It is used to unwind the carbon steel wire
rod for the dry drawing. This equipment
permits to load the coils without stopping
the dry drawing line.
Realizzato con una struttura in acciaio
elettrosaldato, è fornito di un braccio
rotante automatico, azionato da un motore
in c.a., che provvede a svolgere il filo da
2 matasse (o da 2 bobine) in successione
senza l’arresto della trafila.
Made of an electro-welded steel frame,
it is supplied with an automatic rotating
arm operated by an AC engine to take off
the semi-finished wire from two coils (or
reels) in succession, without stopping the
drawing machine.

Questo svolgitore è adatto ad alimentare
le trafile sia da bicocche che da rocchettoni.
Il cambio da rocchettone/bicocca vuota ad
una piena avviene senza dover fermare la linea
di trafilatura.
Una volta saldato il capo finale con il capo
iniziale dei due rocchetti/bicocche, al passaggio
dal rocchettone vuoto a quello pieno, verrà
automaticamente azionato un motoriduttore
che permette la rotazione della parte finale
dello svolgitore.
La puleggia di rinvio si andrà così a posizionare
sopra al nuovo rocchettone/bicocca.
È previsto un dispositivo arresto macchina in
caso di rottura filo. Sono inclusi tutti i necessari
dispositivi per alimentare la trafila.
It is suitable to feed wet drawing machines
either from reels or stems.
The change from empty to full reel/stem is made
without stopping the wet drawing line.
First it is necessary to weld the end of one
reel/stem to the end of the other, then when
changing from empty to full reel a reduction gear
will be activated and this will allow the rotation
of the final part of the decoiler. The snub pulley
will move above the new reel/stem.
A special device allows the machine to stop in
case the wire breaks.
All the necessary devices to feed the drawing
machine are included.

Il filo è tirato tramite un cabestano diam.
300-500-600-1000 mm, rivestito con riporto
duro ed è dotato di cassetta portafiliera
rotante fissata alla struttura, in entrata della
macchina. Il cabestano è raffreddato con
un sistema ad iniezione d’acqua attraverso
l’albero, governato da un giunto rotante,
costituito da un circuito che lavora in
pressione. All’uscita del filo dal cabestano
si entra in un ballerino che sincronizza la
velocità del successivo bobinatore.
The wire is drawn by a hard coated capstan
having a diam. of 300-500-600-1000 mm.
It has a rotating die holder fixed on the
frame. The capstan is cooled by a water
system through the shaft, moved by a
rotating joint, made of a circuit working in
pressure.
The wire coming out of the capstan enters
a dancer which synchronizes the speed
with the following winder.
