Non è affiliato E.C.A.H.O. ma è disciplinato dai regolamenX EAHSC cui si rimanda. Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva il diriho di apportare modifiche al programma ed in genere a quanto esposto nelle informazioni, in qualsiasi momento lo ritenga opportuno per la buona riuscita della manifestazione. Le classi con più di 10 cavalli iscril saranno divise; classi con meno di 3 cavalli iscril potranno essere unite, a discrezione del comitato organizzatore. The 2nd Arabian Horse Fes[val FVG is regulated by the 2015 Blue Book; it will take place in Vivaro (PN) at Gelindo dei Magredi. It is not an ECAHO affiliated show but conforms to EAHSC rules. The organizing commidee reserves the right to modify the present programme for the success of the show. Categories with more than 16 horses will be split; those with less than 3 will merge, at the discre[on of the organizing commidee. CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE Possono partecipare i cavalli che alla data di chiusura delle iscrizioni siano registraX in uno stud book riconosciuto dalla WAHO; nessun cavallo sarà autorizzato ad entrare nel ring se il suo nome ed i suoi daX anagrafici non saranno stampaX sul catalogo ufficiale del concorso. Tul i cavalli iscril a concorsi internazionali dei paesi della Comunità Europea dovranno essere in possesso di regolare PASSAPORTO EQUINO, comprendente un grafico descrilvo convalidato dall’autorità competente, rilasciato dal competente Registry (direlve CEE). Tul i cavalli che accedono all’interno della struhura di Gelindo dei Magredi dovranno essere muniX di polizza assicuraXva a Rischio e Contro Terzi. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Horses that are registered in any WAHO recognized studbook by the closing date for entries may take part. No horse will be allowed to enter the show ring unless its name and all other relevant details have been printed in the catalogue. An equine passport including a validated graphic descripIon of the horse is mandatory for all internaIonal shows in European Union member countries (EEC direcIves). Each horse entering the ring must be covered by proper third party insurance. NON POSSONO PARTECIPARE I vincitori di una medaglia d’oro o di argento in un Title Show o in uno show di classe A non potranno partecipare per i due anni consecuXvi alla vincita, a meno che il cavallo non sia passato di categoria da junior a senior. Qualora un cavallo iscriho non rispel questa regola verrà squalificato dalla manifestazione. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS Title show winners or A Show Champion Gold and Silver medal winners are not allowed to take part for the two years following their win, unless the horse has passed from a junior to a senior category. Anybody entering an overqualified horse will be disqualified. METODO DI GIUDIZIO DELLE CATEGORIE Ogni categoria sarà giudicata da 3 giudici indipendenX e senza catalogo che assegneranno un massimo di 20 punX per Xpo, testa e collo, dorso e armonia, arX, movimento, con il mezzo punto. METHOD OF JUDGING THE CATEGORIES Three judges will judge each category independently and without a catalogue. Type, head and neck, body and top line, legs and movement will be evaluated using the 20 points system with the use of half points. REGOLA IN CASO DI SPAREGGIO In caso di parità nei primi 5 classificaX, il piazzamento migliore sarà assegnato al cavallo con più punX in Xpicità. Se sussisterà ancora parità il piazzamento migliore sarà assegnato al cavallo con più punX in movimento. Se sussisterà ancora parità un giudice a sorteggio indicherà la sua preferenza. IN CASE OF TIES The higher place will be given to the horse with the most points for type. If there is sIll a Ie, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points in movement. Failing a decision on either of these, one judge chosen by ballot will name his preference. (This applies to the places 1-­‐5 of each class). METODO DI GIUDIZIO DEL CAMPIONATO Ogni campionato verrà giudicato per comparazione, indipendentemente e a prescindere dai risultaX ohenuX in categoria. I primi ed i secondi classificaX di ogni categoria si qualificano per il campionato finale. I primi classificaX si allineeranno in ordine di età in una fila, i secondi classificaX si allineeranno dietro di essi nello stesso. I giudici esamineranno tul i cavalli individualmente piazzaX e quindi al troho. I giudici non possono conferire fra di loro. Il Gold Medal Champion sarà selezionato dalla prima fila, tra i primi classificaX, con voto scriho su apposita scheda. Il cavallo che totalizzerà più scelte sarà il campione. In caso di spareggio si qualificherà come Gold Medal Champion il cavallo che ha totalizzato più punX in categoria. In caso di ulteriore pareggio, verrà applicata la regola per lo spareggio delle categorie. Una volta scelto il Gold Medal Champion, verrà scelto il Silver Medal nello stesso modo tra i restanX primi e secondi classificaX e così anche il Bronze Medal. Qualora un cavallo primo in categoria non partecipasse al campionato, il cavallo classificato secondo in categoria avanzerà il suo piazzamento e verrà giudicato insieme ai restanX primi classificaX e tul i restanX cavalli qualificaX in categoria avanzeranno di una posizione ma, nessun cavallo che originariamente non si fosse qualificato potrà prendere il posto vacante. Se un primo classificato dovesse essere espulso dal ring dai giudici per qualsiasi moXvo, sarà considerato come avente partecipato al campionato e quindi i restanX cavalli manterranno la loro posizione senza avanzare di classifica. SosXtuzioni per primi o secondi classificaX assenX con terzi classificaX o piazzamenX inferiori non saranno permessi. Tul i cavalli che si qualificano per i rispelvi campionaX, dovranno prendere parte al campionato diversamente senza una cerXficazione veterinaria che ne cerXfichi una moXvata assenza, il cavallo verrà squalificato dallo show ed il suo punteggio e qualifica in categoria verranno cancellaX. Nel caso di squalifica, i cavalli piazzaX dietro al cavallo squalificato avanzeranno di un posto in categoria ma non avranno Xtolo per partecipare al campionato. METHODS FOR JUDGING THE CHAMPIONSHIPS First and second placed horses of each category qualify to take part in the championships. First-­‐placed horses will line up in the front row in order of age with second-­‐placed horses lining up behind them. The judges must not confer. They will judge each horse standing and troYng. The Gold Medal Champion is selected from the horses in the front row by individual wriZen votes from each judge. The best placed horse will be champion. In the event of a Ie, the horse that received the highest number of points in its category will be declared champion. In the event of a further Ie, the Rule for Ties will apply (see method of judging the categories). Once the Gold Medal Champion has been decided, the Silver and Bronze medal winners will be selected in the same way from all the other first and second placed horses that have qualified for the championships. In the event of a horse placed first in its category being unable to take part in the championship, the horse placed second in the category will move forward and be judged with the other horses placed first. Should a horse placed first be sent out of the ring by the judges for any reason, it will be deemed to have taken part in the championship and, therefore, the second placed horse will not be judged with the other first placed horses. SubsItuIon for absent first-­‐placed or second-­‐placed horses by third-­‐ placed or lower-­‐ranked horses will not be permiZed. All horses that qualify for their respecIve championships, must take part in the championships. Unless a veterinary cerIficate is produced, failure to compete in the championships will disqualify the horse from the show, with its record of score and class placing being deleted. In the event of a disqualificaIon, horses placed below the disqualified horse will move up a place in the category but are not enItled to enter the championships. MIGLIOR TESTA Possono partecipare tul i cavalli iscril allo show, Futurity compresi. Vengono giudicaX con il metodo per comparazione e stessa scheda punteggi dei Futurity. BEST HEAD Open to all horses entered in the show, including FuturiIes. Horses are judged using the Ranking System and the same scorecard used for FuturiIes. BEST IN SHOW Il vincitore del Xtolo Best in Show sarà scelto dai giudici tra i vincitori delle 6 medaglie d’oro del Campionato (Yearling Femmine, Yearling Maschi, Puledre, Puledri, Fahrici, Stalloni). BEST IN SHOW The winner of the Best in Show Itle will be chosen by the judges from the six gold medal winners of the Championship (Yearling Fillies, Yearling Colts, Fillies, Colts, Mares, Stallions). FUTURITY INFORMAZIONI GENERALI Le categorie Futurity non fanno parte del campionato e sono aperte a tul i puledri naX nel 2015 che abbiano compiuto 4 selmane di età alla data dello show, la cui domanda di registrazione sia stata regolarmente trasmessa all'ANICA, completa di tariffa di registrazione, entro il termine di iscrizione del concorso. Le categorie Futurity devono ahenersi al seguente regolamento: A. I puledri partecipanX non beneficeranno di alcun Xtolo o qualifica. B. Nelle classi Futurity che si svolgeranno durante il FesXval verrà applicato il regolamento EAHSC. C. Tul i puledri devono avere un età di un mese alla data di presentazione (26/06/2015), e devono essere accompagnaX dalla mamma in campo fino all'età di sei mesi. D. E' vietato l'uXlizzo, per i puledri dell'anno, di capezzine di metallo e con catene. E. E' possibile tosare il corpo o parX di esso (es. tosatura parziale della testa e del collo) tranne nella zona intorno agli occhi e al muso. Compreso esportazione con metodo epilatorio e depilatorio dei peli talli. F. I puledri devono essere tenuX alla mano durante la cerimonia di premiazione. GENERAL INFORMATION The Futurity categories are not part of the championship and are open to all foals born in 2015 whose applicaIon for registraIon has been forwarded to their naIonal Arabian Horse AssociaIon. The Futurity categories will follow the rules below: A. Registered foals will not win an official Itle or qualificaIon. B. Futurity championships will follow EAHSC regulaIons. C. All foals must be at least one month old on the date of the compeIIon (26/06/2015) and must be accompanied by the mother if younger than of six months. D. It is prohibited to use nosebands with metal chains with foals under one year of age. E. It is possible to shear the body or parts of the same (e.g., parIal shearing of the head and neck) except the area around the eyes and muzzle. No depilaIon or shaving of tacIle hairs is allowed. F. The foals should be kept at hand during prize giving. CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE I Futurity, per partecipare allo show dovranno essere in possesso del microchip e del passaporto, o qualora non disponibile, della copia della documentazione inviata ad ANICA (Modello II) per la registrazione del puledro con relaXva fotocopia del CIF, del modulo denuncia di nascita con descrizione grafica del soggeho e pagamenX effehuaX per la registrazione. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Futurity foals due to parIcipate in the show must be in possession of a passport and microchip. If these are not available, a copy of the documentaIon sent to their naIonal Arabian Horse AssociaIon for the registraIon of the foal with a photocopy of the Breeding CerIficate and birth registraIon form with graphic descripIon of the foal should be supplied. In case of a Ie, one of the judges, chosen at random, will make the definiIve choice. EGYPTIAN EVENT Il metodo di giudizio per l’ EgypXan Event è il metodo per comparazione. MIGLIOR SOGGETTO EGIZIANO Il vincitore del [tolo Miglior Soggedo Egiziano sarà scelto dai giudici tra i vincitori delle 4 medaglie d’oro dell’Egyp[an Event (Puledre, Puledri, Fadrici, Stalloni). BEST STRAIGHT EGYPTIAN The winner of the Btle will be chosen by the judges from the four gold medal winners of the EgypBan Event (Fillies, Colts, Mares, Stallions). NORME SANITARIE
I cavalli potranno essere ammessi solamente se in possesso delle seguenX cerXficazioni: -­‐ documento di idenXficazione conforme allegato E del DPR 243/94 riportante le eventuali vaccinazioni e prelievi eseguiX, o dichiarazione di provenienza degli animali (mod. 4) redaha dal Veterinario Ufficiale competente per territorio, riportante l’idenXficazione del cavallo, le eventuali vaccinazioni e prelievi eseguiX o cerXficaX internazionali di importazione (per soggel provenienX dall’estero). -­‐ Coggins test obbligatorio (validità 24 mesi), il codice di stalla è: 050PN028.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS Horses will be allowed into Gelindo dei Magredi only if in possession of the following cerIficates: -­‐ idenIficaIon document that complies with Annex E of the DPR 243/94 showing any vaccinaIons and blood tests carried out , or declaraIon of origin of the animals (mod. 4) prepared by the Veterinary Officer responsible for the area, showing the idenIficaIon of the horse, the vaccinaIon and blood tests carried out or internaIonal import cerIficates (for horses coming from abroad) -­‐ Coggins test is compulsory (valid for 24 months). The code number of Gelindo dei Magredi is: 050PN028. VACCINAZIONE ANTINFLUENZALE BLUE-­‐BOOK 2015 1. Tul i cavalli che partecipano alla compeXzione dovranno aver completato il piano vaccinale base cioè dovranno essere staX vaccinaX con due vaccinazioni somministrate ad una distanza tra i 21 e massimo 92 giorni l’una dall’altra. I Foals, puledri di età inferiore a un anno di vita, devono iniziare il ciclo di vaccinazione primario a parXre dai 6 mesi di vita. E’ soho la responsabilità dei proprietari se quesX puledri verranno presentaX prima che il ciclo base della vaccinazione sia completato. 2. Il primo vaccino denominato Booster dovrà essere somministrato entro 7 mesi di calendario successivo alla data della somministrazione della seconda vaccinazione del ciclo primario. 3. I cavalli che sono in possesso di una cerXficazione che ahesX le regolari vaccinazioni avvenute prima del 2009 non sono tenuX a soddisfare i requisiX del primo richiamo Booster, solo se in possesso di una cerXficazione che ahesX che non ci sia stato alcun intervallo nelle vaccinazioni. 4. I successivi richiami Booster dovranno essere somministraX ogni 12 mesi o intervalli inferiori qualora le autorità locali o nazionali li richiedano. 5. Nessuna vaccinazione può essere somministrata nei 7 giorni precedenX all’arrivo del cavallo alla sede dell’evento. 6. I vaccini devono essere somministraX da un veterinario. Il nome del vaccino usato, la marca e il numero seriale del vaccino usato devono essere trascril nel passaporto del cavallo, con Xmbro e firma del veterinario che ha praXcato la vaccinazione. 7. Trascrizione della storia vaccinale in un nuovo passaporto o in un duplicato: se la storia vaccinale del cavallo è molto lunga, il veterinario può usare la seguente dicitura: “La storia vaccinale di questo cavallo è correha alla data ....... (inserendo la data dell’ulXma vaccinazione effehuata)”, firmato e Xmbrato da un veterinario. FLU VACCINATION -­‐ BLUE BOOK 2015 1. All horses must have received an iniIal Primary Course of two vaccinaIon doses administered a minimum of 21 and a maximum of 92 days apart. Foals should begin the primary course of vaccinaIon at 6 months of age. It is under the owners’ responsibility if they are shown before the primary course of vaccinaIon is complete. 2. The First Booster must be given with in 7 calendar months following the date of administraIon of the second vaccinaIon of the primary course. Horses which have received a correct primary course of 3.

vaccinaIons may compete at an ECAHO event up to 7 months aber the second dose of the primary course. Horses that were correctly cerIfied as receiving the primary course prior to 2009 are not required to fulfill the requirement of the first booster, providing there has been no lapse in their vaccinaIon regime. Further booster vaccinaIons must be given within 12 months of the last dose, or shorter intervals where local or naIonal authoriIes require it. No vaccinaIon may be given within 7 days of the day of arrival at the ECAHO event. Vaccines must be administered by a veterinarian. The details of the vaccine, serial/batch number and the date of administraIon must be recorded in the passport, signed and stamped by the veterinarian who administered the vaccinaIon. The entering of vaccinaIon details in a new passport a duplicate: if the vaccinaIon history of a horse is very long, the veterinarian may use the following statement “The vaccinaIon history of this horse is correct to date ......(enter the last vaccinaIon date)”, signed and stamped by a veterinarian. N.B. HEALTH DOCUMENTS Horses coming from abroad must follow the health regulaBons set out in EEC 90/426/CEE & 92/36/CEE
