mescolato prima dell’uso con trapani mmani di prodotto. Non eccedere nel consumo
per mano per non l’evaporazione dell’acqua contenuta nel prodotto applicato.

CAMPI D’IMPIEGO
In presenza di murature vecchie e friabili, gesso,
vecchie pitture sfarinanti, l’ancoraggio di nuove
soluzioni estetiche tipo pitture, rivestimenti minerali o l’incollaggio di piastrelle ceramiche può
risultare problematico.
BETON PRIMER S è un primer fissativo a base
di resine acriliche in solvente in grado di penetrare profondamente nel supporto.
BETON PRIMER S viene utilizzato per consolidare e uniformare l’assorbimento su murature
vecchie deteriorate e superfici a base gesso.
Viene impiegato anche per calcestruzzi friabili
e polverosi, migliorando l’aderenza delle pitture
all’acqua o al solvente, tipo Indecolor Beton nel
successivo impiego.
BETON PRIMER S è particolarmente adatto
come primer prima dell’applicazione di rivestimenti ceramici su supporti in gesso per evitare
reazioni chimiche negative con l’adesivo cementizio. Viene utilizzato su massetti di anidrite e massetti ad asciugamento rapido come
primer isolante.

essere applicato anche nel periodo

supporti a base gesso o anidride.
MODALITà D’IMPIEGO
• PREPARAZIONE DEL SOTTOFONDO
È importante per la buona riuscita del lavoro
che le superfici da trattare siano asciutte, pulite
e senza parti in distacco.
Le tracce di grasso ed olio devono essere
asportate completamente, così pure le vecchie
pitture che si presentassero poco coesionate
al supporto.
• APPLICAZIONE
BETON PRIMER S si applica a pennello, rullo
o spruzzo anche con sistema airless. Il prodotto
è pronto all’uso, però può essere diluito, se
necessario, con diluente nitro.
La diluizione può essere spinta fino al rapporto
massimo di 1:1, in quanto il primer, applicato
come isolante fissativo, non deve creare film
superficiale, ma penetrare completamente nel
supporto trattato.
CONSUMO
Il consumo di BETON PRIMER S è strettamente legato alla natura e porosità del supporto,
mediamente con un litro, su fondi normali, si
riescono a trattare 5 m2.
AVVERTENZE DI POSA
• BETON PRIMER S è un prodotto facilmente
infiammabile pertanto si raccomanda di non
operare in presenza di fiamme libere e in luoghi chiusi o poco aerati.
• Si consiglia di aerare l’ambiente di lavoro
operando muniti delle idonee maschere per
respirazione.
• La posa di piastrelle con adesivi in polvere
può essere effettuata dopo circa 30 minuti.
