EDISU Piemonte, Regional Institution for University
Study Rights, offers services and financial aid to
students enrolled in Piedmont’s Universities in order
to support them until graduation.
The services range from traditional ones, assigned
by public competition on the basis of economical
conditions and academic value, to those addressed
to the generality of students.

information about EDISU services and public

HOUSING SERVICE
EDISU Piemonte offers three University Residences
to those students residing out of town that have
been awarded of a scholarship.
MAZZINI UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE
The Mazzini University Residence is located in a
modern building, completely restored, and it can
be reached by foot from the railway station. This
residence is also close to the university and to EDISU
office; it is made up of three small flats with both
single and double rooms.
PONTID
A UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE
PONTIDA
The Pontida University Residence is close to the
faculties of Economics, Medicine and Surgery and
to EDISU office. It is made up of flats with both
double and single rooms.
PERRONE UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE
The Perrone University Residence has been recently
rebuilt and it is located downtown, near the
university. The residence can be reached by foot
from the railway station and it is made up of 9
single rooms (2 of which are equipped for disabled
students) and 8 double rooms.
FOOD SERVICE
The food service, which is intended to be a high
quality service, close to the needs of University
community, is pointed to the both italian and foreign
students enrolled in a Piedmont Athenaeum.
EDISU Piemonte allows students that attend classes
in Novara to have lunch and dinner in one of the
following food services affiliated with EDISU:

SPORTELLO CASA
Sportello Casa is a service from EDISU Piemonte
intended to help students who are searching for
an accommodation near the University among the
private market.
Using an up to date database, Sportello Casa
enhances the intersection between supply and
demand of accommodations and rooms.
This service is intended to join tenants and landlords
and to offer interesting possibilities to both
categories.
In order to ask for the Sportello Casa service, the
students have to certify to hold all the needed
requirements at one of the EDISU Piemonte Office
by making an application.
