L’azienda nasce nel 2010, la sua giovane età è
sostenuta dal Know How dei suoi fondatori e dei
suoi tecnici che operano nel settore dentale da
trent’anni e che hanno fino ad oggi fabbricato
dispositivi medici come brand-label.
Il successo ottenuto in poco tempo e i risultati del
reparto Ricerca e Sviluppo nel creare e studiare
prodotti sempre diversi hanno portato l’idea di far
nascere questa nuova azienda che ha l’ambizione
di crescere ancora di più per offrire al mercato
prodotti innovativi ad alto livello qualitativo,
fabbricati realmente in Italia.
La sede operativa della Zenzero Srl è a Fagnano
Olona nel polo industriale all’interno del quale
sono presenti aziende ad alto livello tecnologico
che operano in settori molto delicati e difficili come
ad esempio l‘automotive. La Zenzero Srl opera
con un Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità
secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 9001 e 13485
mentre per la produzione di alcuni dispositivi
medici ha il certificato CE di approvazione del

Is the main label of Zenzero srl, which is an Italian
producer that really manufactures medical
instruments 100% MADE IN ITALY.
The company was born in 2010. Its young age
has always been supported by the Know-How of
its founders and technicians, who have been
working in dental industry for 30 years, producing
brand-label medical devices. The success
obtained in such a short time and the results of
R&D department in creating and studying always
different products, have taken the idea of bringing
to life this new company, with the ambition of
growing even more, offering innovative, original,
high quality level products really produced in Italy,
on the market.
The operative headquarter is in Fagnano Olona in
the industrial area where many other high
technological level companies operate into other
delicate and difficult sectors, such as the
automotive one. Zenzero Srl works with UNI EN
ISO 9001 e 13485 Quality System Managing
whereas for the production of some medical
devices has got CE certification of System Quality
Product approval, certified by the Notified Body n.
0068.

semplice: fabbricare prodotti seguendo quella

e qualità nei lavori che esegue sul paziente, che
necessita ergonomia e facilità nello svolgimento

Philosophy
Quasar Dental Equipment philosophy is pretty
easy: to build products following that quality and
those standards for which Italy has always been
famous for. QUASAR DENTAL EQUIPMENT
products have been studied for the dentist and the
dental technician, who requires security and
quality in his works on the patient, who needs
ergonomics and facility on the execution of its job
and rejects dangerous and poor quality in
exchange for low cost.

Produzione
Lo stabilimento di produzione si articola su 6000
metri quadri coperti (12000 totali, 6000 coperti,
6000 scoperti) ed è sempre visitabile, previo
appuntamento, dagli operatori dentali che lo
desiderino. Le attrezzature, il laboratorio di
controllo, prova e collaudo e le macchine
ausiliarie sono tutte caratterizzate da un livello
tecnologico d’avanguardia.
I controlli per il rilascio dei lotti di produzione sono
estremamente severi.
Production
Our production headquarter is organized on 6000
covered square meters (12000 in total, 6000
covered, 6000 open air). We can receive visits
from all the dental operators, if required, upon
appointment. All the equipment, check and test
laboratory and the auxiliary equipment as well, are
characterized by a state of the art technological
level.
All the inspections for the production batch relay
are extremely severe.

di oro, amalgama, compositi, ceramica, resine, zirconio,
metalli.

gold, amalgam, composite, resin, zirconium, ceramic, metal.
La gamma di articoli è completa per ogni necessità ed è così

Utilizzo
Employment
Per evitare la formazione di eccessivo calore e per una lucidatura
a specchio ottimale procedere unitamente a raffreddamento con
acqua (min. 50 ml/min.). In questo modo il gommino di lucidatura
risulterà ancora più efficace, poiché le particelle fini di composito,
ceramica, oro, amalgama, resina o di abrasivo presenti nel
gommino rimosse in fase di lucidatura vengono asportate con
l’ausilio all‘acqua di raffreddamento.
To avoid to cause too much heat and to obtain a perfect glazing
use water spray (min. 50 ml/min). This will give the rubber
polishers more efficient, because the thin particles of abrasive
filled into the rubber polisher, particles of gold, amalgam, resin,
ceramic will be removed by water.
Al fine di raffreddare in modo mirato con acqua la zona da trattare
e per evitare l’eccessiva formazione di spruzzi in direzione del
motore, si consiglia di procedere con il raffreddamento esterno
puntato tra strumento e superficie da trattare.
In order to cool down in a focused area and to avoid the extreme
formation of spurt on direction of the engine, we suggest to
proceed with external cool down pointed between the instrument
and the area to be treated.
Sterilize in autoclave max 120°C for Gold – Amalgam / max
140°C for Ceramic, Composite, Resin and Diamond.
Per un miglior risultato il numero di giri consigliato è il
seguente:
For a better result the suggested number of rev. per minute
is the following:
• Frese gommate per sgrossatura e rifinitura (primo e secondo
passaggio) 10.000 giri / min.
• Frese gommate per finitura e lucidatura a specchio (terzo e

Sicurezza: Non ingerire, tenere fuori della portata dei bambini.

Sterilizzazione: Prima dell’uso, le frese gommate lucidanti
Quasar, devono essere sottoposte a sterilizzazione in autoclave
alle seguenti temperature:
• Frese per oro e amalgama: fino a 120°C
• Frese per ceramica: fino a 140°C
• Frese per composito e resine: fino a 140°C
Sterilization:

• Third and fourth passage: 6.000/8.000 rev. per minute

Braccialetto T- Calmo Dal dentista dal medico o durante un
esame scolastico, prima di una gara o in ogni altra situazione di
particolare stress e ansietà indossare e annusare il braccialetto
T-calmo sarà sufficiente per influenzare positivamente i processi
psichici, mentali e fisici che influenzano lo stato in cui ti trovi
trasmettendo maggiore calma e concentrazione. Il braccialetto
T-calmo, è un simpatico gadget, presente in tre colori diversi: blu
(il colore dell’influenza fisica), verde (il colore dell’armonia e
dell’equilibrio) e lilla (il colore del rilassamento e della
purificazione), tutti profumati all’aroma di lavanda. Nasce dallo
studio di due rami della medicina integrativa, l’aromaterapia e la
cromoterapia e unisce a questi due metodi, che hanno
fondamenta in antiche usanze romane, un aspetto strettamente
ludico e psicologico. Il braccialetto offerto al bambino lo pone già
in una condizione positiva più rilassata, grazie all’aumento delle
endorfine che la situazione “ricevere un regalo” porta.
Cos’è l’aromaterapia? Si può considerare l’aromaterapia un
ramo della fitoterapia che usa essenze aromatiche (gli olii
essenziali) per aiutare corpo e mente a raggiungere la
serenità che sfrutta le stimolazioni olfattive dell’individuo.
Differentemente dagli altri sensi, le stimolazioni olfattive
passano in via diretta alla corteccia cerebrale senza che
queste siano mediate, filtrate, dal talamo. Ciò fa sì che le
cellule olfattive, stimolate dalle particelle odorose, trasformino
lo stimolo chimico in impulso elettrico che stimola a sua volta i
centri dell’odorato. Ecco almeno in parte spiegato perché un
profumo evochi in taluni casi ricordi, anche reconditi, piacevoli
o spiacevoli, quasi fosse una matrice capace di risvegliare
immediatamente un ricordo, una sensazione, un suono, un
immagine ecc. .
Le proprietà della lavanda In aromaterapia la lavanda è una
panacea, ma il suo maggiore utilizzo riguarda l’equilibrio e la
serenità.
