BICE PERRINI was born in Bari in 1967th
After Classical studies, she was attending Umanistic courses at the University of Bari-Facoltà di Lettere when she quit
to attend courses in Painting, and achieved a diploma in Painting at the ‘Accademia of Belle Arti’ in Bari.
In 1990-91 she qualified for a course of Grafic Art and Engraving, Etching at the Summer Academy of Salzburg ,
attended a course by artist Yoshi Takahashi, and the following year she attended a course of Painting and Sculpture by
artists Sandro Chia and Alfredo Sasso.
From 1992 to 1994 she lived in Rome.
In 1994 she attended the course ‘Illustrazione per l’infanzia’ (Illustration for Children) by Emanuele Luzzati at the
International Grafik School in Venice.
From 1995 until nowadays she lives and works in Bari. She has been working on ‘Arte della grafica e dell’ incisione per
l’infanzia’ ( Artistic and Creative Laboratories for Children ).
In 2000th she qualified to teach Drawing for Grafik Art and Etching, after Ordinary Examination at the ‘Liceo Artistico
Statale’ of Bari.
In 2003 she created the special project ‘Corporarte, New Art Collections in private companies : a Museum Network for
Contemporary Art.’ This project has been officially recognized by the Italian Minister of Culture, Mr. Urbani , and has
been awarded a Prize from the Guggenheim Fundation “Culture and Venture” as the ‘2003 Most Innovative Project of
the Year’
In 2005 she managed the artistic direction of the Second Edition of Corporarte.
In 2006 she taught Professional Drawing for Grafik Art at the ‘Istituto Statale d’Arte’ in Florence.
In 2006 she created the Performance ‘ColoRibo - Colour with Food’, which is based on the use of colours and
multisensoriality in cuisine.
