Thermos has a great intuition which revolutionizes the starting system
of pellet stoves: the double element which halves the starting time and

Inserto caminetto
Finalmente riusciremo a sfruttare appieno il caminetto di casa senza
perdite di tempo per accenderlo e fatica per trasportare la legna.
Il nuovo inserto a pellet è facilmente inseribile in tutti i caminetti
tradizionali grazie alle sue dimensioni poco ingombranti. Montato
su guide scorrevoli è facilmente estraibile per il caricamento del
pellet, anche a caminetto acceso, grazie allo scarico fumi in tubo
flessibile speciale per alte temperature.
At last it will be possible to really make the most of our fireplace
without any loss of time and efforts to carry wood.
The new pellet fireplace can easily fit in all traditional fireplaces
thanks to its reduced dimensions. It is installed on a slide guide and
therefore can easily be pulled out to load pellet while the fireplace
is on, since it is connected to the chimney by a special flexible tube
made for high temperatures.
Finalement il sera possible d’obtenir le maximum rendement
calorifique de notre cheminée sans perdre du temps pour l’allumage
et fatiguer pour le transport du bois.
La nouvelle cheminée à granulés peut être facilement insérée dans
toute cheminée traditionnelle grâce à ces dimensions réduites. Elle
est installée sur des coulisses et peut donc être facilement sortie
pour charger les granulés, sans besoin d’ éteindre la cheminée, grâce
au tuyau sortie fumées flexible spécial pour hautes températures.

L’ elevato rendimento di una
combustione efficace significa anche
produzione di un residuo di ceneri
molto basso, facilmente asportabili dal
comodo e capiente cassetto cenere. A
stufa fredda, la pulizia della camera di
combustione diventa velocissima: basta
aprire lo sportello e aspirare, senza
dover smontare i fianchi della stufa o
rimuoverla dalla sua posizione.
A mantenere pulito ci aiuta anche la
straordinaria praticità del pellet che,
nel suo sacco da 15 Kg., sta in qualsiasi
angolo della casa o si può svuotare
tutto direttamente nel serbatoio della
stufa, che si carica comodamente
sollevando il coperchio superiore.

Riscaldare con il pellet significa rispettare
l’ambiente e la salute dell’uomo.
La combustione del pellet avviene
con la combinazione di due
elementi: il carbonio contenuto
nel legno e l’ossigeno dell’aria.
Durante la combustione si formano
dei prodotti gassosi: CO2 (anidride
carbonica); CO (monossido di
carbonio,un gas inodore e dannoso);
O2 (l’ossigeno che respiriamo).
L’aria comburente secondaria che
entra nel focolare dall’aspiratore aria,
oltre a consentire la pulizia del vetro,
genera la seconda combustione che
brucia il CO rimasto incombusto
e al tempo stesso consente un
aumento del rendimento, e
quindi un risparmio energetico,
nel rispetto dell’ambiente. Infatti
la CO2 generata, che è comunque
inferiore del 25% rispetto agli
altri combustibili, viene assorbita
dalle piante grazie al processo di
fotosintesi, che permette loro di
vivere e crescere,con la conseguente
liberazione dell’ ossigeno che tutti
noi respiriamo.

The pellet combustion is made by
the combination of two elements:

La qualità del pellet è importante
Non si abbattono alberi: i pellet sono dei piccoli cilindri pressati la cui materia prima è fornita da segatura e trucioli,
cioè dai resti di legno non trattati, quindi privi di qualsiasi additivo come colle o solventi. Questi resti vengono
sminuzzati e pressati fino a formare dei pellet di 6 mm di diametro circa, la cui compattezza è ottenuta grazie
ad una sostanza prodotta dal legno stesso, la lignite. I pellet di buona qualità hanno un’umidità residua minima,
perché proprio a questo è dovuta la loro elevata resa termica, superiore all’ 80%, con un basso residuo finale di
ceneri (0,52%)
The pellet quality is important
No tree is cut down: pellets are small pressed cylinders which row material is supplied by saw-dust and wood
shavings, that is by the remains of wood free of any additive, such as glues or solvents. These remains are minced
and pressed up to form pellets of about 6 mm of diameter, which compactness is obtained thanks to a substance
that is produced by wood itself, the lignite. Good quality pellet has a very low humidity, since to this is due its high
level heat efficiency, more than 80%, with a low production of ashes (0,52%).
La qualité du granulé est importante.
Aucun arbre est abattu pour la production du granulé: ces derniers sont de la sciure et copeaux compressés et qui
ressortent en forme de cylindre; la matière première utilisé dans ce processus sont les rebus de bois non traités,
donc privés de tout additif tels les collants et solvants. Ces rebus sont triturés finement et pressés jusqu’à former
des granulés de 6 mm de diamètre environ, dont la compacité est obtenu grâce à une substance produite par
le bois lui-même, la lignite. Le granulé de bonne qualité a une humidité résiduelle minimum ce qui permet un
rendement calorifique élevé, supérieur à 80%, et un taux de cendre très faible (0,52%).
