Il rullo avvolgitubo a voluta singola è progettato
completo di mozzo idoneo a lavorare a pressione e
depressione per il rifornimento aereo.
Description
The single volute hose reel is designed fitted with hose
reel hub suitable to work both with pressure and
depressure for aircraft refuelling.
Caratteristiche tecniche
Il mozzo, è costruito in lega leggera e la sua
peculiarità è che è totalmente esente da
manutenzione.
Le tenute sono esclusivamente in viton.
La struttura è realizzata in acciaio inox, è esente da
manutenzioni e non è soggetta ad attacchi corrosivi
ad opera di agenti atmosferici esterni.
L’assieme è adatto a lavorare esposto alle diverse
condizioni climatiche per un ampio range di
temperature.
Il rullo contiene una manichetta lunga 30 metri.
Pressione di collaudo: 22 bar.
Temperature di esercizio: -40°C - +50°C.
Il rullo avvolgitubo è disponibile anche nelle
versioni corredate di kit per riavvolgimento o
pneumatico o oleodinamico (corona, catena,
motore e distributore di comando).
Technical features
The hose reel hub is made of light alloy and its peculiar
construction does not require any kind of maintenance.
The seals are made only of viton.
The structure is made of stainless steel, it does not require
any kind of maintenance and it is not subjected to any
kind of corrosive attacks caused by atmospheric agents.
The assembly is built to work at any kind of weather
condition in big range of temperatures.
The reel is suitable to contain a 30 metres hose.
Test pressure : 22 bar.
Working temperature: from -40°C to 50°C.
The hose reel is also available with pneumatic
rewinding kit or hydraulic rewinding kit (crown wheel,
chain, engine and command distributor).
