Dit zijn de vijf belangrijkste eigenschappen om een wond
goed te doen genezen.
Flaminal® is aangewezen bij matig tot sterk exsuderende
wonden, zoals:
• Brandwonden (2de graads)
• Postoperatieve wonden
• Oncologische wonden
• Doorligwonden
• Beenzweren (slagaders, kleine slagaders, aders, diabetes, combinatie)
Hoe gebruiken:
Aanbrengen en vervangen van Flaminal® op de wond is gemakkelijk en pijnloos. U doet het als volgt:
1. Eerst de wond reinigen en spoelen (bvb. met Flamirins®)
2. Voorzichtig droogdeppen
3. Een dikke laag (5mm) Flaminal® aanbrengen op de wond,
niet op de wondranden
4. U fixeert Flaminal® met een eindverband afhankelijk van
de aard van de wond
- droge wond: transparante film (polyurethaan) of vetverband met windel
- weinig exsudaat: non-woven gaaskompres met windel of
hechtpleister
- meer exsudaat: absorberend niet klevend kompres met
windel of hechtpleister
Goed om weten
- Het verband dagelijks controleren. Indien er lekken zijn
of onvoldoende gel, Flaminal® vervangen en een nieuw
verband aanleggen.
- Indien droge, witte alginaatschilfers op de wondrand
verschijnen, laat u deze. Ze beschermen de wondrand
waardoor de wond sneller sluit.
- Indien droge, witte alginaatschilfers in de wond verschijnen, is de wond te droog voor Flaminal®; gebruik Flaminal® Hydro.
- Het verband met Flaminal® kan ter plaatse blijven zolang
de gelstructuur intact is (1 à 4 dagen, afhankelijk van de
mate van exsudaat).
- In de beginfase van de behandeling kan de wond groter
lijken. Dit is een normaal gevolg van de reinigingsfase van
de wondgenezing waarbij het dood weefsel wordt verwijderd.
- Aangezien alginaten natuurlijke producten zijn, kan de
kleur lichtjes veranderen. De kleurverandering heeft geen
invloed op de kwaliteit van Flaminal®.
Bijzondere wonden
• Ulcus cruris (beenzweer): u brengt Flaminal® aan in een
laag van 5 mm. U fixeert Flaminal® met een niet klevend
verband. Kleeefstoffen geven vaak allergie, vooral bij ulcus cruris patienten. Bevestig het verband met een windel
of hypoallergische hechtpleister.
• Ondermijnde wonden: plaats steriele gaastampons in de
holtes als steun, gebruik een voldoende hoeveelheid Flaminal® in de holtes.
• Fistels en smalle diepe wondholtes: injecteer Flaminal®
voorzichtig in de holte met een spuit of cannule.
• Sterk exsuderende wonden: breng een dikke laag Flaminal® aan.
• Hielzweren: breng Flaminal® aan en bedek met een verbandgaas in de vorm van een V.
Voorzorgen
Bij bepaalde wonden kan een aanvullende behandeling gewenst zijn. Raadpleeg een arts.
Flaminal® kan onder toezicht van een arts bij geïnfecteerde
wonden worden gebruikt.
Alginaten hebben een weëe geur die geen invloed heeft op
de wondheling. Indien echter de geur plots meer uitgesproken wordt, raadpleeg een arts.
Flaminal® mag niet worden gebruikt voor de behandeling van
3de graadswonden en bij patienten met een gekende allergie
voor één of meerdere bestanddelen.
Flaminal® mag niet op de oogleden of in de ogen worden
aangebracht. Indien dit toch gebeurt, dient u de ogen goed te
spoelen met stromend water. Raadpleeg een arts.
Bewaring
Bewaren op kamertemperatuur (niet meer dan 25 °C), op
een droge plaats, in de originele verpakking. De vervaldatum
(USE BY) Jaar / Maand is de eerste dag van de aangegeven
maand.
Sluit de tube en de pot telkens goed onmiddellijk na gebruik.
Eens aangezet kan de tube Flaminal® worden gebruikt tot
de vervaldatum, de pot Flaminal® 500g niet langer gebruiken
dan één week na de eerste opening.
We bevelen bovendien aan dat een verpakking Flaminal®
wordt gebruikt bij één patient (singel patient).

FLAMINAL®

Celles-ci sont les cinq propriétés les plus importantes pour
une bonne guérison de la plaie.
Flaminal® est indiqué pour des plaies fortement suintantes
telles:
• Brûlures (2ième degré)
• Plaies postopératoires
• Plaies oncologiques
• Escarres
• Ulcères (artériels, artériolaires, veineux, diabétiques,
mixtes)
Mode d’emploi:
L’application et changement de Flaminal® sur la plaie sont
faciles et sans douleur. Procédez de la façon suivante:
1. Rincez et nettoyez la plaie (p.ex. avec Flamirins®)
2. Séchez en tamponnant doucement
3. Appliquez une couche épaisse (5mm) de Flaminal® sur la
plaie, tout en évitant les bords de la plaie
4. Fixez Flaminal® avec un pansement. Le choix du pansement dépendra du type de plaie
- exsudat modéré: film transparent (polyuréthane) ou tulle
vaseliné et bandage
- plus d’exsudat: compresse de gaze non-tissée et bandage ou sparadrap
- beaucoup d’exsudat: un pansement non adhésif absorbant ensuite bandage ou sparadrap
Informations pratiques
- Contrôlez le pansement journellement. Si des suintements apparaissent, ou s’il manque du gel, appliquez à
nouveau Flaminal® et renouvelez le pansement.
- Lors de l’utilisation de Flaminal®, des pellicules d’alginate
blanchâtres et adhérentes peuvent apparaître sur le bord
de la plaie. Ne les ôtez pas. Elles renforcent les bords de
la plaie et préviennent ainsi la macération de la plaie. Une
macération retardera la cicatrisation.
- Lors d’un traitement au Flaminal® des pellicules d’alginate
blanchâtres et adhérentes peuvent apparaître dans la
plaie. Ceci signifie que la plaie est trop sèche pour un
traitement au Flaminal®. Utilisez dans ce cas Flaminal®
Hydro.
- Laissez Flaminal® en place jusqu’à la décomposition du
gel (1 à 4 jours en fonction de la quantité d’exsudat présent dans la plaie).
- Dans la phase initiale du traitement, la plaie peut paraître
agrandie. Ceci est le résultat normal du débridement,
phase essentielle de la cicatrisation, qui élimine le tissu
nécrosé.
- L’origine naturelle des alginates peut entraîner de légers
changements de couleur. Ce changement de couleur n’a
aucune influence sur la qualité du Flaminal®.
Plaies spécifiques
• Ulcère de jambe (Ulcus cruris): Appliquez une couche de
5mm de Flaminal®. Fixez Flaminal® avec un pansement
non adhésif. Les agents adhésifs provoquent fréquemment une allergie, en particulier chez des patients avec
ulcère de jambe. Fixez à l’aide d’un bandage ou sparadrap hypoallergénique.
• Plaies sous-minées: placez des gazes stériles en guise
de tampon de support à l’intérieur des cavités et appliquez une quantité suffisante de Flaminal® pour combler
les cavités.
• Fistules et plaies profondes et étroites: injectez Flaminal®
avec précaution, à l’aide d’une seringue ou d’une canule,
dans les cavités.
• Plaies fortement suintantes: appliquez une couche épaisse de Flaminal®.
• Ulcères du talon: appliquez Flaminal® et recouvrez à
l’aide de compresses de gaze en forme de V.
Précautions
Certaines plaies peuvent nécessiter un traitement complémentaire. Consultez un médecin dans ce cas.
Flaminal® peut être utilisé sur des plaies infectées sous surveillance médicale.
Les alginates ont une odeur douceâtre. Cette odeur est sans
influence sur la cicatrisation. Toutefois, consultez un médecin, si l’odeur devenait soudainement plus prononcée.
Flaminal® n’est pas indiqué dans le traitement de brûlures
au 3ième degré, ni chez des patients présentant une allergie
connue à l’un des composants. Il est interdit d’utiliser Flaminal® sur les paupières ou dans les yeux comme gel ophtalmique. Dans ce cas il est nécessaire de bien rincer les yeux
avec de l’eau courante. Consultez un médecin..
Conservation
Flaminal® est à conserver à température ambiante (inférieur
à 25°C), dans son emballage d’origine. La date de péremption (USE BY) Année / Mois correspond au premier jour du
mois indiqué.
Prenez soin à bien fermer tube et pot après chaque emploi.
Entamé, le tube Flaminal® s’utilise jusqu’à la date de péremption.
Le pot Flaminal® 500g entamé est à utiliser endéans une
semaine.
Nous recommandons qu’un emballage Flaminal® soit utilisé
chez un patient (patient unique).

These are the five prime properties to ensure good wound
healing.
Flaminal® is indicated for moderately to heavily exuding
wounds such as:
• Leg ulcers (arterial, arteriolar, venous, diabetes, combination)
• Postoperative wounds
• Oncological wounds
• Pressure sores
• Burns (2nd degree)
How to use:
Applying or renewing Flaminal® on a wound is easy and painless. Proceed as follows:
1. First clean and rinse the wound (i.e. with Flamirins®)
2. Dab and dry carefully
3. Apply a thick layer (5mm) of Flaminal® to the wound
4. Cover Flaminal® with a dressing. The choice of dressing
should be based on the type of lesion:
- Moderately exuding wound: transparent film (polyurethane) or paraffin gauze with a bandage
- Heavily exuding: non-woven gauze with a bandage or
adhesive plaster
- Very heavily exuding: absorbing, non-adherent compress
fixed by a bandage or tape
Good to know:
- Check the dressing daily. If it is leaking, there is insufficient gel. The Flaminal® should be changed and a new
dressing applied.
- During Flaminal® treatment, dry, whitish alginate flakes
may appear on the wound border. They should not be
removed. The flakes will prevent wound border maceration. Maceration slows down the healing process of the
wound.
- When dry flakes or alginates appear in the wound, the
wound is too dry for Flaminal®. Use Flaminal® Hydro.
- The dressing with Flaminal® can remain in place as long
as the gel structure is intact (1 to 4 days, dependent on
the amount of exudate).
- In the initial phase of the treatment the wound may seem
to become larger. This is a normal part of the healing process during which dead tissue is eliminated.
- The colour of the alginates may change slightly due to
their natural origin. Colour changes have no effect on the
quality of Flaminal®.
Special wounds
• Leg ulcer: Apply a thick layer (5 mm) of Flaminal® to the
wound. Cover with a non-adherent dressing. Adhesives
often cause allergic reactions, particularly in patients who
suffer from leg ulcers. Use a bandage or hypoallergenic
tape.
• Undermined wounds: Place sterile gauze tampons in the
cavities as a support; apply a sufficient amount of Flaminal® in the cavities, between the tampons.
• Fistulas and small deep cavities: Inject Flaminal® carefully
into the cavity using a syringe or canula.
• Heavily exuding wounds: Apply a thicker layer of Flaminal®.
• Heel ulcers: Apply Flaminal® and cover with a V-shaped
gauze compress.
Precautions
Some wounds may indicate a complementary treatment.
Consult a physician or wound specialist.
Flaminal® can be used on infected wounds under medical
supervision.
Alginates have a faint odour. This odour has no influence on
the healing process. Should there be a sudden distinct odour,
consult a physician or wound specialist.
Flaminal® is not indicated for the treatment of 3rd degree
burns or in patients with a known allergy to one of the components.
Flaminal® cannot be used on the eyelids or in the eye. Should
it come into contact with the eye, rinse the eye thoroughly
with running water and consult a physician.
Storage
Store at room temperature (below 25 °C) in a dry place and
in the original pack. The expiry date (USE BY) Year / Month
is the first day of the indicated month.
Recap the tube and jar carefully immediately after use.
Once opened, and if recapped carefully, a tube of Flaminal®
can be stored and used until the expiry date on the tube. A
jar of Flaminal® 500g however cannot be used more than one
week after its first opening.
We recommend that a pack of Flaminal® be used with one
patient only (single patient).

Dies sind die fünf wichtigsten Eigenschaften, um eine gute
Wundheilung zu gewährleisten.
Flaminal® ist für mäßig bis schwer nässende Wunden angezeigt, wie beispielsweise:
• Beingeschwüre (arteriell, arteriolar, venös, Diabetes,
Kombination)
• Postoperative Wunden
• Onkologische Wunden
• Druckwunden
• Verbrennungen (2. Grad)
Anwendung:
Das Auftragen oder Auffrischen von Flaminal® auf einer
Wunde ist einfach und schmerzlos. Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
1. Reinigen und spülen Sie die Wunde zuerst (z.B. mit Flamirins®)
2. Sorgfältig abtupfen und trocknen
3. Tragen Sie eine dicke Lage (5mm) Flaminal® auf die
Wunde auf
4. Bedecken Sie Flaminal® mit einem Verband. Die Wahl des
Verbandes ist von der Art der Wunde abhängig:
- Mäßig nässende Wunde: Transparente Folie (Polyurethan) oder Paraffingaze mit einem Verband.
- Schwer nässend: Nicht gewebte Gaze mit einer Bandage
oder einem Pflaster.
- Sehr schwer nässend: Absorbierende, nicht haftende
Kompresse, befestigt mit einer Bandage oder einem Klebeband
Gut zu wissen:
- Prüfen Sie den Verband täglich. Wenn er leckt, ist zu
wenig Gel vorhanden. Wechseln Sie Flaminal® und tragen Sie einen neuen Verband auf.
- Während der Behandlung mit Flaminal® können trockene,
weißliche Alginatschuppen am Wundrand auftreten. Sie
sollten nicht entfernt werden. Diese Schuppen verhindern
die Aufweichung des Wundrandes. Die Aufweichung verlangsamt den Heilungsprozess der Wunde.
- Wenn trockene Schuppen oder Alginate in der Wunde
auftreten, ist die Wunde zu trocken für Flaminal®. Verwenden Sie Flaminal® Hydro.
- Der Verband mit Flaminal® kann solange an Ort und
Stelle bleiben, solange die Gelstruktur intakt ist (1 bis 4
Tage, abhängig von der Menge der Wundabsonderung).
- In der Anfangsphase der Behandlung ist möglich, dass
Sie den Eindruck haben, dass die Wunde größer wird.
Dies ist eine normale Folge des Heilungsprozesses, bei
dem totes Gewebe beseitigt wird.
- Die Farbe der Alginate kann sich aufgrund ihres natürlichen Ursprungs leicht ändern. Farbänderungen haben
keinen Einfluss auf die Qualität von Flaminal®.
Spezielle Wunden
• Beingeschwüre: Tragen Sie eine dicke Schicht (5 mm)
Flaminal® auf die Wunde auf. Mit einem nicht haftenden
Verband bedecken. Klebstoffe verursachen häufig Allergien, vorwiegend bei Patienten, die an Beingeschwüren
leiden. Verwenden Sie einen Verband oder hypoallergene
Pflaster.
• Unterminierte Wunden: Geben Sie sterile Gazetampons
als Unterstützung in die Vertiefungen. Tragen Sie eine
ausreichende Menge Flaminal® in die Vertiefungen auf,
zwischen die Tampons.
• Fisteln und kleine tiefe Vertiefungen: Injizieren Sie Flaminal® mit einer Spritze oder Kanüle vorsichtig in die Vertiefungen.
• Schwer nässende Wunden: Tragen Sie eine dickere
Schicht Flaminal® auf.
• Fersengeschwüre: Tragen Sie Flaminal® auf, und bedecken Sie es mit einer V-förmigen Gazekompresse.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
Bei bestimmten Wunden kann eine ergänzende Behandlung
angewiesen sein. Konsultieren Sie einen Arzt oder Wundspezialisten.
Flaminal® kann unter ärztlicher Aufsicht auf infizierten Wunden verwendet werden.
Alginate haben einen leichten Geruch. Dieser Geruch hat
keinen Einfluss auf den Heilungsprozess. Im Fall eines
plötzlich auftretenden, ausgeprägten Geruchs konsultieren
Sie bitte einen Arzt oder Wundspezialisten.
Flaminal® ist nicht zur Behandlung von Verbrennungen dritten Grades oder bei Patienten mit einer bekannten Allergie
gegen einen der Bestandteile geeignet.
Flaminal® darf nicht auf Augenlidern oder im Auge verwendet
werden. Sollte dies unbeabsichtigt erfolgen, spülen Sie das
Auge gründlich mit fließendem Wasser, und konsultieren Sie
einen Arzt.
Aufbewahrung
Bei Raumtemperatur (unter 25 °C) an einem trockenen Ort
in der Originalverpackung aufbewahren. Das Haltbarkeitsdatum (USE BY) Jahr / Monat ist der erste Tag des angegebenen Monats.
Verschließen Sie die Tube oder das Gefäß sorgfältig unverzüglich nach der Verwendung.
Sobald die Tube geöffnet ist, kann Flaminal® bei sorgfältiger
Wiederverschließung bis zu dem, auf der Verpackung angegebenen Haltbarkeitsdatum aufbewahrt werden, ein Gefäß
Flaminal® 500g kann jedoch höchstens eine Woche nach der
ersten Öffnung verwendet werden.
Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir, dass Sie eine Packung Flaminal® nur für einen Patienten verwenden (Einzelpatient).

FLAMINAL®
Proprietà
Flaminal® è un gel colloidale idroattivo a base di alginati,

Flaminal® favorisce la guarigione delle lesioni.
1. Flaminal® mantiene l’umidità a livello del micro-ambiente
della lesione
2. Flaminal® promuove la continua eliminazione del tessuto
necrotico dalla lesione
3. Flaminal® offre una protezione antimicrobica
4. Flaminal® non è tossico per le cellule cutanee
5. Flaminal® è ipoallergenico
Queste sono le cinque proprietà principali per garantire una
buona cicatrizzazione della lesione.
Flaminal® è indicato nel trattamento di lesioni moderatamente o abbondantemente essudanti, quali:
• Ulcere dell’arto inferiore (di origine diabetica, arteriosa,
microarteriosa, venosa, mista)
• Lesioni post-operatorie
• Lesioni oncologiche
• Ulcere da pressione
• Ustioni (di 2° grado)
Modalità d’uso:
L’applicazione o la riapplicazione di Flaminal® sulla lesione è
semplice ed indolore. Procedere come segue:
1. Lavare e pulire bene la lesione
2. Tamponare ed asciugare con cura
3. Applicare sulla lesione uno strato spesso (5 mm) di Flaminal®.
4. Fissare Flaminal® con una medicazione. Il tipo di medicazione deve essere scelto in base al tipo di lesione:
- Sulle lesioni moderatamente essudanti: applicare una
pellicola trasparente (in poliuretano) o una garza di paraffina con una fasciatura
- Sulle lesioni abbondantemente essudanti: applicare una
compressa di garza assorbente, non aderente, fissata
con una fasciatura o un cerotto.
- Sulle lesioni fortemente essudanti: applicare una compressa di garza assorbente, non aderente, fissata con
una fasciatura o un cerotto.
Consigli utili:
- Controllare il bendaggio ogni giorno. Se la lesione essuda,
significa che non c’è abbastanza gel. Applicare nuovamente Flaminal® e ricoprirlo con una nuova medicazione.
- Durante il trattamento con Flaminal®, lungo i bordi della
lesione possono comparire delle placche secche e biancastre di alginati. Queste placche non vanno rimosse, in
quanto prevengono la macerazione dei bordi della lesione. La macerazione rallenta il processo di cicatrizzazione
della lesione.
- Se al centro della lesione compaiono placche secche o
alginati, significa che la lesione è troppo asciutta per Flaminal®. Applicare quindi Flaminal® Hydro.
- La medicazione con Flaminal® può essere lasciata in
sede finchè la struttura del gel è intatta (da 1 a 4 giorni, a
seconda della quantità dell’essudato).
- Nella fase iniziale del trattamento, può sembrare che la
lesione si allarghi. Si tratta di una conseguenza diretta
del processo di cicatrizzazione, durante il quale viene
eliminato il tessuto necrotico.
- Il colore degli alginati può variare leggermente, a causa
della loro origine naturale. I cambiamenti di colore non
incidono sulla qualità di Flaminal®.
Lesioni particolari
• Ulcera dell’arto inferiore: applicare sulla lesione uno
strato spesso (5 mm) di Flaminal®. Coprire con una medicazione non aderente. Le sostanze adesive spesso
provocano allergie, soprattutto nei pazienti affetti da ulcera dell’arto inferiore. Usare una fasciatura o un cerotto
ipoallergenico.
• Lesioni sottominate: applicare dei tamponi in garza sterile
nelle cavità come supporto; applicare una quantità sufficiente di Flaminal® nelle cavità, tra i tamponi.
• Fistole e piccole cavità profonde: iniettare con cura Flaminal® nella cavità per mezzo di una siringa o di una cannula.
• Lesioni molto essudanti: applicare uno strato più spesso
di Flaminal®.
• Ulcere del tallone: applicare Flaminal® e coprire con una
compressa di garza a forma di „V“.
Precauzioni
Su alcune lesioni può essere indicato un trattamento complementare. Consultare il medico o uno specialista.
Flaminal® può essere applicato su lesioni infette, sotto controllo medico.
Gli alginati hanno un odore appena percettibile. L’odore non
incide sul processo di cicatrizzazione. In caso di odore improvvisamente diverso, consultare il medico o uno specialista.
Flaminal® non è indicato per il trattamento delle ustioni di
3° grado o su pazienti con un’allergia accertata ad uno dei
componenti.
Flaminal® non va applicato sulle palpebre o sugli occhi. Qualora ciò accadesse, sciacquare con abbondante acqua corrente e consultare il medico.
Conservazione
Conservare a temperatura ambiente (al di sotto dei 25 °C),
in luogo asciutto e nella confezione originale. Per data di
scadenza (da utilizzare entro mese/anno) si intende il primo
giorno del mese riportato sulla confezione.
Subito dopo l’uso richiudere il tubetto e la giara con cura.
Una volta aperto, se correttamente richiuso, un tubetto di
Flaminal® può essere conservato ed usato fino alla data di
scadenza riportata sul tubetto. Una giara di Flaminal® da 500
g, invece, non può essere usata dopo una settimana dall’apertura.
Si raccomanda inoltre di utilizzare una confezione di Flaminal® su un singolo paziente (una per ciascun paziente).

5. Flaminal® je hypoalergenní
Toto je pĕt základních vlastnosti Flaminalu, které zajišťují
úspěšné hojení ran.
Flaminal® je indikován pro středně až silně exsudující rány,
jako například:
• Bércové vředy (arteriální, arteriolární, venózní, diabetické, kombinované)
• Pooperační rány
• Rány způsobené onkologickou léčbou
• Dekubity
• Popáleniny (II. stupně)
Způsob použití:
Aplikace a převaz Flaminalem jsou jednoduché a bezbolestné. Postupujte následujícím způsobem:
1. Vyčistěte ránu (např. pomocí Flamirinsu®)
2. Jemně ránu osušte
3. Naneste na ránu silnou vrstvu (5mm) Flaminalu®
4. Překryjte Flaminal® odpovídajícím krytím. Druh krytí by
měl být zvolen v závislosti na typu léze:
- Středně exsudující rány: transparentní film (polyurethan) nebo mastný tyl s bandáží
- Silně exsudující rány: netkaná textilie s bandáží nebo
přilnavým krytím
- Velmi silně exsudující rány: absorbční neadherentní
komprese fixovaná bandáží nebo náplastí
Užitečné rady:
- Denně krytí kontrolujte. Pokud gel prosakuje nebo jeví
známky spotřebování, naneste novou vrstvu Flaminalu®
a znovu překryjte.
- Během léčby Flaminalem® se mohou na okrajích rány
objevit suché bělavé alginátové vločky. Není třeba je
odstraňovat. Vločky chrání okraje rány před macerací,
která zpomaluje proces hojení rány.
- Alginátové vločky přímo v ráně jsou znamením, že je
rána pro Flaminal® příliš suchá. Použijte Flaminal® Hydro.
- Flaminal® může zůstat v ráně, dokud není jeho struktura
pozměněna (1 až 4 dny, v závislosti na množství exsudátu).
- V počáteční fázi léčby je možné, že bude docházet ke
zvětšování rány. Je to běžná fáze hojení, kdy tělo eliminuje odumřelou tkáň.
- Barva alginátu se může lehce měnit podle jeho původu.
Změny barvy nemají žádný vliv na kvalitu Flaminalu®.
Speciální doporučení
• Bércový vřed: naneste na ránu silnou vrstvu (5 mm) Flaminalu®. Překryjte neadherentní krytím. Adhesiva často
způsobují alergie, zejména u pacientů s bércovými vředy.
Fixujte bandáží nebo hypoalergenní náplastí.
• Kavity: ránu vystelte sterilními gázovými tampóny, apliku-
jte do kavity mezi tampóny dostatečné množství Flaminalu®.
Fistule a úzké hluboké kavity: vpravte do rány Flaminal®
za pomoci stříkačky nebo kanyly.
• Silně exsudující rány: naneste silnou vrstvu Flaminalu®.
• Dekubity na patách: naneste Flaminal® a překryjte jej
kompresí ve tvaru písmene „V“.
Upozornění
U některých ran je třeba doplňkové léčby. Konzultujte s
lékařem nebo odborníkem na hojení ran.
Flaminal® je pod lékařským dohledem možné použít na infikované rány.
Algináty slabě páchnou. Tento zápach nemá na proces hojení žádný vliv. V případě, že se náhle objeví odlišný zápach,
konzultujte lékaře nebo odborníka na hojení ran.
Flaminal® není indikován pro popáleniny III. stupně nebo u
pacientů s alergií na některou ze složek.
Flaminal® nelze používat na oční víčka nebo povrch očí. V
případě zasažení oka vypláchněte pečlivě oko tekoucí vodou a konzultujte lékaře.
Skladování
Uchovávejte v originálním balení na suchém místě při pokojové teplotě (do 25 °C). Datum expirace (USE BY) Year /
Month se počítá prvním dnem označeného měsíce.
Ihned po použití tubu a nádobu znovu uzavřete.
Otevřenou tubu je možné používat až do data expirace, za
předpokladu, že je po použití vždy znovu uzavírána. Nádobu
500g však není možné používat déle než týden po jejím
prvním otevření.
Doporučujeme používat každé balení Flaminalu® na jednoho
pacienta.

Το Flaminal® είναι ένα υδροενεργό κολλειδές gel με

ενζύμων.
Το Flaminal® προάγει την επούλωση των πληγών.

Αυτές είναι οι πέντε κυριότερες ιδιότητες που
διασφαλίζουν την σωστή επούλωση της πληγής.
Το. Flaminal® ενδείκνυται για μέτρια εως και έντονα
εξιδρωματικές πληγές όπως:
• Έλκη Ποδιού (αρτηριακό, αρτηριδιακό, φλεβικό,
διαβητικό, συνδυασμός)
• Μετεγχειρητικά τραύματα
• Πληγές ογκολογικής αιτιολογίας
• Έλκη κατακλίσεων
• Εγκαύματα (2ου βαθμού)
Τρόπος χρήσης
Η εφαρμογή του Flaminal® σε μια πληγή είναι εύκολη
και ανώδυνη.
Ακολουθήστε τις παρακάτω οδηγίες:
1. Πρώτα καθαρίστε καλά την πληγή (π.χ με
Flamirins®)
2. Στεγνώστε την πληγή με προσοχή χωρίς να την
τρίψετε.
3. Εφαρμόστε ένα παχύ στρώμα Flaminal® (5
χιλιοστά) πάνω την πληγή.
4. Καλύψτε το Flaminal® με μια ειδική αποστειρωμένη
γάζα. Η επιλογή της γάζας εξαρτάται από τον
τύπο της πληγής:
- Μέτρια εξιδρωματική πληγή: διαφανής
μεμβράνη (πολυουρεθάνης) ή γάζα παραφίνης
με επίδεσμο
- Έντονα εξιδρωματική πληγή: γάζα χωρίς
ύφανση με επίδεσμο ή αυτοκόλλητο επίθεμα

Καλό είναι να ξέρετε:
- Ελέγχετε καθημερινά τη γάζα. Εάν είναι υγρή, η
ποσότητα του gel είναι ανεπαρκής. Εφαρμόστε
ξανά ένα νέο στρώμα Flaminal® και τοποθετήστε
μια νέα γάζα.
- Κατά τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας με Flaminal®
υπάρχει περίπτωση να εμφανιστούν ξηρές,
άσπρες νιφάδες αλγινικού στα χείλη της πληγής.
Δεν πρέπει να απομακρυνθούν διότι οι νιφάδες
αυτές αποτρέπουν την εμβροχή των χειλών της
πληγής. Η εμβροχή καθυστερεί την επούλωση της
πληγής.
- Σε περίπτωση που εμφανιστούν ξηρές νιφάδες ή
αλγινικά άλατα στην πληγή σημαίνει ότι η πληγή
παραείναι ξηρή για το Flaminal, χρησιμοποιήστε
Flaminal Hydro. To Flaminal μπορεί να παραμείνει
στην πληγή όσο το gel δεν υγροποιείται (1-4
μέρες ανάλογα με την εξίδρωση της πληγής).
- Στην πρώτη φάση της αγωγής η πληγή μπορεί
να φαίνεται ότι μεγαλώνει. Αυτό είναι ένα
φυσιολογικό στάδιο στην διαδικασία της
επούλωσης κατά την οποία ο νεκρωμένος ιστός
αποβάλλεται.
- Το χρώμα των αλγινικών αλάτων μπορεί να
αλλάξει ελαφρώς γεγονός που οφείλεται στην
φυσική τους προέλευση. Οι μεταβολές του
χρώματος δεν επηρεάζουν την ποιότητα και τη
δράση του Flaminal®.
Ειδικές περιπτώσεις πληγών:
• Ελκος ποδιού: τοποθετήστε Flaminal®: (5mm)
πάνω στην πληγή. Καλύψτε με ένα μηαυτοκόλλητο επίθεμα. Τα αυτοκόλλητα επιθέματα
συχνά δημιουργούν αλλεργικές αντιδράσεις ,
ιδιαίτερα σε ασθενείς που πάσχουν από έλκος
ποδιού. Χρησιμοποιήστε έναν επίδεσμο ή ένα
υποαλλεργικό τσιρότο.
• Βαθιές πληγές: τοποθετήστε ένα αποστειρωμένο
ταμπόν γάζας στις κοιλότητες για τη στήριξη.
Εφαρμόστε ένα παχύ στρώμα Flaminal® μέσα στις
κοιλότητες ανάμεσα από τα ταμπόν.
• Συρίγγια
και
μικρά
βαθιά
κοιλώματα:
τοποθετείστε το Flaminal® προσεκτικά μέσα
στο κοίλωμα χρησιμοποιώντας μία σύριγγα ή
κάνουλα.
• Έντονα εξιδρωματικες πληγές: απλώστε ένα πιο
παχύ στρώμα Flaminal®.
• Εξέλκωση πτέρνας: απλώστε Flaminal® και
καλύψτε με ένα επίθεμα αποστειρωμένης γάζας
σε σχήμα «V».
Προφυλάξεις
Σε oρισμένες πληγές μπορεί να χρειαστεί
συμπληρωματική αγωγή. Συμβουλευτείτε το γιατρό.
Το Flaminal® μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε μολυσμένες
πληγές υπό την επίβλεψη του γιατρού.
Τα αλγινικά άλατα έχουν κάποια ανεπαίσθητη
μυρωδιά η οποία δεν έχει καμία επίδραση σην
διαδικασία επούλωσης. Σε περίπτωση ξαφνικής,
έντονης μυρωδιάς συμβουλευτείτε αμέσως το
γιατρό.
Το Flaminal® δεν ενδείκνυται για εγκαύματα 3ου
βαθμού ή σε ασθενείς που είναι αλλεργικοί σε
κάποιο από τα συστατικά του προιόντος .
Το Flaminal® δεν πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται στα
βλέφαρα ή στα μάτια. Σε περίπτωση που συμβεί
αυτό ξεβγάλετε πολύ καλά με νερό και ενημερώστε
το γιατρό.

Το
Flaminal®
περιβάλλοντος (μέχρι 25˚ C) σε ξηρό μέρος, μέσα
στην αρχική συσκευασία του έως την αναγραφόμενη
ημερομηνία λήξεως. Εφόσον μετά τη χρήση
το Flaminal® κλείνεται προσεκτικά, μπορεί να
χρησιμοποιηθεί μέχρι την ημερομηνία λήξης. Το
βάζο Flaminal® 500g πρέπει να χρησιμοποιηθεί εντός
μίας εβδομάδας από το άνοιγμα της συσκευασίας.
Επίσης συστήνεται κάθε συσκευασία Flaminal® να
χρησιμοποιείται από τον ίδιο ασθενή.
