Il proverbio è l’espressione della voce del popolo, e anche se
ormai l’uso del proverbio appartiene più al passato che al
presente, spesso è piacevole e divertente sentirne qualcuno.
Proverbs are the expression of the voice of the people, and
even if nowadays their use belongs more to the
past than to the present, it is often pleasant and amusing to
hear some of them.

When the wind blows from east,
there will be a downpour.
