Tutte le categorie potranno subire delle modifiche, come da regolamento EAHSC, in base al numero dei partecipanti; qualora il numero degli iscritti sia inferiore a tre la categoria potrà essere unita con quella di età maggiore dello stesso sesso;
qualora il numero dei partecipanti sia superiore a 10 la categoria potrà essere divisa in due categorie.
Il numero di pettorale verrà attribuito in base alla data di nascita del cavallo per ogni categoria, seguendo un criterio
crescente (dal più piccolo di età al più grande).
Nessun cavallo non presente nel catalogo potrà prendere parte allo show.
International competition and the C ‘regulated by the Blue Book 2015, and will take place within at Bergamo fiere..
The C show is an ECAHO affiliated SHOW and it is under EAHSC rules (annexed). The organizing committee reserves the
right to modify the present programme for the good success of the show.
No class may be split unless there are 10 or more horses entered, combination of a class with the next age group of the
same sex is permitted if the number of entries for the class is below 3 (three) at the discretion of the organization committee.
No horse will be permitted to enter the show ring unless its name and all other relevant details have been printed in the
catalogue.
CONDIZIONE DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il concorso e’ riservato a tutti i cavalli purosangue arabi registrati presso uno Stud-book Waho alla data di chiusura delle
iscrizioni (25/08/2015). Tutti i cavalli dovranno essere in possesso di un documento di riconoscimento ufficiale rilasciato
dal registry di iscrizione recante i dati anagrafici e segnaletici del soggetto con descrizione grafica degli stessi corredata
di certificazione delle vaccinazioni richieste.
Tutti i soggetti partecipanti dovranno essere in possesso di regolare passaporto WAHO e, ove previsto dalle normative
vigenti, di microchip ( ANAGRAFE EQUINA).
Tutti i cavalli dovranno essere coperti da assicurazione RC.
Open to horses that are registered in any WAHO recognized studbook by the closing date of entries.
An equine passport including a validated graphic description of the horse is mandatory for all international shows in European Union member countries (EEC directives), with a certificate of vaccinations like required by the rules ecaho Each horse
entering the fairground must be covered by proper insurance for damages caused.
RESTRIZIONE ALLA PARTECIPAZIONE
I vincitori della medaglia d’oro e d’argento in un title show o in uno show di classe A non possono prendere parte in uno
show di classe C internazionale per il resto dell’anno della vincita e per i due anni successivi a meno che il cavallo sia passato di categoria da junior e senior. Qualora un cavallo iscritto non rispetti questa regola sarà punito con una ammenda
fino a €600.00 e il cavallo verrà squalificato dalla manifestazione.
Entry restrictions: Title Show or A Show Champion Gold and Silver medal winners are not allowed to take part in a C show
for the rest of that calendar year and the two calendar years following, unless the horse has passed from a junior to a senior
category. Anybody entering an overqualified horse will be liable to a fine of € 600 and the horse will be di¬squalified.
METODO DI GIUDIZIO PER LE CLASSI
I giudici nominati inappellabili assegneranno un punteggio da 0 a 10 con mezzo punto per tipo, testa, collo, dorso e
armonia, arti e movimento. A parità di punteggio vincerà il cavallo che otterrà il maggior punteggio totale in tipo. Se lo
spareggio non sarà risolto vincerà il cavallo con maggior punteggio in movimento. Se lo spareggio non sarà ancora risolto
verrà sorteggiato un giudice tra la giura presente e il giudice scelto darà la sua preferenza per il vincitore.
The judges will judge each class independently from one another and without catalogue according to the following crite¬ria: type, head, neck, body and top line, legs, movement, based on the 10-points-system with half points.
In the event of a tie in the qualifying places of a class, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points for
type. If there is still a tie, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points in movement. Failing a decision on
either of these, one judge chosen by ballot will name his preference

REGOLE PER IL CAMPIONATO
Tutti i cavalli primi e secondi classificati nelle categorie preliminari accedono al campionato.
I vincitori delle Gold, Silver e Bronze Medal saranno scelti tra tutti i cavalli che si sono qualificati nelle rispettive classi per
ogni campionato. Il numero dei cavalli qualificati da ogni classe verrà annunciato ufficialmente dall’organizzatore nelle
schede e nel catalogo dello show.
Il Campionato verrà giudicato come segue:
Tutti i cavalli qualificati entreranno nel ring e si allineeranno secondo il numero proprio di catalogo
I cavalli verranno giudicati individualmente, sia in standing che al trotto
Ogni giudice esprimerà in una sola volta la propria scelta per le medaglie Gold, Silver e Bronze scegliendo fra tutti cavalli
qualificati per il campionato
Ogni cavallo nominato riceverà i seguenti punti:
•
Un cavallo nominato da un giudice per la medaglia d’oro riceverà 4 punti
•
Un cavallo nominato da un giudice per medaglia d’argento riceverà 2 punti
•
Un cavallo nominato da un giudice per la medaglia di bronzo riceverà 1 punto
La Medaglia d’Oro sarà assegnato al cavallo con il maggior numero di punti per il campionato.
La medaglia d’argento sarà assegnato al cavallo con il 2 ° maggior numero di punti per il campionato.
La medaglia di bronzo sarà assegnato al cavallo con il 3 ° più alto numero di punti di campionato.
In caso di parità, saranno seguite le regole per gli spareggi nei campionati.
Sarà selezionato anche un quarto cavallo, che diventerà il vincitore della medaglia di bronzo se
uno dei tre vincitori delle medaglie dovesse essere squalificato. Il nome di questo cavallo non sarà
annunciato. Nel caso in cui due o più vincitori di medaglie fossero squalificati, non sarà effettuata
nessuna ulteriore sostituzione.
Le preferenze dei giudici saranno annunciate dallo speaker pubblicamente.
Tutti i cavalli qualificati per il campionato dovranno prendere parte alla competizione. Un certificato veterinario redatto dal
veterinario della Dc potrà giustificare l’assenza di un cavallo al campionato. Senza il certificato del veterinario della Dc il
cavallo verrà squalificato dallo show, cancellate le qualifiche ottenute e squalificato dalle competizioni per un anno dalla
data dello show. In questo caso il cavallo qualificato dietro al cavallo eliminato guadagnerà un punto in classifica ma non
potrà accedere al campionato.
New method
The Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners will be selected from amongst all the horses which have qualified in their respective classes for each championship.
The number of horses qualified from each class will be officially announced by the show organizer in the schedule and the
show catalogue.
1.
The Championships will be judged as follows:
a.All the horses qualified for the championship will enter the ring and line up according to the numerical order of their
catalogue numbers.
b.The horses will be judged individually, standing and trotting.
c.Each judge will nominate his choice for gold silver and bronze medals together at the same time, from amongst all the
horses qualified for the championship.
Points will be given to the nominated horses as follows:
•
A horse nominated by a judge for Gold Medal will receive 4 points.
•
A horse nominated by a judge for Silver Medal will receive 2 points.
•
A horse nominated by a judge for Bronze Medal will receive 1 point.
The Gold Medal will be awarded to the horse with the highest number of championship points.
The Silver Medal will be awarded to the horse with the 2nd highest number of championship points.
The Bronze Medal will be awarded to the horse with the 3rd highest number of championship points.
In the case of a tie, the Rules for Ties in championships will be followed.
The judges will not discuss the horses.

A fourth horse will be selected, which will become the Bronze medal winner should one of the three medal winners be
disqualified. If this exhibit is not apparent from the voting papers, the judges will be asked to nominate one. This horse will
not be announced. In the event that two or more of the medal winners are disqualified, no further substitution will be made.
3.
All horses that qualify for their respective Championships must take part in the Championship.
Unless a certificate from the DC veterinarian is produced failure to compete will disqualify the horse from the show, with its
record of score and class placing being deleted and the horse being disqualified from showing for the period of one year
as from the date of the show. In the event of a disqualification, horses placed behind the disqualified horse will move up a
place in the class. Should a horse be sent out of the ring by the judges or taken out by the handler for any reason, it will
be deemed to have taken part in the championship.

CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE FUTURITY
I futurity, per partecipare allo show dovranno essere in possesso del microchip e del passaporto, o qualora non di¬sponibile, della copia della documentazione inviata ad ANICA (Modello II) per la registrazione del puledro con relativa fotocopia
del CIF, del modulo denuncia di nascita con descrizione grafica del soggetto e pagamenti effettuati per la registrazione.
METODO DI GIUDIZIO FUTURITY
Potranno partecipare alle categorie futurity puledri nati nel 2015 che abbiano compiuto quattro settimane di vita alla data
di inizio dello show (25 Agosto 2015). I puledri devono essere presentati a capezza accompagnati dalla madre fino
all’età di sei mesi. I puledri orfani o rifiutati dalla madre non possono andare in show. I puledri dovranno essere in possesso
della documentazione di iscrizione all’Anica in copia.
LE CATEGORIE FUTURITY VERRANNO GIUDICATE CON IL SISTEMA A COMPARAZIONE:
ogni giudice stilerà una sua classifica e la segreteria attribuirà il punteggio finale secondo il seguente criterio:
1° classificato 10 punti,2° classificato 6 punti, 3°classificato 4 punti, 4° classificato 2 punti, 5° classificato 1 punto. La
classifica finale sarà in base ai punteggi così ottenuti.
PRESENTAZIONE DEI PULEDRI FUTURITY
I puledri non possono essere presentati con capezze di metallo e con catene di metallo. I futurity non possono prendere parte al
campionato e la loro qualifica non varrà per qualificarsi in competizioni di categoria superiore. I puledri potranno essere tosati
completamente o aver parti del corpo tosato, ma si ricorda che è vietato tosare/rasare/tagliare in qualun¬que modo i peli tattili
intorno agli occhi e intorno al naso e al muso come previsto da regolamento ECAHO.
The categories futurity are not part of the championship, are not affiliated ECAHO , are open to all
foals born in 2015 whose application for registration has been properly forwarded ANICA , full
registration fee within the period of registration of the competition .
The categories are recognized by the futurity EAHSC and must follow the following rules :
a) The foals can not compete in the league EAHSC nor be eligible for any title and any qualification
to show for class A.
b ) in the futurity classes that will take place during a demonstration affiliated EAHSC , Regulation
EAHSC will be applied .
c) All foals must have an age of one month to the date of submission ( 25.08.2015 ) , and must be
accompanied by her mother in the field until the age of six months.
d) it is prohibited to use , for foals of the year, of nosebands with metal chains .
e) it is possible to shear the body or parts of it (eg, partial shearing of the head and neck) except
the area around the eyes and muzzle. Including export and depilatory depilatory method with tactile hairs .
f) The foals should be kept at hand during the awards ceremony.
REGOLAMENTO DI ACCESSO AL RING DI PRESENTAZIONE
I cavalli dovranno essere presentati nel prering con almeno 10 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’inizio della categoria.
- Ogni cavallo potrà essere accompagnato nel prering da non più di due persone, handler compreso.
- Ogni cavallo potrà essere presentato nel ring da un solo handler
- Non saranno ammessi nel prering, ring e zone adiacenti all’area di presentazione azioni di disturbo di qualsiasi tipo nei
confronti dei cavalli in concorso.
GARE MONTATE
Questo appuntamento di dressage è riservato ai cavalli iscritti in uno stud book riconosciuto dalla W.A.H.O.
Il costo d’iscrizione è di di € 130.00 (IVA inclusa) che comprende l’iscrizione al concorso, la concessione del box (per tutta
la durata del concorso riservato al P.S.A.)
RIPRESA DI DRESSAGE E 206 da svolgersi su due manches.

L’organizzazione accetterà tutte le iscrizioni pervenute in regola con i pagamenti.
I cavalli partecipanti devono essere provvisti di assicurazione R.C.
La regolare partecipazione al concorso è comunque subordinata al rispetto delle condizioni di partecipazione sotto¬poste
al controlo della DC.
Le iscrizioni dovranno essere effettuate compilando lo specifico “MODULO DI ISCRIZIONE CAVALLO” in ogni parte, completo di firma e attestazione di pagamento della relativa quota.

email [email protected]. Si ricorda che non verranno accettate le iscrizioni di cavalli alla manifestazione senza
il pagamento delle stesse certificate da ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento e senza aver firmato e compilato il modulo di
iscrizione per ogni singolo cavallo allegato al regolamento. Inoltre è obbligatorio inviare per ogni cavallo la fotocopia del

NORME VETERINARIE
Si ricorda che dovranno essere rispettate le seguenti normative: gli equini dovranno essere accompagnati dal documen¬to
di identificazione (passaporto) previsto dalla Decisione 93/623 CEE e dalla 2000/68 CEE; gli equini dovranno essere in
possesso di attestazione di vaccinazione antinfluenzale secondo il regolamento Ecaho di seguito specificato. Il Cog¬gins
test obbligatorio. Tutti gli animali dovranno essere accompagnati da Modello 4 secondo la normativa vigente così come
previsto dall art. 31 del DPR 320/54 e successive modifiche. Quelli di provenienza estera dovranno essere scortati dalla
certificazione sanitaria prevista dagli accordi internazionali; gli automezzi adibiti al trasporto di animali dovranno essere
in possesso di autorizzazione sanitaria così come previsto dal Regolamento CEE 1/2005; gli automezzi dovran¬no essere
disinfettati e dotati di apposito cartello così come prescritto dall art. 64 del DPR 320/54; gli autotrasportatori dovranno
essere muniti di attestazione di formazione specifica ai sensi del D.Lgs n. 532/92 e successive modifiche. Tutta la documentazione dovrà essere consegnata dall’autista del mezzo al personale incaricato ai controlli.

The horses will be allowed in the exhibition center only if you possess one of the following certifications:
identification document complies with Annex E of the DPR 243/94 showing any vaccinations and withdrawals made (or
declaration of origin of the animals (model 4) prepared by the Veterinary Officer responsible for the area, showing the
identification of the horse, the vaccination and sampling performed or international import certificates (for people coming

VACCINAZIONE ANTINFLUENZALE BLUE-BOOK 2015
1. Tutti i cavalli che partecipano alla competizione dovranno aver completato il piano vaccinale base cioè dovranno essere
stati vaccinati con due vaccinazioni somministrate ad una distanza tra i 21 e massimo 92 giorni l’una dall’altra. I Foals,
puledri di età inferiore a un anno di vita, devono iniziare il ciclo di vaccinazione primario a partire dai 6 mesi di vita. E’
sotto la responsabilità dei proprietari se questi puledri verranno presentati prima che il ciclo base della vaccinazione sia
completato.
2. Il primo vaccino denominato Booster dovrà essere somministrato entro 7 mesi di calendario successivo alla data della
somministrazione della seconda vaccinazione del ciclo primario.
3. I cavalli che sono in possesso di una certificazione che attesti le regolari vaccinazioni avvenute prima del 2009 non
sono tenuti a soddisfare i requisiti del primo richiamo Booster, solo se in possesso di una certificazione che attesti che non
ci sia stato alcun intervallo nelle vaccinazioni.
4. I successivi richiami Booster dovranno essere somministrati ogni 12 mesi o intervalli inferiori qualora le autorità locali o
nazionali li richiedano.
5. Nessuna vaccinazione può essere somministrata nei 7 giorni precedenti all’arrivo del cavallo alla sede dell’evento
Ecaho.
6. I vaccini devono essere somministrati da un veterinario. Il nome del vaccino usato, la marca e il numero seriale del
vaccino usato devono essere trascritti nel passaporto del cavallo, con timbro e firma del veterinario che ha praticato la
vaccinazione.
7. Trascrizione della storia vaccinale in un nuovo passaporto o in un duplicato: se la storia vaccinale del cavallo è molto
lunga, il veterinario può usare la seguente dicitura: “La storia vaccinale di questo cavallo è corretta alla data ……. (in¬serendo la data dell’ultima vaccinazione effettuata)”, firmato e timbrato da un veterinario.
8. Sanzioni per vaccinazioni irregolari considerando un intervallo di 12 mesi tra un booster e il successivo:
w Più di una settimana in ritardo: una multa di €130. Il cavallo non può prendere parte alla competizione.
w Tra 1 e 2 settimane di ritardo: una multa di €200. Il cavallo può prendere parte alla competizione.
w Un ritardo maggiore di 2 settimane: una multa di €280, il cavallo non può prendere parte alla competizione e deve
essere allontanato il più presto possibile dalla sede dell’evento.
w No corretta vaccinazione di Base o primo richiamo Booster: una multa di €280, il cavallo non può prendere parte
alla competizione e deve essere allontanato il più presto possibile dalla sede dell’evento. ( le vaccinazioni dovranno ricomin¬ciare da capo secondo quanto indicato nell’articolo 1e 2).

REGOLA PER LA CONDOTTA DELLO SHOW
1. Partecipando ad un concorso, gli organizzatori, i giudici e gli espositori si impegnano a rispettare senza riserve ed a far
rispettare le persone che li accompagnano “le regole per la condotta degli show” e, per quanto riguarda gli argo¬menti
di natura veterinaria e l’abuso di farmaci, i regolamenti veterinari della FEI. Per accompagnatori si intendono,tra gli altri, le
persone che rappresentano gli organizzatori dello show, gli addestratori, gli handlers e gli aiutanti/assistenti delle persone
su menzionate. Essi accetteranno la giurisdizione del comitato disciplinare (DC), del comitato discipli¬nare permanente
(SDC) e del comitato appelli della ECAHO (EAC). Gli organizzatori non possono introdurre regole in conflitto con le “regole EAHSC per la condotta dei concorsi”. Queste regole saranno interpretate se necessario sotto le disposizioni delle leggi
della Svizzera.
2.Tutti i cavalli devono essere condotti agli shows accompagnati da un passaporto contenente tutte le vaccinazioni. I cavalli
provenienti da un paese dove non viene rilasciato un passaporto dovranno essere muniti di un documento uffi¬ciale di
registrazione che includa una descrizione grafica e tutte le vaccinazioni.
L’ORGANIZZATORE DELLO SHOW
3. L’organizzatore dello show si riserva il diritto di rifiutare un’iscrizione, motivando il rifiuto per scritto.
4. L’organizzatore dovrà stampare il catalogo dello show. Il nome di ogni cavallo deve essere stampato sul catalogo dello
show così come il nome del padre, madre (e possibilmente padre della madre) data di nascita, nome dell’alleva¬tore e del
proprietario. Se il nome di un cavallo non dovesse essere menzionato nel catalogo, la sua partecipazione allo show sarà
permessa solo se l’espositore non ne sia il responsabile, La decisione sarà della DC. Il catalogo dovrà inoltre contenere:
- Il regolamento per la condotta degli show
- Il metodo di giudizio usato, le regole per lo spareggio e le regole per il campionato
- Per i concorsi extraeuropei (come definiti dallo statuto ECAHO art. 3.2) Montepremi complessivo e suddivisione del medesimo.
5. Nessuna categoria potrà essere divisa con meno di 16 cavalli iscritti. I raggruppamenti di categorie sono possibili solo
con cavalli dello stesso sesso e classe e solo se il numero di iscrizioni per classe è minore di 3, e verrà unita con la classe
di età maggiore.
6.a) Nessun annuncio che indichi l’identità, la genealogia o i risultati ottenuti in passato,l’identità dei proprietari potrà
essere fatto durante il giudizio del cavallo in questione. E ‘, tuttavia, consentito dare queste informazioni solo dopo siano
stati raccolti i fogli di giudizio dei giudici.
b) Gli organizzatori dello show non potranno divulgare i dettagli dei concorrenti o le loro esposizioni alla stampa prima
che il catalogo sia messo in vendita presso il campo gara. Il catalogo non sarà messo in vendita e non sarà pubblicizzato
su Internet più di un giorno prima dell’inizio del spettacolo.
7. Nessun membro della organizzazione potrà giudicare nello show.
8. Gli organizzatori dovranno assicurare una corretta rotazione dei giudici.
9. Gli organizzatori del concorso dovranno organizzare il trasporto, l’alloggio in Hotel ed i pasti per i giudici, i membri
della commissione disciplinare, i giudici di campo, e gli altri responsabili del concorso Ecaho. Qualora un giudice, un
membro della Commissione Disciplinare o un giudice di campo annulli l’invito una volta che tutte le disposizioni per il suo
viaggio sono state prese, dovrà farsi carico di tutte le spese effettive della prenotazione.
10. E’ vietato per gli organizzatori offrire ed ai giudici, ai membri della Commissione Disciplinare ed ai giudici di campo
accettare, da parte degli organizzatori regali sotto forma di denaro contante o sotto forma di spese di viaggio. Sono
accettati doni di natura materiale.

LA GIURIA
11. I giudici facenti parte della lista della EAHSC ed i giudici invitati a giudicare durante un concorso affiliato ECAHO
si impegnano a dare prova nel loro giudizio della più grande onestà ed integrità ed esercitare la loro funzione di giudici
facendo riferimento soltanto ai principi del ECAHO.
12. La giuria non potrà visionare il catalogo dello show prima e durante lo show che sta giudicando.
13. a) I giudici designati in un concorso dovranno astenersi da giudicare, in piena cognizione di causa, cavalli che sono
oggetto di un conflitto di interessi reale o supposto. Nessun giudice designato potrà presentare, montare, toelettare o tenere
un cavallo iscritto al concorso
b) gli espositori dichiarano nel modulo di iscrizione FIRMANDO PER ACCETTAZIONE ogni reale o apparente conflitto
di interesse con uno qualsiasi dei i giudici invitati per lo spettacolo. Ad ogni espositore che non dichiari all’atto dell’i¬scrizione del cavallo alla competizione un reale o apparente conflitto di interesse con un giudice sarà ritirata la quota di
iscrizione e verrà squalificato il cavallo dalla competizione.
c) Gli organizzatori non potranno accettare le iscrizioni di cavalli per i quali sussista un reale o apparente conflitto di interesse con uno dei giudici, a meno che un giudice di riserva non sia disponibile.
14. C’è conflitto d’interesse reale o supposto quando uno dei cavalli giudicati:
• È stato comperato o venduto dal giudice come proprietario o agente,
• È stato preparato o presentato da un giudice o da un membro della famiglia del giudice
• Appartiene totalmente o in parte ad un giudice o ad un membro della famiglia del giudice o ad un socio del giudice in
un affare che tratta dei cavalli arabi,
• È stato affittato dal giudice in qualsiasi momento
• È stato allevato dal giudice o appartiene ad un allevamento nel quale il giudice lavora o ha lavorato,
• È stato regolarmente allenato, esaminato o trattato dal giudice in un quadro professionale,
• sia oggetto di una trattativa di vendita/acquisto o affitto in corso, o di un previsto piano d’acquisto al quale il giudice
partecipa. In caso di dubbio, la decisione della Commissione disciplinare farà fede.
15. Nel campo gara ogni comunicazione tra i giudici e gli handlers avverrà tramite il ring master fino alla premiazione
del cavallo.
16. I giudici potranno rifiutare di assegnare un premio o un titolo se ritengono che il concorrente non meriti il premio o il
titolo in questione.
CAVALLI PRESENTATI ALLA MANO
17. Tutti gli handler negli A show e nei Title Show dovranno essere in possesso del Patentino per gli handler per parte¬cipare alla competizione.
18. I presentatori di cavalli devono essere opportunamente vestiti. E’ ammesso qualsiasi costume che sia d’uso nel paese
d’origine della persona in questione L’ abbigliamento degli handler non deve essere provvisto di pubblicità che possa dare
indicazioni riguardanti un cavallo presentato.
19. I giudici possono rifiutarsi di giudicare un cavallo bizzoso e chiedergli di ritirarsi tramite il giudice di campo.
20. I giudici possono domandare tramite il giudice di campo, alla persona che presenta il cavallo di aprirgli la bocca o
di alzargli un piede per l’ispezione.
21. I cavalli presentati devono essere giudicati piazzati, al passo e al trotto. I cavalli che non rispettano le indicazioni del
ring master per la loro movimentazione in campo potranno ricevere un cartellino giallo/rosso da parte del master ring.
22. a) I cavalli dovranno essere presentati nel pre-ring entro 10 minuti prima dell’inizio della categoria.
b) I concorrenti che si presentano troppo tardi per partecipare alla sfilata iniziale nel ring di presentazione, saranno esclusi
dalla loro classe.
23. Tutti gli stalloni e i puledri dai tre anni in poi devono essere presentati con una capezza da presentazione con morso
che sia sufficientemente confortevole e sicuro per il cavallo. Tutte le capezze da presentazione senza morso devono essere
altrettanto sicure e al tempo stesso confortevoli per il cavallo. Ogni cavallo che non è sotto controllo da parte del conduttore
potrà essere rimosso dal ring e squalificato.
24. a)Un cavallo che si libera nel pre-ring sarà oggetto di una penalizzazione a discrezione della Commissione Disci¬plinare.
b) Un cavallo che si libera nel ring di presentazione continuerà ad essere presentato, se il cavallo si libera una seconda
volta sarà squalificato.
STATO DI SALUTE
25. Qualora vi sia una zoppia sospetta, i giudici possono giudicare e classificare il cavallo in questione. I giudici possono
squalificare il cavallo che presenti una zoppia tale la cui presentazione lo faccia soffrire.
PREPARAZIONE E TRUCCO SCORRETTO DEI CAVALLI
26. E’ vietato cambiare il colore naturale della pelle, del pelo e degli zoccoli. Sono vietate: vernici colorate ed incolore per zoccoli,
tinture per crini e peli, spray a paillettes e operazioni cosmetiche, compreso il trapianto di pelle. Nota: E’ permesso utilizzare olio
per zoccoli, vaselina, olio, gesso bianco sulle zampe bianche.
27. E’ vietato applicare metodi artificiali per dilatare gli occhi del cavallo o modificarne le andature naturali o modificare il suo
comportamento con arricchitori di ossigeno nel sangue o l’ utilizzo di pesi o di ferri appesantiti, o da qualche trattamento elettri¬co
o chimico sia prima che durante il concorso. Ustioni, incisioni o altri segni sul corpo d’ un cavallo localizzati in posizioni che potrebbero indicare un abuso sul cavallo saranno indagati dal CD con il parere del veterinario come una ragione sufficiente per escludere

un cavallo dalla competizione.
28.a) nei concorsi di morfologia i cavalli possono essere tosati interamente o in parte ad eccezione delle ciglia, che è proibito tagliare e dell’interno delle orecchie che non devono essere rasate. I peli tattili attorno al naso, narici e sotto gli occhi devono es¬sere
lasciati intatti. RIMUOVERE I PELI INTORNO AGLI OCCHI RADENDOLI O IN OGNI ALTRO MODO COME ALTERARE IL COLORE
ARTIFICIALMENTE DELLA PELLE INTORNO AGLI OGGHI E’ PROIBITO.
b) Qualsiasi tipo di equipaggiamento col quale si potrebbe cambiare l’aspetto naturale di un cavallo è proibito sul luogo del
con¬corso. Sono proibiti ogni tipo di collare per la traspirazione, supporti per la coda, pastoie ai piedi. Gli espositori utilizzanti
questo tipo di materiale sul luogo del concorso saranno esclusi dalla Commissione Disciplinare per tutta la durata del concorso.
MALTRATTAMENTI
29. L’eccessivo uso della frusta o l’eccessivo rumore provocato dalla frusta, l’eccessiva stimolazione da rumore o l’in¬timidazione, far girare in circolo eccessivamente il cavallo, l’uso di scosse elettriche o dispositivi che infliggano dolore con
qualsiasi mezzo è vietata in tutto il campo gara e nelle stalle per tutto il periodo dello show.
30. I reati di cui sopra sono punibili con l’emissione di un cartellino giallo o rosso.
ESECUZIONE e AVVERTIMENTI – Cartellini rossi/gialli
31. Avvertimenti verbali: i membri della DC, il ringmaster , gli stewards e i membri ufficiali dello show possono dare avvertimenti verbali. Questi avvertimenti verbali non vengono inseriti nel dc-report.
32. Cartellini Gialli e rossi: possono essere emessi da parte dei membri della DC e dal Ring master sia nel pre-ring che nel
campo gara . Questi cartellini vengono mostrati chiaramente all’handler e devono essere annunciati pubblicamente e resi
visibili al pubblico presente indicando la motivazione del reato commesso. La data e infrazione commessa verrà registrato
dalla DC nella licenza dell’hanlder (patentino) e nel dc-report e sarà resa pubblica dal bando della mostra nel sito internet
della ECAHO.
33. Un cartellino giallo può essere rilasciato se c’è un ulteriore reato dopo che sia stato già avvisato o meno.
34. Un cartellino rosso sarà dato se un handler riceve un secondo cartellino giallo per aver commesso un l’ulteriore infrazione nel corso dello stesso show. L’infrazione determinerà l’impossibilità da parte dell’handler di presentare qua¬lunque
cavallo per il resto dello show in cui egli riceve il cartellino rosso. Il cavallo presentato da un handler squalificato per cartellino rosso potrà essere presentato da un altro handler alla fine della classe. In caso di gravi reati che compor¬tano maltrattamenti o comportamenti pericolosi, sia la Dc che il master ring possono rilasciare un cartellino rosso senza preavviso.
35. Ogni hanlder che disubbidisse alle istruzioni di ogni membro della Dc, di un giudice, del master ring o altro funzio¬nario ufficiale può essere punito immediatamente con un cartellino rosso o giallo.
PROCEDURE VETERINARIE
36. Cavalli con evidenti segni clinici di una malattia non possono prendere parte allo show a discrezione del Veterinario
della commissione disciplinare. Se il Veterinario della dc diagnostica ad un cavallo i segni clinici riconducibili ad una
malattia contagiosa, il cavallo deve essere immediatamente messo in quarantena e non può prendere parte allo show.
37. La vaccinazione anti-influenzale deve prevedere un richiamo con intervalli di 6 mesi in accordo con la regolamenta¬zione FEI. (vedi Addendum - Equine vaccinazione antinfluenzale pagina 35).
38. Tutte le cure veterinarie necessarie per un cavallo effettuate durante il concorso dovranno essere effettuate in base al
regolamento FEI. La persona responsabile del cavallo chiederà al veterinario che somministra il farmaco di compilare e
firmare il modulo apposito e di presentare il modulo stesso al veterinario della commissione disciplinare.
39. a) La somministrazione di una qualunque sostanza che non sia una normale nutriente del cavallo (inclusi gli irritanti applicati alla pelle (GINGER) o alle mucose o sostanze ad azione midriatica per la dilatazione degli occhi), somministra¬te
ad un cavallo in modo intenzionale o involontario, sostanze che possono influire sulla performance, sul temperamento o
sulle andature sono vietate.
b) La DC può ordinare di effettuare un test antidoping in qualsiasi show.
c) I giudici possono chiedere alla DC di testare ogni cavallo.
RECLAMI
40. Un organizzatore di uno show, un giudice nominato, il master ring, gli espositori, il proprietario o il gestore di un
cavallo che ha partecipato allo show può presentare una denuncia per la violazione di una qualunque norma di questo
regolamento. UN RICORSO RIGUARDANTE UN CAVALLO O UN HANDLER DOVRA’ ESSERE PRESENTATO PER SCRITTO
ENTRO UNA ORA DALLA PRESUNTA INFRAZIONE. TUTTLE LE ALTRE DENUNCIE, ECCEZZION FAT¬TA PER RICORSI
CONTRO UN GIUDICE O OGNI ALTRO UFFICIALE DELLO SHOW INCLUSO L’ORGANIZZATO¬RE, DEVE ESSERE REDATTA PER SCRITTO ENTRO LA FINE DELLO SHOW. Un deposito di € 200, - o equivalente in valuta locale accompagnerà
tale denuncia scritta e sarà depositata presso la DC dello show e può essere mantenuta se la denuncia è considerata priva
di sussistenza, a discrezione della Dc stessa. QUESTO DEPOSITO SARA’ INVIATO ALLA ECAHO.
41. Qualsiasi reclamo in merito a un giudice o a qualsiasi altro ufficiale dello show sarà fatta per iscritto e firmata da
due persone. TALE DENUCIA REDATTA ALLEGANDO LE PROVE DEVE ESSERE INVIATA ALLA SEGRETERIA DELLA ECAHO
SEZIONE SHOW COMMISSION entro 3 giorni dalla fine della manifestazione. UN DEPOSITO DI € 300.00 SARA’ RICHIESTO RISPETTANDO LE ISTRUZIONI DATE DAL SEGRETARIO ESECUTIVO DELLA SHOW
COMMISSION. La procedura sarà condotta in conformità con le regole per la Commissione disciplinare, articoli 19 e
seguenti di questo regolamento.

By participating at a show, show organisers, judges, exhibitors, owners and handlers agree that they will unconditio¬nally
submit themselves and the persons assisting and accompanying them to the “Rules for Conduct of Shows” and, as regards
veterinary matters and drug misuse, to the relevant ECAHO Veterinary Regulations and ECAHO Rules for Medication Control. The accompanying persons include e.g. trainers or persons representing the show organizer as well as assistants of any
of those persons. They will accept the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary Committee (DC), the Standing Disciplinary Committee
(SDC) and the ECAHO Appeals Committee (EAC).
The person who has signed the entry form will be considered to be the person responsible for the horse in question. These
Rules will be interpreted when necessary under the provisions of the laws of Switzerland.
Show organisers are not permitted to introduce rules which are in conflict with the EAHSC “Rules for Conduct of Shows”.
2. Horses must be accompanied at the show by a horse passport containing all vaccination records.
Those horses coming from a country that does not issue a passport, must be accompanied by an official Registration document which includes a graphic description and all vaccination records. If, when a horse attends a show, it’s pas¬sport is at
the Registry for any reason, then a letter from the registrar attesting to this must be provided along with a photo-copy of the
passport, including the description and the vaccination records.
THE SHOW ORGANIZER
3. The show organiser reserves the right to refuse an entry, but must give the reason for refusal in writing.
4. The show organizer will issue a printed show catalogue. The name of every horse must be printed in the show catalo¬gue, as well as the names of sire and dam, (and maternal grandsire if possible), date of birth, colour, the names of the
breeder and the owner. Should a horse’s name not be mentioned in the catalogue, its participation at the show will be
allowed only if the exhibitor cannot be blamed for the omission; it will be for the DC to decide.
The show catalogue shall furthermore contain:
• The names of all the Officials,
• The Rules for Conduct of Shows,
• The judging system used, the rules for ties and the rules for championships
• For Shows where prize money is awarded the total amount and distribution of the prize money.
5. No class may be split unless there are more than 16 horses entered. Combination of a class with the next age group of
the same sex is permitted if the number of entries for the class is below three.
6. a) No announcement indicating the identity, breeding or past performance of exhibits, or the identity of their owners will
be made during judging. It is, however, permissible for this information to be given out after the judges score sheets have
been collected for each exhibit.
b) Show organisers will not release details of competitors or their exhibits to the press at any time prior to the catalogue
being put on sale at the showground. Catalogues will not be offered for sale, published or posted on internet more than
one day before the commencement of the show.
7. No member of the show organising team may judge, or officiate as member of the Disciplinary Committee.
8. The show organizers will ensure a proper rotation of judges.
9. The show organiser will provide appropriate transport, accommodation and meals during the show, for the judges, DC
members, ring master and any other ECAHO show officials. If a judge, DC member or ring master cancels the invitation
after the travel arrangements have been made, he will pay all the costs arising out of this booking.
10.No gifts in the form of fees or money are allowed to be paid or given by the organiser, nor accepted by the judges, DC
members and ring masters. Material gifts are allowed.
JUDGES
11. EAHSC listed judges and judges invited to judge at ECAHO affiliated shows agree to judge with integrity and honesty
and to carry out their judging duties solely with the objects of ECAHO and the welfare of the horses in mind.
12. Judges will not consult the show catalogue before or during the show at which they are judging.
13. a) Judges appointed at a show will not knowingly judge horses concerning which there may be an actual or apparent
conflict of interest. No judge appointed at the show may exhibit, ride, drive or handle an entered horse.
b) Exhibitors will declare on the entry form any actual or apparent conflict or interest with any of the judges invited for the
show. Any exhibitor not declaring an existing conflict of interest will forfeit all entry fees and will be prevented from showing
the horse.
c) Organisers will not accept any entries for which any actual or apparent conflict of interest with one of the appointed
judges has been indicated, unless a reserve judge is available.
14.An actual or apparent conflict of interest may occur if a horse is judged that:
• is being trained or handled by a member of the judge’s family
• has been bought or sold by the judge either as owner or agent,
• is owned in whole or part by the judge or by a member of the judge’s family, or business partner in an Arab horse
bu¬siness venture,
• has been leased by the judge, at any time
• has been bred by the judge or is the property of a breeding organization in which the judge is or was an employee,
• has been regularly trained, examined or treated by the judge in a professional capacity,
• is the subject of an on-going negotiation to buy or lease, or a provisional purchase condition to which the judge is a party.
In case of doubt, the DC’s decision will prevail.
Any judge may decline to judge any horse if they consider themselves to have a conflict of interests concerning that horse.

15. In the show ring, all communication between judges and handlers prior to the presentation of prizes will be through
the ring master.
16. Judges may withhold any award if in their opinion the exhibit does not merit such an award.
17. The judge, or if more than one, the panel of judges may request that the ring master show a handler a yellow or red
card if they consider that there is abuse to a horse or that there is misconduct.
CONDUCT OF HALTER CLASSES
18.All handlers at A and Title Shows must be in possession of a valid handlers permit which they must present to the DC
in order to participate in the Show.
19.Handlers will be neatly dressed. They may wear any costume normally worn in their country of origin. Handlers will not
wear clothes carrying any form of advertising which discloses the connection of the horse they are handling.
20. The judge(s) may request that the ringmaster order unruly horses to be withdrawn.
21. The judge(s) may request that the ringmaster ask a handler to open a horse’s mouth or pick up its feet for inspection.
22. Exhibits are to be judged standing, walking and trotting. Handlers who do not comply with the ring master’s in¬structions regarding the above may be given a Yellow/Red card by the ring master.
23. a) Horses will appear in the collecting ring no less than 10 minutes before the start of the class.
b) Exhibits that appear late (missing the walk around the ring) will be excluded from the class.
24.Stallions and colts aged three years and over may be shown wearing bridles and bits that are both secure and comfortable for the horse. All bridles without bits are equally to be both secure and comfortable for the horse. Any horse that is
not under control will be removed from the show ring and disqualified.
25. a) Any horse becoming loose in the collecting ring is subject to a penalty (of a fine not exceeding 100 €) at the di¬scretion of the DC.
b) Any horse becoming loose in the show ring will immediately continue to be shown and is subject to a penalty (of a fine
not exceeding 100€) at the discretion of the DC. Should the horse become loose a second time it will be disqualified.

SOUNDNESS
27. Exhibits that appear to be lame may be assessed and placed by the judges. Judges may exclude any horse so lame
that assessment will inflict pain.

DISGUISING OF EXHIBITS
29.No alteration of the basic colour of the skin, coat or hooves is permitted. Hoof paints, colourless varnishes, coat dyes,
glitter spray and cosmetic operations including skin grafts are forbidden.
Colourless hoof oils, Vaseline or oil and white chalk used on white legs will be accepted.
30.Artificial methods of dilating the eyes or affecting the natural action of the horse or otherwise influencing its action or
behaviour by oxygenating the bloodstream or by the use of weights or artificially weighted shoes, or by electrical or chemical treatment of any kind at any time before or during exhibition are forbidden.
Burns, cuts or other marks on the body of any exhibit in such places or positions as to indicate that prohibited methods have
been used will be regarded as full and adequate grounds for exclusion of any exhibit from competition, at the di¬scretion
of the DC with veterinary advice.
31. a) In halter classes horses may be fully or partly body-clipped, subject to eyelashes being left uncut, hair inside the ears
left unshaved and tactile hair left intact around the nose, muzzle and the eyes. Horses not fulfilling these criteria will not be
allowed to participate. “Balding” is not encouraged.
b) No equipment intended to alter the natural appearance of the horse is permitted in the stables, including necksweats,
neck collars, tailracks, hobbles or weights. Anyone using such equipment on the showground may be suspended by the
DC for the period of the show.

CRUELTY
33. Excessive whipping or shanking, excessive stimulation by noise, excessive circling of the horse, intimidation, use of
electric shock devices and infliction of pain by any means are forbidden in all parts of the showground or stable areas, at
all times.
34. The above actions will be sanctioned.
ENFORCEMENT
35.Verbal warnings: DC members, ringmasters, stewards or show officials may issue verbal warnings. These are not recorded in the DC report.
36.Yellow and red cards may be issued by DCs and Ringmaster in the collecting ring and the main ring. They are issued
to a handler and are a visible and public indication of an offence having been committed. The date and offence will be
recorded in the DC report and must be made public by announcement at the show and/or on the ECAHO website and/
or other usual means of communication of ECAHO.
37.A yellow Card may be issued if there is a further offence after a warning or it may be issued without such warning.
38.A red Card will be issued if the handler receives a second yellow card for having committed a further handling offen¬se

during the same show. The offender will then be banned from handling any horses for the rest of the show in which he
receives the red card. The horse being shown by a handler when he receives a red card may be shown by another handler
at the end of the class.
In the event of a serious offence involving mistreatment or dangerous behaviour, DCs may issue a red card without prior
warning.
39.Any handler disobeying the instructions of any DC member, judge or the ringmaster will be sanctioned. Such sanction
can be visibly and publicly indicated with yellow and red cards.
VETERINARY MATTERS
40.Horses with apparent clinical signs of a disease may not participate at the show at the discretion of the DC Veterina¬rian. If the DC Veterinarian diagnoses apparent clinical signs of a contagious disease, the horse must be immediately
put into quarantine and may not participate at the show.
41.Vaccination regulations for shows will require 12 months intervals normally, or shorter where local/national authorities
mandate it. Such shorter intervals to be shown on the entry form (see Addendum – Equine Influenza Vaccination page 43).
42.All Veterinary treatment necessary at the show ground must be carried out according to ECAHO Veterinary regu¬lations. The person responsible for the horse will ask the vet who treats the horse to complete a treatment form and present it
to the DC-vet at the show. Any treatment given to a horse immediately prior to a show should be recorded on a treatment
form by the treating vet and presented to the DC upon arrival at the show.
43. a) The administration of any substance not a normal nutrient (including irritants applied to the skin or mucous mem¬branes or mydriatic drugs in the eyes), whether intentionally or unintentionally which may affect the performance, tem¬perament or soundness of an exhibit is forbidden.
b) The DC may order chemical tests on any exhibit.
c) Judges may request the DC to test any horse.
(See the section on “Medication Control” page 34).
COMPLAINTS
44.A show organiser, appointed judge, ring master, exhibitor, owner or handler of a horse entered at the show may lodge a complaint alleging infringement of the rules of the EAHSC, contained in the “Blue Book”. A complaint concerning a
horse or handler is to be made in writing within 1 hour of the alleged infringement occurring. Any other complaint, except
concerning a complaint about a judge or any other official including show organisers, is to be made in writing before the
end of the show. A deposit of € 200,- or equivalent in local currency will be lodged with the DC and may be retained at
the DCs discretion, if the complaint is considered frivolous,. Such forfeiture belongs to ECAHO.
45.Any complaint about a judge or any other official including the show organisers is to be made in writing and signed
by two individuals. Such complaint must contain any evidence and be sent to the ECAHO executive Secretary with full
name and postal address of the complainant within 3 days of the show. A deposit of € 300 must be paid in accordance
with the instructions and deadline given by the Executive Secretary. The investigation of the complaint will be conducted in
accordance with the Rules for Disciplinary Committees, articles 19 et seq.
