BRUSH SLIP RINGS
COLLETTORI AD ANELLI
A printed slip ring is made from the molding of bronze rings with
thermosetting resin loaded with glass fiber. From this mixture a
single block is obtained, further machined on a lathe to obtain a
finished product of excellent execution.
All our printed slip rings are tested and inspected before shipment
to ensure that the product meets customer’s requirements. The
wide choice of outside diameter and of the through hole gives the
chance to meet the most varied requirements.
Il collettore ad anelli monoblocco è realizzato dallo stampaggio di anelli in bronzo
con resina termoindurente caricata con fibra di vetro. Da questo si ottiene un
unico blocco che viene lavorato al tornio per ottenere un prodotto finito di ottima
esecuzione.
Tutti i nostri collettori ad anelli stampati sono testati e controllati prima della
spedizione per assicurare un prodotto conforme alle Vostre richieste.
La vasta disponibilità di combinazioni di diametri esterni, foro passante e numero
di anelli, dà la possibilità di soddisfare le esigenze più varie.

Il collettore componibile ad anelli è composto da settori in nylon caricato
vetro combinabili in unità finite da numero di anelli su richiesta (max 12).
Grazie a questa composizione la sua principale caratteristica è la
modularità che garantisce in fase di approvvigionamento una gestione
di magazzino più flessibile, combinando quanto stoccato sulla base delle
proprie reali necessità.
Essendo un prodotto industrializzato con componenti stampati ad
iniezione, il grado di finitura è molto elevato.
E’ possibile l’esecuzione con uscita faston, perno o filo. Non richiedendo
lavorazioni di finitura supplementari grazie al tipo di industrializzazione il
costo risulta competitivo rispetto al tradizionale collettore monoblocco,
considerando la qualità finale del prodotto.

allows a more flexible stock management, based on real needs.
Being an industrialized product with injection molded components,
the degree of finishing is very high.
It is possible to have a modular slip ring with faston output, pin
or wire. Its cost is interesting compared to traditional printed slip
rings, thanks also to the mechanization of production.
