will find two markings on all
C.A.M.P. sleeping bags:
-Temperature tested to EN 13537: Identifies all the
sleeping bags that have been tested by a specialized
and authorized centre (Kansas State University)
-Temperature rating in accordance with EN
13537: Indicates that the marked
temperature on a sleeping bag has also been
°C calculated by C.A.M.P.
Fabrics
Una norma Europea (EN 13537) è stata introdotta per
individuare più facilmente i limiti di temperatura dei
diversi modelli di saccoletto. Questo permette di
confrontare con la massima trasparenza tutti i prodotti
individuando la temperatura COMFORT, la sola che ti
permette di avere un riposo ottimale, e aiutando così il
consumatore finale nella scelta del saccoletto che
soddisfi le sue necessità. Su tutti i sacchiletto
C.A.M.P. troverete 2 diverse indicazioni:
-temperatura conforme alla norma EN 13537: che
indica tutti i sacchiletto sottoposti a test di
temperatura da parte di un centro specializzato ed
autorizzato (Kansas State University)
-temperatura in accordo alla norma EN 13537: che
indica che la temperatura indicata su questo
saccoletto è stata identificata da C.A.M.P, basandosi
sui risultati dei test ottenuti su sacchiletto con
caratteristiche simili per tessuto, peso e costruzione.
Un nuovo grafico è stato sviluppato per permettere la
facile individuazione dei 3 livelli di temperatura:
! Temperatura COMFORT:
COMFORT temperatura in cui
l'utilizzatore in posizione distesa è
complessivamente in equilibrio termico e non ha né
freddo né caldo, potrà quindi permettersi un ottimo
riposo (determinata su una donna standard in
condizioni di uso normali)
! Temperatura LIMIT: temperatura limite in cui
l'utilizzatore rannicchiato è complessivamente in
equilibrio termico e non ha ne freddo né caldo.

uso normali)
! Temperatura EXTREME: è quella temperatura in
cui bisogna aspettarsi una forte sensazione di
freddo ed elevato è il rischio di ipotermia.

1. Central zipper: easy to be opened and closed, it also divides the chest part into smaller chambers which grant the uniform distribution and
the fixed position of the filling
Draft tube: it covers the inner side of the zipper, preventing cold spots and keeping the inside temperature warm.

Side goose down filled chambers:, the most important feature because they grant the maximum insulation around the body
Ergonomic draft collar: a comfortable “seal” round the neck and shoulders which prevents heated air to escape from inside. An elastic draw
cord allows adjustments.
6. Face gasket around the hood: another way to preserve the inner temperature. A slight tightening of draw cords is required to seal in warmth

È probabilmente la costruzione più tecnica e valida in assoluto! La costruzione “a scomparti” e' presente
non solo nella parte superiore ed inferiore del sacco letto, ma anche in quelle laterali. L'insieme di tutte
queste “camere tridimensionali” consente una distribuzione sempre uniforme della piuma in modo da
trattenere il massimo calore possibile contestualmente all'utilizzo del miglior piumino d'oca!

The 3-D Box construction is probably the most technical and efficient construction and it is in the top, bottom
and lateral side of the sleeping bags. All these 3-D boxes and the top quality goose down maintain a uniform
