INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 80% SENSOR REPLACEMENT ON T95 JTG CYLINDRICAL TANKS
HINWEISE FUR DIE ERSATZ DES 80% SENSOR FUR ZYLINDERTANK T95 JTG
Fase A:
Svitare le 10 viti di fissaggio della multivalvola F13, e
posizionare la multi valvola al di fuori del serbatoio.
Unscrew the 10 fixing screws of the F13 multivalve, and position
the multivalve external to the tank.
Abschrauben die 10 Schrauben des Multiventlils F13, und
positioniren das Multiventil Aussenseite des Tanks.
Fase C:
Togliere lentamente il blocco 80% facendo attenzione
alla posizione corretta della molla e del pistoncino di
tenuta da rimontare poi nella fase F .
Slowly remove the 80% block being careful to the correct position
of the spring and the small piston which have to be reassembled
in the phase F.
Langsam wegnehmen der 80% Block mit Betreuung and die
korrekte Position der Feder und des oleine Piston dre muss wieder
montiert sein in der Phase F .

Fase B:
Svitare Il canotto bobina e svitare le viti di fissaggio del
blocco 80%
Unscrew the coil sleeve and unscrew the fixing screws of the 80%
block.
Abschrauben der Spuleschlauchboot und abschrauben die
Befestigungschrauben des 80% Block
Fase D:
Svitare le 2 viti di fissaggio della staffa e togliere la
staffa e il sensore 80% lasciando il reostato nella sua
posizione originale,e sganciare i collegamenti elettrici
dalla multivalvola F13.
Unscrew the 2 fixing screws of the bracket and remove the
bracket and the 80% sensor, leaving the rheostat in its original
position, and drop the electrical connections from the F13
multivalve.
Abschrauben die 2 Befestigungschrauben der Steigbugel und
wegnehmen der steigbugel und der 80% Sensor und lassen der
Rheostat in seiner originale Position, und fallen lassen die
elektrische Verbindungen aus dem Multiventil F13.

Fase E:
Posizionare il blocco 80% meccanico dotato di staffa
all’interno del serbatoio fissando il kit con appositi
bulloni, facendo attenzione a non piegare l’astina.
Position the 80% mechanical block, provided with the bracket
inside the tank by fixing it with specific screws, being careful not
to bend the float arm.
Positionieren der mechanische 80% Block der hat der Steigbugel
drinnen im Tank und filiere der Kit mit geeigneten schrauben,
Achtung an die Stange nicht zu bige.
Fase G:
Riavvitare la piastrina di fissaggio con apposite viti, e
riposizionare la valvola all’interno della ghiera
fissandola con apposite viti.

Fase F:
Posizionare l’altra estremità del tubo blocco 80% sulla
multi valvola F13, avendo cura di riposizionare molla e
pistoncino di tenuta smontati nella fase C.
Position the other end of the hose 80% block on the F13
multivalve, being careful to reposition the spring and the small
piston removed in the phase C.
Positionieren die andere Ende des Schlauches 80% Block
auf dem Multiventil F13, und achten an wiederpositionieren
der Feder und der kleine Piston die waren demontiert in der
Phase C.

Screw the fixing plate with specific screws, and reposition the
valve inside the ferrule, by fixing it with specific screws.
Wiederschrauben die Fixierungsplattchen mit geeigneten
Schrauben, und wiederpositionieren das Ventil drinnen im Zwinge,
und festlegen mit geeigneten Schrauben.
