LE GRATE DI SICUREZZA trovano
ideale applicazione nella protezione di
abitazioni private e negozi, unendo il
meglio dell’estetica e della funzionalità.
Un disegno, per quanto semplice,
realizzato in ferro battuto, parla di amore
per le cose belle ed autentiche. Manufatti così resistenti e solidi riescono a dare
risultati architettonici di notevole eleganza. La martellatura del ferro ed i conseguenti chiaro-scuri della verniciatura,
danno un piacevole effetto di calore
antico.
Costruite con profilo blindato complanare di sezione 55 mm, interamente verniciate a polveri poliuretaniche da esterno.
Con serratura nascosta su profilo a più
punti di chiusura con rullo, cerniere
regolabili in altezza conperno regolabile
da 14 mm e rostri laterali di rinforzo.
Corredata di guarnizioni di battuta
int./est., e cilindro tipo YALE.

The elegance and the refinement of
these artefacts are in harmony with their
robust and solid structure.
The hammered iron and the sharp
contrast of the light and dark of the painting, create a pleasant antique and

They are manufactured with a 55mm
wide perimetral, coplanar and armored
profile, with polyurethane, lockable
hidden profile of multi-point locking,
roller, adjustable hinges in height with
adjustable 14mm linchpin and lateral
reinforcements.

CAPITOLATO TECNICO
Costruita con profili complanari di sezione 40
mm. per 15/10 di spessore, interamente zincata
e verniciata a fuoco con polvere poliuretanica
per uso esterno, RAL 7016 raggrinzante.
Il telaio è costituito da due montanti verticali non
uniti orizzontalmente per permettere il libero
passaggio sia nella zona inferiore che in quella
superiore e da due profili ad “L” facenti la funzione di compensatori laterali per foro muro fuori
squadra.
La serratura contenuta nel profilo dell'anta è del
tipo a bascula predisposta per cilindro europeo
(escluso), a due punti di chiusura fino ad una
altezza di 180 cm. e a tre per altezze superiori.
Completano la grata due robuste cerniere con
bronzina da 22 mm. di diametro aventi perni da
14 mm. e due rostri laterali di sicurezza.
La sicurezza ed il disegno decorativo della grata
sono affidati al manto interno costruito a griglia
parziale con tondini pieni di sezione 14 mm. Il
passo delle barre verticali è di 14 cm., le barre
orizzontali saranno 4 fino ad una altezza di 180
cm. e 6 per le altezze superiori, il tutto alternato
con borchie laterali decorative.
SPECIFICATION
Built with 40 mm coplanar profiles, thickness
15/10, fully galvanized and painted with polyu
rethane powder for external use, RAL 7016 with
wrinkle finish.
The frame is composed by two vertical mullions
not horizontal linked in order to allow the free
passage both in the lower and upper zone. The
frame consists also of two “L” profiles with the
function of lateral compensator for the hole of
the wall not at right angles.
The lock contained in the profile of the wing is of
the type arranged to toggle European cylinder
(not included), two locking points up to a height
of 180 cm. and three for greater heights. Completing the gate two solid hinges with 22 mm
bushing. in diameter and 14 mm pins. and two
lateral bloking protrusions.
The safety and decorative values rely upon the
internal armour built as a partial grid with
rounded/squared bars of a 14 mm. The dimension of the vertical bars is 14 cm, the horizontal
bars will be 4 up to 180 cm of height and 6
bigger heights, all decorated with decorative
studs.

La grata di sicurezza snodata offre la possibilità di aprirsi
e chiudersi ruotando all’interno o all’esterno del locale a
sormonto di una persiana ad ovaline o di un balcone
cieco. Il raccordo girevole autobloccante, a scomparsa
brevettato, dona alla grata un aspetto sobrio e pulito
oltre alla rigidità di una classica inferiata a battente.
L’apertura è resa possibile dal sormonto del serramento
e va ad integrarsi perfettamente nel contesto degli
infissi.
I telai vengono costruiti per ogni singola situazione;
l’installazione ed il fissaggio sono semplici e veloci per
mezzo di appositi compensatori che ne garantiscono nel
contempo una buona sicurezza ed gradevole estetica.

The articulated door and window grille may be opened
inward and/or outward, partially (90) as first opening
and fully (180) as a second opening, in this case, overlapping for instance a shutter. This allows the perfect
integration with the existing system of shutters.
The patented, self-locking and revolving junction is
hidden, and gives to the grille a clean and sober appearance combined with the strength of a classic non-articulated grille.
The frames are customized according to the customers
needs. The installation is quite simple and quick.The
use, if required, of special side profiles for adjusting the
inequality of the walling, keeps unchanged the aesthetic
and safety characteristics of the door and window grille.
