GENERAL INFORMATION

HOW TO REACH FIERA ROMA
Requests of registration cancellation have to be notified in writing to Top Congress - P.R. S.r.l. and will be
settled as follows:
• cancellation requests received by and not later than
07/01/2014: refundable minus an administration
charge of € 60 per person;
• cancellation requests received after 07/01/2014:
no refund will be made.
The participant’s name may be substituted by and
not later than 17/01/2014 sending the substitution
request in writing to the Organising Secretariat and
paying the difference of the registration fee currently
applicable at the date of substitution (please note:
when applicable, the difference between member and
non member fee will have to be paid).
No refund will be made for substitutions from NON
MEMBER to MEMBER fee notified after 07/01/2014.
Availability and rates for hotel reservation requests arrived after 20/12/2013 cannot be guaranteed. After this
date the Organising Secretariat reserves the rigth to
book you in a different hotel (even at different rates).
Participants will receive the hotel booking and the Friday 7
dinner at the hotel confirmation and the relevant invoice
from Top Congress Public Relations S.r.l.
In case of overpayment, the refund will be made after
the congress.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE
The pre-payment of the total hotel stay and Friday dinner is requested.
Hotel and Friday dinner reservations and their cancellations/variations have to be notified in writing.
The participant’s name may be substituted until
30/01/2014.
Cancellations have to be notified in writing to Top
Congress - P.R. S.r.l. and will be settled as follows:
• cancellations requests received by and not later
than 07/01/2014: full refund;
• cancellations requests received from 08/01/2014
to 24/01/2014: only Friday dinner in hotel will be
refunded;
• cancellations requests received after 24/01/2014:
no refund will be made.
TRANSPORTATION
For delegates who book hotel rooms through the
Organising Secretariat shuttle buses will operate
from/to the Congress venue on Friday 7 and Saturday
8 February.

Vinci airport (FCO) and 20 Km. from the city centre.

Roma; parking area at 500 m. from congress venue:

By train
From the Tuscolana, Tiburtina and Ostiense railway
stations in Rome (connected to A and/or B lines of the
underground) take the train Fr1 (Fiumicino direction)
and get off at the Fiera Roma stop (ticket € 1).
IMPORTANT: the Leonardo Express train trip from
Fiumicino airport to Roma Termini railway station
(and viceversa) is a NON STOP trip.
