- Dal Novembre 1986 al 1990 dottorato di ricerca. In questi anni
abbiamo studiato il ruolo del sistema tachichininergico
centrale sul controllo dell’assunzione di acqua e soluzioni
saline in ratti.
- 1990-92 PhD Fellowships c/o l’Università of Pennsylvania al
dipartimento di Biologia con il prof. Alan Epstein per lo studio
dei meccanismi centrali coinvolti nell’assunzione di acqua e
soluzioni saline in animali da laboratorio
- 1999-2001 PhD Fellowship presso la Weill Medical College of
Cornell University-New York, USA per lo studio dei meccanismi
dell’ipofagia indotta da CRF in ratte femmine con il prof. Nori
Geary
- Dal 2002 al 2012 presso UNICAM per lo studio dei meccanismi
opioidergici e nocicettinergici centrali regolatori l’assunzione
di cibo in modelli di animali con e senza sindrome metabolica
