The Alucovering systems produced by I.MO.CO represent the most
comprehensive and technologically advanced architectural solutions
for ventilated facades using extruded aluminium panels.
Each unique Alucovering profile is designed based upon in-depth research, detailed knowledge of the materials and how they perform as
facades along with compliance to prevailing standards.
Every detail of the Alucovering system is designed to solve critical
interfaces and ensure the reliability of the facade when subjected to
wind, thermal expansion and the corrosive nature of atmospheric pollutants in all environments.

La busqueda de la fiabilidad màxima, el profundo conocimiento de
los materiales y de su conducta frente a las condiciones de ejercicio
en pared, también como la conformidad a las normativas vigentes
son las caracteristicas que están a la base del sistema Alucovering.
En este sistema cada detalle, cada característica de construcción no
está directa sólo a la solución de los nudos críticos, sino también a la
fiabilidad de los revestimientos que cotidianamente están sumetidos
a la acción del viento, a los choques térmicos y a la acción corrosiva
de los agentes atmosféricos contaminantes.

I profili di rivestimento Alucovering sono realizzati per estrusione in lega
di alluminio, di circa 2mm di spessore, 200mm in altezza, 6000mm max
lunghezza (salvo misure particolari da concordare) e verniciati con polveri
poliestere polimerizzata di spessore non inferiore a 60 microns a scelta in
una cartella colori di oltre 400 possibilità di finiture.
I.MO.CO. per la realizzazione del rivestimento Alucovering utilizza sistemi
produttivi di estrusione che garantiscono minime tolleranze.
Tutte le fasi del processo produttivo sono seguite da sofisticate apparecchiature di controllo che hanno lo scopo di consentire il raggiungimento
del miglior livello qualitativo della linea Alucovering secondo gli standard
previsti dal sistema di qualità aziendale, conforme alle norme UNI EN ISO

LA STRUTTURA
La struttura sarà realizzata da profili e da staffe entrambi ricavati da estrusione in lega di alluminio AlMgSiF25 T6 dello
spessore minimo di mm. 2. La struttura sarà vincolata al supporto con particolari accorgimenti atti ad assorbire dilatazioni e/o ritiri dovuti ad escursioni termiche ed a piccoli movimenti del supporto, senza che il paramento esterno risenta
delle sollecitazioni.
La sicurezza di tutto il sistema sarà garantita da una verifica in base alle norme vigenti relative alla pressione e depressione del vento. La posa avverrà mediante fissaggio sul supporto esistente di staffe in lega di alluminio ad L con tasselli
specifici per il tipo di supporto, le staffe saranno di tipo a punto fisso e punto a scorrere secondo progetto del produttore
del sistema.
Fissaggio di profilo in lega di alluminio di sezione T con passo orizzontale non superiore a cm. 100 c.ca sia alle staffe
punto fisso sia alle staffe punto a scorrere con opportuni rivetti.

• The structure is produced from extruded profiles and brackets both manufactured from aluminium alloy of approximately 2 to 3mm thickness and conforming to the standard EN AW 6063 in accordance with European standard
EN 573.3 and with a temper classified T6 in accordance with European standard EN755.2.
• The structure is secured to the support with the supplied springs and rivets all designed to ensure the system
accommodates any movement due to thermal expansion or contraction of the support system and the panels,
ensuring the system is not affected by the induced stresses.
• The safety of the system is guaranteed upon completion of the relevant calculations based upon the local norms
for wind pressure and de-pressurisation.
• The installation will be by means of L brackets attached to the internal structure by the appropriate bolts and will
consist of fixed and sliding points in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• A T profile is attached to the L brackets by means of rivets approximately every metre in accordance to the design
calculations.
• The cladding zone from the front of the panel to the supporting structure is dependent upon the type of L brackets
used and the requirements of the project.
EXTERNAL FACING – ALUCOVERING
• The Alucovering profiles are extruded from aluminium alloy of approximately 2mm thickness (conforming to the
standard EN AW 6060 in accordance with European standard EN 573.3 and with a temper classified T6 in accordance with European standard EN755.2), 200mm in height and up to 6 metres in length (according to project
specifications) and powder coated to a minimum of 60 microns from a choice of over 400 colours. Bespoke panels
are available up to 300mm in height and circa 2.8mm thickness dependent on the profile type. The Alucovering
finishes meet the requirements of “Qualicoat” international standards.
• The Alucovering profiles described above are fixed by means of specially designed clips to the T profile using
rivets, a fixed point and sliding points are used to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the
aluminium alloy profile.
• A vertical joint profile manufactured from aluminium alloy and powder coated to the same standards as the facing
panels can be used in accordance with the project design. The vertical joint profile protrudes from the facing panels
and is fixed to the support structure by means of self tapping screws or rivets.
• A horizontal joint profile manufactured from aluminium alloy and powder coated to the same standards as the
facing panels can be used in accordance with the project design. The horizontal joint profile is secured by snap
fixings between the facing panels
• Window flashings and corner profiles are manufactured to meet the design specifications of the particular
project.

Die hinterlüftete Fassade, die mit speziellen Pressprofilen aus Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt wird, die mit bei 190°
polymerisiertem Polyesterpulver in der Farbe ............ beschichtet und mit Einspannprofilen versehen ist, um eine
durchgängige Oberfläche zu erzielen, setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
DIE STRUKTUR
Die Struktur wird mit Profilen und Halterungen realisiert, beide aus stranggepresster Aluminiumlegierung AlMgSiF25
T6 in der Mindestdicke von 2 mm. Die Struktur wird mit speziellen Vorrichtungen am Tragwerk befestigt, die durch
Temperaturschwankungen und kleine Bewegungen des Tragwerks verursachte Dehnungen und Schrumpfungen
absorbieren können, ohne dass die Außenverblendung dadurch Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt ist.
Die Sicherheit des ganzen Systems wird durch eine Prüfung nach den geltenden Bestimmungen zu Winddruck und
Windsog gewährleistet. Die Montage erfolgt durch Befestigung von Winkelhalterungen aus Aluminiumlegierung am
vorhandenen Tragwerk mit speziellen Dübeln für das jeweilige Tragwerk, die Halterungen werden mit Festpunkt und
Gleitpunkt nach Plan des Herstellers des Systems ausgeführt.
Befestigung von Aluminiumprofilen mit T-Querschnitt in maximalen waagerechten Abständen von rund 100 cm
sowohl an den Festpunkt- als auch an den Gleitpunkthalterungen mit geeigneten Nieten.
Abstand der Außenkante von der Wand rund 12-16 (Nennwert).
Die Struktur besteht aus:
• Winkelhalterungen mit Löchern und Ösen (Festpunkt und Gleitpunkt)
• speziellen Dübeln für das jeweilige Tragwerk
• T-Trägerprofil
• normierten Nieten
DIE AUSSENVERKLEIDUNG AUS PRESSPROFILEN AUS ALUMINIUMLEGIERUNG ALUCOVERING I.MO.CO.
TYP….
Die Verkleidungsprofile werden aus einer stranggepressten Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt, die mit bei 190° polymerisiertem Polyesterpulver in der Farbe ………. beschichtet wird, mit ebener oder geformter Oberfläche, ALUCOVERING Mod. ….. mit max. 6000 mm Länge und 2,0 mm Dicke, mit speziellen Einspannvorrichtungen, um eine
durchgängige Verkleidung vom Typ ALUCOVERING I.MO.CO zu realisieren.
Die Verkleidungsprofile werden mit speziellen Halteclips aus Aluminiumlegierung so an der oben beschriebenen
Struktur befestigt, dass sie feste und gleitende Haltepunkte zum Ausgleich der temperaturbedingten Dehnungen
und Schrumpfungen der Verkleidung bilden.
Auf Höhe des senkrechten Verbinders wird ein Profil aus stranggepresster Aluminiumlegierung realisiert, das mit bei
190° polymerisiertem Polyesterpulver in der Farbe ............ beschichtet ist und über die Außenkante der Verkleidung
hinausragt; es wird mit Schneidschrauben am darunter befindlichen Pfosten befestigt. Eventuelle waagerechte
Verbinder werden mit einem Spezialprofil aus stranggepresster Aluminiumlegierung realisiert, das mit bei 190° polymerisiertem Polyesterpulver in der Farbe ............ beschichtet ist und mit Schnappverbindung an der darunter
befindlichen Struktur befestigt wird. An den Innen- und Außenkanten des Gebäudes werden besondere Profile aus
stranggepresster Aluminiumlegierung gemäß Planungsangaben angebracht.
Die Verkleidung besteht aus:
• Platten aus stranggepresster Aluminiumlegierung in der Form ALUCOVERING ………… von 2,0 mm Dicke, die
mit bei 190° polymerisiertem Polyesterpulver in der Farbe ............ beschichtet sind.
• Halteclips aus Aluminiumlegierung zur Befestigung der Platten an der Struktur
• Pressprofilen aus Aluminiumlegierung für die Herstellung von senkrechten/waagerechten Verbindern, mit bei 190°

Declaración de las Características
La fachada ventilada, que serà realizada con especiales perfiles extrudidos en aleación de aluminio barnizado con
polvos de poliéster polimerizados a 190 grados de color ……., perfilados a encaje para conseguir una superficie
continua, estará compuesta con las siguientes caracteristicas:
LA ESTRUCTURA
La estructura será realizada de perfiles y de estribos, ambos sacados por extrusión en aleación de aluminio del
espesor mínimo de 2 mm. La estructura será vinculada al soporte con particulares tretas adecuadas a absorber
dilataciones y/o retiradas debidas a oscilaciones climatológicas y a pequeños movimientos del soporte, sin que el
revestimiento externo sufra por los esfuerzos.
La seguridad de todo el sistema será garantizada por una verificación según las normas vigentes relativas a la presión y depresión del viento. El pose ocurrirá a través de fijado sobre el soporte existente de estribos en aleación de
aluminio a L con tacos específicos para el tipo de soporte; los estribos serán a punto fijo o a punto a correr, según
el proyecto del productor del sistema.
Fijado de perfil en aleación de aluminio de sección T con paso horizontal no superior a cm 100 (aproximadamente),
tanto a los estribos a punto fijo, como a los estribos a punto a correr con oportunos gatillos.
Distancia del hilo externo de la pared cm 12-16 aproximadamente (valor nominal)
La estructura será compuesta de:
• Estribos a L predispuestos con agujeros y ojales (punto fijo y punto a correr)
• Tacos específicos para el tipo de soporte
• Perfil montante a T
• Gatillos normalizados
EL REVESTIMIENTO EXTERNO EN PERFILES DE EXTRUSIÓN DE ALEACIÓN DE ALUMINIO ALUCOVERING
I.MO.CO TIPO……
Los perfiles de revestimiento serán realizados por extrusión en aleación de aluminio barnizada con polvos poliéster
polimerizados a 190° de color…….. a superficie llana o perfilada ALUCOVERING mod. …….. de largo mm. 6000
max. y espesor mm. 2,0 con específicos encajes al fin de realizar un revestimiento continuo tipo ALUCOVERING
I.MO.CO..
Los perfiles de revestimiento serán fijados a la estructura sopradescritta con específicos clips de enganche en aleación de aluminio para realizar enganches fijos y correderos a compensación de las dilataciones y retiradas térmicas
del revestimiento mismo.
En correspondencia del empalme vertical será realizado un perfil conseguido por extrusión en aleación de aluminio
barnizada con polvos poliéster polimerizados a 190° de color…… saliente con respecto del hilo externo del revestimiento y enclavado al montante de abajo con tornillos auto-barrenantes. Eventuales empalmes horizontales serán
realizados con particular perfil conseguido por extrusión en aleación de aluminio barnizada con polvos poliéster
polimerizado a 190° de color…….. enganchado a resorte sobre la estructura de abajo. En correspondencia de
las esquinas externo-interiores del edificio serán puestos en obra particulares perfiles de extrusión en aleación de
aluminio según las indicaciones del proyecto.
El revestimiento será compuesto de:
• Lastras en aleación de aluminio conseguida por extrusión y de perfil tipo ALUCOVERING de 2 mm de expesor,
barnizado con polvos poliéster polimerizados a 190° de color……
• Clips de enganche en aleación de aluminio para el fijado de las lastras a la estructura
• Perfiles de extrusión en aleación de aluminio para la realización de empalmes vertical-horizontales barnizados con
polvos poliéster polimerizados a 190° de color…..
• Perfiles de extrusión en aleación de aluminio para la realización de rincones interior-externos barnizados con
polvos poliéster polimerizados a 190° de color….
