STAMPI’s Key elements, that since 1990 are allowing us to
work in the design’s field and in the production of aluminum,
magnesium and zinc die-casting moulds to meet customers
requirements.
Die grundsätzlichen Elemente die RS ermöglicht haben seit
1990, dank der Entwicklung der Werkzeuge, die Anforderung im Rahmen der Druckguss Formen in Aluminium, Magnesium und Zama abzudecken und sich zu unterscheiden,
sind die Investition in der Technologie, die Erfahrung und die
Kapazität aber hauptsachlich ein großes Team Arbeit (die reale Essenz in Rs).
Progettazione
Design
Analisi, studio in co-design, ingegnerizzazione del prodotto,
simulazione riempimento, progettazione stampo, costruzione stampi di tranciatura abbinato agli stampi di pressocolata
fanno di RS un PARTNER IDEALE per tutte le aziende che necessitano di un supporto professionale e qualificato. Dotata di
un moderno e motivato ufficio tecnico, la progettazione viene
sviluppata utilizzando i più avanzati sistemi CAE/CAD/CAM.
Inoltre abbiamo al nostro interno la presenza di un interprete
per lingua tedesca ed inglese.

der Stanz Werkzeuge im zusammenhang mit den Druckguss Formen, machen aus RS einen IDEALEN PARTNER für alle Firmen

eines modernen Technischen Büro, in dem der Entwurf durch
der fortschriftlichen CAE/CAD/CAM Systeme entwickelt wird.

In continua evoluzione tecnologica, RS è in grado di soddisfare
qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, avvalendosi di personale altamente qualificato e di un parco macchine all’avanguardia. Le
nostre attrezzature ci permettono di fornire stampi per pressocolatrici da 50 ton. fino a 2000 ton. Nella specializzazione
del ns. personale abbiamo sempre curato di mantenere un giusto equilibrio tra inventiva, capacità ed esperienza.

to be able to satisfy customers requirements using a qualified staff and an advanced machine tools park. Our Equipment
give us the possibility to provide die-casting moulds for press-
es from 50 Tons. to 2000 Tons. In our Organic we always take

un “DOSSIER STAMPO” nel quale vengono forniti:
. Disegni completi 2D e 3D.
. Schemi stampo.
. Dettaglio disegni parti di ricambio soggetti ad usura.
. Certificati dei materiali impiegati.
. Certificati dei trattamenti termici.
Siamo inoltre in grado di eseguire, su richiesta del cliente, la
campionatura dello stampo e di fornire il controllo dimensionale del pezzo.

We are also able to provide you, on request, the sampling of
the moulds and the dimensional control of the details.

Des Weitern haben wir die Möglichkeit, auf Anfrage des Kunden, die Musterentnahme der Form durchzuführen und die
dimensional Kontrolle auf den Teilen zu liefern.
