ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
DRAWING FOR THE INSTALLATION

N.B. Accertarsi prima del montaggio della rete che il mobile sia fissato alla parete.
Before assembling the bed you have to check that the furniture is fixed on the wall

- Smontare piastre togliendo perno di sicu_
rezza
You have to disassemble the plates to put
out the security pin

- Montare coperchi piastre sulla spalla, con
16 viti 4x14 TS CROCE, verificando dx e sx.
You have to mount the cover of the plates on
the side of the wardrobe by 16 screws 4x14
TS CROCE checking the right and the left.

Montare le 2 piastre (dx e sx) sulla rete con 6 viti 6x35 TCCE
You have to mount the 2 plates (right and left) on the bed by 6 screws 6x35 TCCE

- Inserire i fermamaterassi nella zona
testata della rete.
- You have to put the stopping-mattress into
the holes on the headboard of the metal frame

- Montare 3 staffe per fissaggio pannello con
6 viti 8x15 TBCE e 6 ranelle zigrinate, assi_
curandosi che le cave abbiano tutte lo stesso
verso.
- You have to mount 3 brackets to fix the panel
by 6 screws 8x15 TBCE and 6 shagreened
distance rings; you have to check that the holes
have the same direction.

- Montare le 2 squadre per la gambetta con 4 viti 8x40 TBCE e 4 borchie 8MA facendo
attenzione al perno che deve essere tenuto all’ esterno (figura A).
- You have to mount the 2 metal squares for the leg by 4 screws 8x40 TBCE and 4 boss 8MA
taking care that the pin is on the external side (picture A)

- Montare gambetta con 2 viti speciali da 8
e 2 dadi autobloccanti 8MA.
- You have to mount the leg by 2 special screws
8MA and 2 nuts 8MA
- Avvitare nella zona pediera 2 viti e 2 tu_
betti come fermo per la scaletta.
(Le viti e i tubetti sono nella ferramenta
dell’ Art.2102).
- You have to screw 2 screws and 2 small
tubes like ladder lock.
(You find the screws and the small tubes in the
hardware of item 2102)

- Assicurare le rete al mobile inserendo le
2 piastre nelle apposite guide dei coperchi
fissati alla spalla.
- You have to fix the bed on the wardrobe
putting the 2 plates into the guides of the covers
fixed on the wardrobe
- Bloccare le piastre inserendo i perni di
sicurezza.
- You have to lock the plates inserting the
security pins.

- Montare fermo di chiusura con 2 viti 6x20
TBCE.
- You have to screw the lock by 2 screw 6x20
TBCE.

-Terminare il montaggio fissando il
pannello di chiusura alle staffe.
- To finish the assembling you have to fix
the closing panel to the brackets

- Nel caso sia necessario rendere il movimento
pi• leggero montare il pistone come indicato in
foto
- If you need to make the movement lighter
mount the gas-spring as shown in picture
N.B. Con telaio rete completo di materasso, pannello di vario peso e materiale, occorre regolare la
tensione-taratura delle molle, agendo sulla vite posteriore delle piastre.
Verificare anche la possibilit‚ di asportare le molle delle piastre in modo da avere le due operazioni
di apertura e chiusura il pi• bilanciate possibili. Importante: togliere lo stesso n. di molle da
entrambe le piastre
To adjust the setting of the springs according to the bed, mattress and panel weight you can regulate
the springs using the screw on the back of the plate.
You can also put out the springs from the plates to balance the opening and closing mouvements.
Important: you have to put out the same number of the springs from each plate
