TELAIO
Di forma quadrata con passaggio libero interno circolare, ha una
guarnizione in elastomero posta all’interno di una gola nel telaio
allo scopo di aumentare la stabilità ed eliminare basculamenti
e rumori. Inoltre ha la sede di rotazione dell’articolazione del
coperchio realizzata tramite fusione. All’esterno presenta una
struttura alveolare per ottimizzare la tenuta della malta cementizia
e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
COPERCHIO
Di forma circolare, incernierato al telaio con apertura massima
110° e già a 90° assume la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio
automatico) con possibilità di rimozione senza operazione di
smontaggio della cerniera.
É garantita un’elevata stabilità grazie alle guide autocentranti
poste sotto il coperchio con doppio appoggio, e alle superfici
rettificate il sistema di chiusura e’ realizzato con un barra elastica
che effettua la chiusura/apertura in automatico .
La superficie superiore è antisdrucciolo ed ha una conformazione
tale da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque di scorrimento,
per evitare la formazione di ghiaccio.

Circular in shape, hinged to the frame with maximum opening
of 110°; 90° is the safety position (automatic locking), with the
possibility of removing it without disassembling the hinge. A high
level of stability is guaranteed by self-centring guides placed
under the cover on double stops, in correspondence of rectified
surfaces the closing system is realized through an elastic bar which
performs opening/closing system automatically. The upper surface
is designed to be non-skid, to allow the complete flow of water and
avoid the creation of ice.

TELAIO
Di forma rettangolare realizzato, in unica fusione, prevede l’apertura
tramite semicoperchi triangolari, privo di guarnizioni, assicura la stabilità
con un accoppiamento metallo-metallo su tre punti.
All’esterno presenta una struttura con costole e asole per ottimizzare la
tenuta della malta cementizia e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
Inoltre ha la sede di rotazione dell’articolazione del coperchio realizzata
in fusione.
COPERCHI
Di forma triangolare, incernierati al telaio, servo assistiti con un pistone
a gas, che ne riduce lo sforzo(possono essere manovrati da un singolo
operatore), l’apertura massima 110°.
La chiusura è realizzata in acciaio inox manovrabile con chiave a
sezione speciale che aumenta la sicurezza e impedisce l’apertura dei
chiusini da parte di personale non autorizzato.
Inoltre la chiave crea un comodo manico per l’apertura e chiusura.
La superficie superiore è antisdrucciolo ed ha una conformazione tale
da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque di scorrimento per
evitare formazione di ghiaccio.

It is triangular in shape, hinged to the frame, it presents gas pistons
which facilitate the handling operations by a single worker, reducing
considerably his effort; the maximum opening is 110°.
The locking mechanism is made in stainless steel, it can be handled with
a special shaped key, which increases safety and prevents the opening
of the manhole covers by non authorised personnel. Furthermore, the key
becomes a comfortable handle for opening and closing the cover. The
upper surface is designed to be non-skid to allow the complete flow of
water and avoid the creation of ice.

TELAIO
Realizzato per fusione, è composto da elementi assemblati con bulloni
e giunti in alluminio. Le superfici di contatto con il coperchio sono
lavorate meccanicamente in modo da avere un perfetto accoppiamento
ed eliminare lo spazio tra telaio e coperchio. L’altezza pari a 150 mm
garantisce stabilità nell’utilizzo, e le viti di livellamento permettono una
posa in opera sempre corretta. La struttura modulare del telaio permette
di assemblarne due o più in modo continuo, così da realizzare chiusini
di varie lunghezze.
COPERCHIO
Realizzato per fusione, garantisce stabilità e silenziosità grazie
alla lavorazione meccanica di tutte le superfici di contatto, inoltre
interponendo un film di grasso tra telaio e coperchio, unitamente al
bloccaggio con viti, è possibile rendere stagno il chiusino. La superficie
del coperchio è a riempimento, ed ha una profondità della vasca pari a
80 mm, in modo da poter essere riempita agevolmente con calcestruzzo
o altri materiali. Il coperchio è provvisto di quattro asole per l’inserimento
di apposite chiavi di sollevamento

Made by casting, is composed of assembled elements with bolts and
aluminium joints.
The surfaces in contact with the cover are worked by machine, in order to
have a perfect coupling and eliminate the gap between frame and cover.
The height of 150 mm ensures stability in use, and the levelling screws
ensure a correct installation. The modular structure of the frame allows
the assembling of two or more pieces continuously, so that to obtain
manhole covers of various lengths.

Made by casting, it guarantees stability and absence of noise, due to
the working by machine of all the contact surfaces; in addition, the
interposition of a grease layer between frame and cover, together with
the locking screws, create a watertight system. The surface of the cover
is recessed, and presents a depth of the basin equal to 80 mm, so that it
can easily be filled with concrete or other materials. The cover is provided
with four slots for the insertion of suitable lifting keys.

se la stessa viene riempita con sabbia, bitume o altro.
All’esterno presenta una struttura atta ad ottimizzare la tenuta della
malta cementizia e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
COPERCHIO
Di forma quadrata, garantisce una notevole stabilità grazie all’altezza
della profondità di incastro non inferiore ai 50 mm, è provvisto di due o
quattro fori ciechi per l’inserimento di idonee maniglie di sollevamento
(fornite a richiesta). Tutti i coperchi sono intercambiabili tra loro.
Il sistema di bloccaggio è realizzato con l’inserimento di viti in acciaio
inox, così di assicurare una maggiore stabilità.

Di forma quadrata o circolare e con passaggio libero interno circolare,
ha una guarnizione in EPDM posta all’interno di una gola allo scopo di
aumentare la stabilità ed eliminare basculamenti e rumori. La sede di
rotazione dell’articolazione del coperchio è realizzata tramite fusione.
All’esterno presenta una struttura alveolare per ottimizzare la tenuta
della malta cementizia e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.

Di forma circolare, incernierato al telaio con apertura massima 110°,
già a 90° assume la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio automatico) con
possibilità di rimozione senza operazione di smontaggio della cerniera.
Il sistema di chiusura elastic è realizzato tramite una barra elastica
compresa nel coperchio, che crea un sistema automatico di apertura e
chiusura che può essere effettuata con arnesi da cantiere.
La chiave crea un comodo manico per l’apertura e chiusura.
È garantita una elevata stabilità grazie alla lavorazione meccanica della
superficie di contatto (tornitura), alle guide autocentranti, poste sotto il
coperchio con doppio appoggio.
La superficie superiore è antisdrucciolo ed ha un conformazione tale
da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque di scorrimento atta ad
evitare formazione di ghiaccio.

COVER
It is round-shaped, hinged to the frame with maximum opening of 110°,
90° is the safety position (automatic locking), there is the possibility to
remove the same cover without disassembling the hinge.
It presents an elastic closing system provided with an elastic bar built
into the cover, which creates an automatic opening/closing system. This
can be carried out using building clays.
The key becomes a comfortable handle for opening and closing the
cover. A high stability is guaranteed by the machine-working of the
contact surfaces(turning process), by self-centering guides, placed
under the cover with double stops.
The upper surface is designed to be non-skid to allow the complete flow
of water and avoid the creation of ice.

Key
TELAIO
Di forma quadrata con passaggio libero interno circolare, ha la superficie
di appoggio del coperchio rettificata ed inserita una guarnizione in Epdm
ad anello chiuso allo scopo di avere una perfetta complanarità
e
assenza di basculamenti o rumori.
La versione MUS e prevista per l’alloggiamento di un eventuale piatto
GRP. All’esterno presenta una struttura alveolare per ottimizzare la
tenuta nella malta cementizia e l’eventuale inserimento di dispositivi di
ancoraggio.
COPERCHIO
di forma circolare è incernierato al telaio con un’apertura max di 110º
e già a 90º assume la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio automatico)
con la possibilità di rimozione del coperchio senza smontaggio della
cerniera. La stabilità è garantita grazie alla lavorazione di tornitura, e
alle guide auotocentranti.
Il bloccaggio al telaio è realizzato tramite un sistema di chiusura in
acciaio inox manovrabile con apposita chiave che aumenta la sicurezza
e impedisce l’apertura da parte di personale non autorizzato inoltre la
chave crea un compdo manico per l’apertura e chiusura.
La versione MUS ha il bloccaggio dei coperchi con n.3 viti in acciaio inox
in modo da ottenere una chiusura stagna. La superfice è antistruciolo ed
ha una conformazione tale da consentire il completo scorrimento delle
acque cosi da evitare la formazione di ghiaccio.
PIATTO IN VETRORESINA
Il piatto GRP è realizzato in vetroresina rinforzata, ha uno spessore di 7
mm. Ha la forma di una spina con una flangia per prevenire la caduta
del piatto nell’apertura.
Viene collocate all’interno del telaio, senza causare la riduzione delle
misure della luce netta. IL piatto GRP previene l’entrata di gas da
entrambi i lati e il materiale sigillante è EPDM.
Il sollevamento e il fissaggio del piatto avvengono tramite le apposite
griglie laterali.

GRP SEALING PLATE
The GRP sealing plate is realized in reinforced glass and has a thickness
of 7 mm. It has the form of a plug with a flange, to prevent the plate
dropping through the access opening. It gets located inside the frame
without causing any reduction to the dimensions of the specified
openings. The GRP is gas tight from both sides and its seal material
is EPDM.The lifting and the fixing of the plate is obtained through two
securely laminated GRP lifting handles.

accoppiamento metallo-metallo rettificato. All’esterno presenta una
struttura con costole per ottimizzare la tenuta della malta cementizia e
fori per l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
COPERCHI
Di forma rettangolare, incernierati con apertura massima 110°, che già
a 90°assume la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio automatico), con
possibilità di rimozione senza operazione di smontaggio della cerniera.
Il semi-coperchio maestro é dotato di una serratura in acciaio inox,
manovrabile con chiave a sezione speciale che consente l’apertura
sequenziale e parziale. Per garantire massima stabilità e sicurezza
ogni coperchio viene fissato al telaio con quattro viti in acciaio inox a
scomparsa ø 12 mm . La superficie superiore è antisdrucciolo ed ha
una conformazione tale da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque
di scorrimento per evitare formazione di ghiaccio.

is designed to be non-skid to allow the complete flow of water and avoid
the creation of ice.

Spacer rings, reduction cones and plastic adapters tops are elevation elements for manholes covers and drainage gratings, they
are an alternative to the concrete rings and cones for the installation of new manhole covers and for the restoration of the already
existing covers.
They are produced through extrusion process and pressure forming, from a mixture of polymers containing a base of PVC and
other added polymers.
All the rings are tested in laboratory and on the territory for their mechanical strength in accordance to the standard PM-EN124:2000,
load class D400, they are tested for resistance, vibration damping and energy absorption.
La regolazione eseguita con l’impiego di anelli distanziali in PVC consente l’immediata esecuzione dei lavori stradali e la messa in servizio del pozzatto fognario.
Grazie alle loro proprietà ammortizzanti e protettive

Realizzato in unica fusione, privo di guarnizione, assicura la stabilità con
un accoppiamento metallo-metallo. La zona di appoggio è realizzata a
forma di canaletta in modo da ottenere un sistema a tenuta idraulica
se la stessa viene riempita con sabbia acqua bitume o altro. All’esterno
presenta una struttura per ottimizzare la tenuta della malta cementizia
e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
COPERCHIO
Di forma quadrata garantisce, una notevole stabilità grazie all’altezza
del bordo esterno e alla profondità di incastro,è provvisto di due
fori ciechi per l’inserimento di idonee maniglie di sollevamento per
agevolare l’apertura (fornite a richiesta).
La serie doppia gola garantisce una migliore chiusura ed è inoltre
predisposta per l’inserimento del piatto in GRP.
Tutti i coperchi sono intercambiabili tra loro. La superficie superiore è
antisdrucciolo ed ha una conformazione tale da consentire il completo
deflusso delle acque di scorrimento per evitare la formazione di
ghiaccio.

It is realized from a single cast, without gasket, its stability is guaranteed

Externally, the outside border is flanged to optimise its hold in the cement
and the insertion of anchoring bolts.
COVER
IIt comes square in shape, it guarantees a good stability thanks to the
height of the border and insertion depth not less than 50 mm, it comes
with two dead holes, which allows the insertion of suitable handles to lift
the cover (supplied on request).
The double seal series guarantees a better sealing system and it can
host, if necessary, the glass reinforced plate (GRP).
All the covers are interchangeable. The upper surface is non skid and
has been designed to allow the complete flow of water and avoid the
formation of ice.

In unica fusione, assicura la stabilità con una zona di appoggio a forma
di doppia gola realizzando un accoppiamento metallo – metallo con
interposta guarnizione in EPDM in modo da ottenere un sistema di
chiusura a tenuta idraulica/stagna. All’interno è provvisto inoltre di un
supporto per l’eventuale ’alloggiamento del piatto in vetroresina GRP.
COPERCHIO
Di forma quadrata, garantisce una notevole stabilità
grazie alla
profondità d’incastro superiore a 50mm, alla guarnizione in EPDM
inserita nella gola realizzata nella zona di appoggio ,ed al sistema
di bloccaggio tramite viti in acciaio inox. L’ apertura viene effettuata
tramite l’inserimento di apposite maniglie nei fori ciechi nella superficie.
La vasca di riempimento ha un’altezza di 70 mm e permette l’inserimento
di ogni tipo di materiale. Tutti i coperchi sono intercambiabili tra loro.

è composto da una combinazione di aggregati
selezionati di granito o basalto e uno speciale liquido legante
costituito da bitumi di penetrazione, resine, adesivi e altri additivi.
L’aggregato più grande misura 5 mm e il prodotto si usa per
riparare buche con oltre 1 cm di profondità ; tale aggregato ha un
C.L.A. (Coefficiente di Levigatura Accelerata) conforme alle norme
comunitarie.MISCELAZIONE
Non è necessario miscelare il
prodotto perchè già pronto per l’uso.
ASFALTO A FREDDO è ampiamente usato in autostrade, piste di
aeroporti, aree di sosta, strade, porti, circuiti automobilistici, cortili,
parcheggi, stazioni di servizio, ecc.
Può essere applicato con qualsiasi condizione meteorologica, a
temperature comprese tra -45 °C e +60 °C. L’ ASFALTO A FREDDO
è pronto all’uso e si applica a freddo, senza bisogno di miscelazione.
Subito dopo il lavoro di compattazione , l’area riparata può essere
aperta al traffico, senza che il prodotto venga asportato o che
rimangano solchi.
E’ un prodotto studiato per riparare in modo istantaneo e permanente
asfalto, macadam, calcestruzzo e altre superfici. Il prodotto aderisce
al metallo , al calcestruzzo e ai materiali compositi, e non è soggetto
a contrazione, logoramento o separazione di liquido e aggregato.

to metal, concrete and compounded materials, it is not subjected to
contraction, wearing out or separation of fluid from aggregate. COLD
ASPHALT is used for general repairs and for instantaneous and longlasting reparation of street holes, cracks and broken areas of any
shape, deepness or size, in macadam and asphalt, without making
cuts of any kind.
This product is studied for immediate and lasting reparation of
street holes, cracks and landslips, borders of manhole covers and
connection points with concrete products. It can be applied on any
atmospheric conditions, even on wet surfaces, with temperatures
from - 45° to + 60°C.

TELAIO
IDi forma circolare, con passaggio libero interno circolare. Ha una
guarnizione in EPDM ad anello unico (Oring), posta all’interno, allo scopo
di aumentare la stabilità e ed eliminare basculamenti.
Inoltre, ha la sede di rotazione dell’articolazione del coperchio realizzata
tramite fusione.
Alla base del telaio viene realizzato un supporto per l’alloggiamento del
piatto removibile in vetroresina, che rende l’interno del pozzetto stagno
agli odori e all’passaggio di sabbia.
All’esterno, presenta una struttura alveolare, per ottimizzare la tenuta
della malta cementizia e l’inserimento di dispositivi di ancoraggio.
COPERCHIO
Di forma circolare, è incernierato al telaio con apertura massima di 110°,
già a 90° assume la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio automatico).
Possibilità di rimozione senza operazioni di smontaggio della cerniera.
IL sistema di chiusura con chiave è realizzato in acciaio inox 316L ed è
posizionato all’esterno del coperchio, in modo da avere una guarnizione
ad anello unico; la stessa è manovrabile con chiave a sezione speciale,
che aumenta la sicurezza ed impedisce l’apertura dei chiusini da parte
di personale no autorizzato.
Inoltre, la chiave crea un comodo manico per l’apertura e la chiusura.
E’ garantita una elevata stabilità grazie alle guide autocentranti poste
sotto il coperchio con doppio appoggio. La superficie superiore è
antisdrucciolo, ed ha una conformazione tale da consentire il completo
deflusso delle acque di scorrimento, atta ad evitare la formazione di
ghiaccio.
PIATTO IN VETRORESINA
Il piatto GRP è realizzato in vetroresina rinforzata, ha uno spessore di 7
mm. Ha la forma di una spina con una flangia per prevenire la caduta del
piatto nell’apertura.Viene collocate all’interno del telaio, senza causare
la riduzione delle misure della luce netta.
IL piatto GRP previene l’entrata di gas da entrambi i lati e il materiale
sigillante è EPDM. Il sollevamento e il fissaggio del piatto avvengono
tramite le apposite griglie laterali.

COVER
It is round-shaped, hinged to the frame with maximum opening of 110°,
90° is the safety position (automatic locking) with the possibility to remove
the same cover without disassembling the hinge.
The closing system with key is made of stainless steel 316 L and it is
placed outside the cover, in order to have a o-ring gasket. It can be
handled with a special key, which guarantees safety and prevents the
opening of the cover by non authorized personnel. Furthermore, the key
becomes a comfortable handle for opening and closing the cover. A high
stability is guaranteed by self-centering guides placed under the cover
with double stops. The upper surface is designed to be non-skid to allow
the complete flow of water and avoid the creation of ice.
GRP SEALING PLATE
The GRP sealing plate is realized in reinforced glass and it has a
thickness of 7 mm.
It has the form of a plug with a flange, to prevent the plate dropping
through the access opening. It gets located inside the frame without
causing any reduction to the dimensions of the specified openings.
The GRP is gas tight from both sides and its seal material is EPDM.
The lifting and the fixing of the plate is obtained through two securely
laminated GRP lifting handles.

COPERCHIO
Di forma quadrata, è provvisto di due fori ciechi per l’inserimento di
idonee maniglie di sollevamento per agevolare l’apertura (fornite a
richiesta). Tutti i coperchi sono intercambiabili tra loro.
La superficie superiore é antisdrucciolo ed ha una conformazione tale
da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque di scorrimento per
evitare la formazione di ghiaccio.

It is obtained from a single cast, without gasket, its stability is guaranteed
through a metal to metal coupling. Externally, the outside border is
flanged in order to optimise its hold in the cement and the insertion of
anchoring bolts.

cover sections with double hinges on one side, which means that three
sides can be completely free. Externally, the outside border is ribbed, in
order to optimise its hold in the cement and the insertion of anchoring
bolts.

Di forma rettangolare, con apertura massima 110° che già a 90°
assumono la posizione di sicurezza (bloccaggio automatico) con
possibilità di rimozione senza operazione di smontaggio delle cerniere,
consentono l’apertura in modo sequenziale e parziale. All’ interno di
ogni coperchio c’è un secondo coperchio centrale di forma circolare
per l’ispezione. La superficie superiore é antisdrucciolo ed ha un
conformazione tale da consentire il completo deflusso delle acque di
scorrimento per evitare formazione di ghiaccio.
