Il cambio formato inoltre può avvenire in
maniera completamente automatica, oppure manualmente tramite un semplice volantino, e richiede pochi istanti per essere
eseguito.
Vista le tendenza del mercato a produrre
formati sempre più grandi, TILE CONTROLP posizionato all’uscita forno fornisce tutte
le informazioni in tempo reale, e non a campione, necessarie per effettuare tempestivamente le dovute correzioni dei parametri
di lavoro.
Attraverso il TILE CONTROL-P è possibile rilevare anche la misura dello spessore delle
mattonelle, con un accuratezza del decimo
di millimetro.
Connessione in rete WiFi
Questa possibilità semplifica nettamente
le operazioni per il collegamento in rete
dell’apparecchiatura, non è infatti necessario alcun cablaggio di rete in prossimità
dello strumento.

Ethernet and USB ports, enables maximised data sharing. (supervision, tele-assistance, data downloading via USB).
Size change-over is also entirely automatic,
or it can be done manually using a simple
handwheel, and takes just a few seconds
to perform.
Seeing that the market tends to produce
increasingly larger sizes, TILE CONTROL-P
positioned on the outlet of the kiln provides
all the information in real time, and not
sampled, required to promptly correct the
working parameters. Using Tile-Control-P
you can even detect the measurement of
the thickness of the tiles with a precision to
the tenth of a millimeter. Tile-Control-P is a
precision Tool that guarantees a measuring
precision of 0.05mm and repeatability of
±0.1 mm.

En particular el panel del operador permite, mediante los puertos Ethernet y USB
ya instalados, la máxima utilización de los
datos (supervisión, tele-asistencia, descarga de los datos mediante USB). Además, el
cambio de formato puede ejecutarse totalmente en automático, o bien manualmente
mediante una simple manivela, y requiere
poco tiempo para su realización. Considerada la tendencia del mercado que se enfoca en producir formatos cada vex más
grandes, TILE CONTROL-P, ubicado en la
salifa fel horno, proporciona todas las informaciones en tiempo real y no por muestra,
necesarias para efectuar inmediatamente
todas las correcciones oportunas de los parámetros de traabajo. Evita la manipulación
del producto a alta temperatura y suministra mediciones reales y no subjetivas. Por
medio del TILE CONTROL-P se puede también tomar la medición del espesor de los
azulejos, con una precisión de decima de
milímetro. El Tile-control-P es un instrumento de precisión que garantiza una precisión
de la medición de 0.05 mm y una repetibilidad de ±0.1 mm.
