CONSIGLI DI POSA INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAYING
Per una corretta esecuzione dei lavori, si consiglia una posa di almeno 1 mm di fuga. Negli ambienti di grande dimensione è assolutamente necessario posizionare dei
giunti di dilatazione con regolarità; mentre, per i piccoli ambienti è sufficiente lasciare un leggero stacco fra piastrellato e muri perimetrali. Sarà poi il battiscopa a coprire
lo stacco dando un aspetto di finitura. Si rimanda comunque ai consigli/suggerimenti del progettista o direttore di cantiere. Per l’utilizzo di stucchi epossidici, aggiunte di
resine o simili, si consiglia una preventiva prova reale di pulizia. Per una maggiore valenza estetica, suggeriamo l’utilizzo di stucchi in cadenza di colore con la piastrella
onde ridurre il contrasto (es. piastrella bianca stucco nero). Dopo la stuccatura delle piastrelle in gres porcellanato è importante, a stucco ancora fresco, rimuovere
immediatamente in modo accurato con spugna ed abbondante acqua lo stucco in eccesso. È comunque indispensabile, alcuni giorni dopo la posa, effettuare la pulizia di
fondo mediante l’utilizzo di acidi tamponati al fine di sciogliere ed asportare completamente tutti i residui di cantiere.
Per togliere la cera a protezione si consiglia l’utilizzo di prodotti specifici, vedi deceranti abitualmente in commercio e/o acqua calda.
For the proper execution of work, we recommend laying with a minimum joint of 1 mm. In very large areas, it is essential to position expansion joints at regular intervals;
whereas, for small areas, it is sufficient to leave a slight gap between the tiled area and the perimeter walls.The skirting board will cover the gap, lending a finished appearance.
In any event, follow the advice/suggestions of the designer or site manager. To use epoxy grouts, additions of resin or the like, it is advisable to carry out a true preparatory
cleaning test. For better appearance, we suggest using grouts in a shade matching the colour of the tile in order to reduce contrast (e.g. white tile and black grout). After you
have grouted tiles in porcelain stoneware, while the grout is still fresh, it is important, to immediately and carefully remove excess grout, with a sponge and plenty of water.
However, several days after laying, it is necessary to clean thoroughly by means of buffered acids in order to dissolve and fully remove site residues.
LAVAGGIO INIZIALE INITIAL WASHING
LAVAGGIO INIZIALE Prodotto: FILACLEANER (o similare) diluito 1:10 in acqua - Attrezzatura:Straccio morbido o panno spugna - Modalità: Aspirare o rimuovere
manualmente tutta la polvere di cantiere. Lavare con la soluzione di detergente utilizzando un panno o una spugna morbida. Si consiglia di ripassare con uno straccio
asciutto per asciugare la superficie lasciandola perfettamente lucida. ATTENZIONE: Non usare prodotti acidi per la pulizia dello sporco di posa, lo smalto potrebbe venire
danneggiato. In fase di posa si dovrà porre la massima attenzione per lasciare il materiale il più pulito possibile, spugnando con abbondante acqua pulita. In caso di sporco
particolarmente tenace utilizzare il prodotto FILA PS/87 (o similare) diluito 1:5 in acqua, sciacquando al termine.
PROTEZIONE ANTIMACCHIA L'effetto craquelée si ottiene mediante un procedimento di screpolatura dello smalto. Attraverso i crepi lo sporco può venire assorbito
macchiando la ceramica. È necessario perciò impermeabilizzare il materiale. Prodotto: FILA MP/90 (o similare) oppure FILA FOB (impermeabilizzanti idro-oleorepellenti)
- Attrezzatura: pennellessa - Modalità: Applicare una mano di protettivo con pennellessa morbida, in modo uniforme e continuo, impregnando anche le fughe. Il materiale
dovrà risultare bagnato da un velo leggero di prodotto. Lasciare asciugare 24 ore circa, quindi rimuovere l'eccesso di prodotto non assorbito, con un panno imbevuto dello
stesso prodotto oppure di FILASOLV. Strofinare per sciogliere il residuo e asciugare con un altro panno asciutto. Manutenzione ordinaria - Prodotto: FILACLEANER (o
similare) diluito 1:200 in acqua oppure FILABRIO (o similare) - Attrezzatura: Panno spugna morbido - Modalità: Lavare la superficie con il panno sciacquato spesso e nella
soluzione di detergente e ben strizzato. Nel caso si faccia uso di FILABRIO (o similare) spruzzare il prodotto sulla parete e passare con un panno asciutto.
INITIAL WASHING
The initial wash is aimed at removing any laying residues and building grime.Product: FILA CLEANER (or similar products) (neutral floor cleaner) : 1:10 diluted in water.
Equipment: Cloth or sponge. Procedure: After the floor is swept and soaked with water, spread the diluted Fila Cleaner (or similar products) (1:10 in water) on it; then scour
with the cloth or sponge. Rinse very well the material and dry the surface with dry and clear cloth. Attention: We suggest to not use acid products to remove the rest of laying,
because the glaze can be damaged. Pay attention during the laying down phase to leave the material cleaner that is possible, clean with sponge and clear water. In case of
strong dirty we suggest to use Fila PS87 diluted 1:5 in water, rinsing in the end.ProtectionThe craquelée effect is obtained by the cracking method of glaze.Through the cracks
the dirty can be absorbed from the material and stain the ceramic. It is necessary to protect the material.Product: Fila MP/90 (or similar products) or Fila Fob (anti-stain products
solvent based)Equipment: Brush. Procedure:When the floor is perfectly dry and clean lay an uniform coat of pure Fila MP/90 (or similar products) or Fila Fob with a brush,

the surface with a dry cloth dipped in FilaSolv.Routine maintenance Product:FilaCleaner (or similar products) (neutral detergent) diluted 1:200 or FilaBrioEquipment: Cloth or
sponge.Procedure: for routine maintenance, dilute FilaCleaner 1:200 (or similar products) in 5L of water and then helping with a cloth. Don't rinse. In case of using of Fila Brio (or
similar products) spraying the product on the wall and clean with a clear cloth
