Robustus Questo posizionatore a tavola rotante è stato concepito per rispondere alle esigenze di qualità e robustezza che il mercato richiede. A questo scopo vengono usati due riduttori
accoppiati con un motore a magnete permanente che fornisce sempre una coppia costante nell’intero arco di utilizzo. La velocità di rotazione è regolata, tramite una scheda elettronica, da un
potenziometro per garantire un moto regolare e continuo. Il quadro elettrico, che è corredato da
tutti i comandi per il funzionamento sia in manuale che in semiautomatico, è stato concepito per
un facile apprendimento da parte dell’operatore. L’inclinazione è manuale e da la possibilità di
bloccare la tavola nella posizione migliore per effettuare il proprio lavoro, garantendone la sicurezza del posizionamento.
Robustus/S Nella versione Robustus/S oltre a tutte le possibilità della versione precedente vi
è l’opportunità di installare fino a due saldatrici e una apparecchiatura elettropneumatica per il
posizionamento della torcia. Inoltre è fornito di un finecorsa con sormonto elettronico regolabile dal
pannello con ritorno al punto zero.

Robustus Ce positionneur à plateau pivotant a été conçu pour satisfaire au mieux toutes
exigences de qualité et de robustesse demandées par le marché. Dans ce but, il est équipé de
deux réducteurs couplés avec un moteur à aimant permanent fournissant de façon continue un
couple constant pendant toute la durée de service. La vitesse de rotation est réglée, au moyen
d'une carte électronique, par un potentiomètre garantissant un mouvement régulier et continu. Le
tableau électrique, doté de toutes les commandes pour le fonctionnement tant en manuel qu'en
semi-automatique, est de compréhension particulièrement simple pour tout opérateur.
L'inclinaison, qui est manuelle, donne la possibilité de bloquer le plateau dans la position voulue
pour effectuer toute opération d'usinage, garantissant la sécurité du positionnement.
Robustus/S La version Robustus/S offre toutes les possibilités du modèle précédent outre
celle d'installer un maximum de deux soudeuses ainsi qu'un appareillage électropneumatique pour
le positionnement de la torche. Cette version est par ailleurs équipée d'une butée de fin de course à chevauchement électronique réglable par le tableau avec retour au point zéro.

Robustus This rotating-table positioner has been developed to meet the high standards
of quality and stability now requested by the market. To achieve these results, two reducers coupled to a permanent-magnet motor are used, ensuring constant torque for the entire cycle.
Rotation speed is controlled by electronic circuitry and a potentiometer to guarantee smooth and
continuous movement. The electrical panel, complete with all controls for both manual and semiautomatic operation, has been designed to ensure that operators can easily learn to use it.
Tilt angle is adjusted manually, allowing the table to be locked in the best possible position for the
job in hand, guaranteeing safe and stable fixing.
Robustus/S The Robustus/S offers all the features of the previous version together with the
possibility of installing two welders and an electropneumatic device for positioning the torch.
An end-of-travel stop with overlap adjustable electronically from the control panel is also provided,
with return to the starting point.
SCHWEISSDREHTISCH MIT HANDEINSTELLUNG DER NEIGUNG
Robustus Dieser Einrichter-Drehtisch ist konzipiert worden, um den Anforderungen an
Qualität und Robustheit zu genügen, die vom Markt gefordert werden. Hierzu werden zwei
Untersetzungen mit einem Elektromagnetmotor verwendet, der während des ganzen Arbeitsgangs
konstante Leistung liefert. Um eine regelmäßige und kontnuierliche Bewegung sicherzustellen, wird
die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit elektronisch über einen Potentiometer reguliert. Die elektrische
Schalttafel, auf der sich alle Kommandos für den manuell gesteuerten oder halbautomatischen
Betrieb befinden, ist für eine einfache Bedienung konzipiert worden. Die Neigung wird von Hand eingestellt, wobei die Blockierung des Tisches in der für die Arbeit besten Position möglich ist, was
die Sicherheit der Positionierung garantiert.
Robustus/S Bei der Version Robustus/S gibt es außer dem oben Beschriebenen noch die
Möglichkeit, bis zu zwei Schweißgeräte und eine elektropneumatische Vorrichtung zur
Positionierung der Kabelführung zu installieren. Darüber hinaus ist sie für ein elektronisch (von der
Schalttafel aus) regulierbares Schweißstreckenende-“Überschreiten“ mit Rückkehr zum Nullpunkt
ausgestattet.

Robustus Este posicionador de mesa rotativa ha sido pensado para responder a las exigencias de calidad y robustez que demanda el mercado. Para ello se utilizan dos reductores acoplados con un motor de imán permanente que proporciona siempre un par constante en el arco
entero de su utilización. La velocidad de rotación está regulada por medio de una tarjeta electrónica, con un potenciómetro que garantiza un movimiento regular y continuo. El cuadro eléctrico, que
se sirve con todos los mandos para el funcionamiento manual y semiautomático, se ha ideado para
que el operador aprenda a utilizarlo fácilmente. La inclinación es manual y da la posibilidad de blocar la mesa en la mejor posición para efectuar el trabajo debido, garantizando la seguridad del posicionamiento.
Robustus/S En la versión Robustus/S además de tener todas las posibilidades de la versión precedente, se pueden instalar hasta 2 soldadoras y un equipo electroneumático para la colocación del
portaelectrodo de soldadura. Por otra parte se sirve con tope que posee dispositivo rebasador electrónico regulable (para rebasar los 360º) desde el panel con regreso al punto cero.
