FUNZIONAMENTO
OPERATION
La LP100 è progettata per ricevere buste dalla confezionatrice automatica, alla quale viene abbinata e sincronizzata.
Le buste sono prese singolarmente ed automaticamente contate, orientate, raggruppate ed inserite nell’astuccio. Il ciclo di lavorazione prevede la chiusura dei
lembi con colla a caldo, la marcatura del lotto e della
data con l’espulsione della confezione finita sopra ad
un piano di accumulo.Gli interventi dell’operatore sono
ridotti al minimo, grazie ad un magazzino astucci con
autonomia di circa 30’’ ed al serbatoio dell’incollatore
con buona capacità.
La gestione delle principali funzioni avviene tramite
logica programmabile ed un pannello TOCH SCREEN
ben visibile, di facile utilizzo e consultazione, rendendo
semplici le regolazioni, i cambi formati e l’individuazione dei principali inconvenienti, grazie a messaggi di
diagnostica chiari sul display.
The LP100 is designed to receive bags from the automatic packaging machine, with which it is paired and
synchronised.
The bags are taken individually and automatically counted, pointed in the right direction, grouped together
and put inside the case. The processing cycle includes
the hot gluing of the edges, the marking of lot number
and date, and the ejection of the packaging on top of
an accumulation surface. The operator’s actions are
reduced to a minimum, thanks to a case storage with
autonomy of approximately 30 minutes and a gluer
tank with excellent capacity.
The main functions are managed by means of programmable logic and a TOUCH-SCREEN panel that is fully
visible, easy to use and refer to, so that adjustments,
size changes and identification of the main problems
are made easier thanks to clear diagnostics messages
on the display.
ACCESSORI:
• Modulo riempimento cartoni preformati che, posti
su un nastro vengono posizionati automaticamente
sotto la stazione di conteggio. A riempimento av
venuto il cartone viene rimosso e sostituito con uno
vuoto. Il numero di buste si programma a pannello
fino ad un massimo di 200 unità.
• Nastro di polmonatura con capacità di 4/5 cartoni.
• Modulo assestamento prodotto nel cartone.
• Modulo formatura automatica dei cartoni con
magazzino in grado di contenere circa 60 unità.
• Modulo di chiusura dei cartoni, sigillatura con nastro
adesivo ed espulsione su rulliera di polmonatura.
• Marcatore a tampone o a rullo per identificazione
cartoni, area impronta 100x100 mm Max.
• Etichettatrice per applicazione sui cartoni di etichette
autoadesive prestampate, dimensioni etichette
100x100 mm Max.
ACCESSORIES:
• Pre-formed cartons filling module. The cartons are
placed on a conveyor belt and automatically positio
ned under the counting station. After a carton is filled,
it is removed and replaced with an empty one. The
number of bags can be set from the panel up to a
maximum of 200 units.
• Buffer belt with capacity of 4/5 cartons.
• Product settling in the carton module.
• Automatic cartons forming module with store that
can hold 60 units.
• Cartons closing module, sealing with adhesive tape
and ejection onto a buffer roller.
• Ink pad or roller marker for cartons identification,
stamping area 100x100 mm Max.
• Labelling machine for the application of pre-prin
ted self-adhesive labels on the carton, max label size
