F.I.L.EURO
Flexibility Teaching e-Learning European
Contents of the project:
flexibility of the pedagogical and
organizative solutions;
management of the organization;
use of the internal and external
resources for the qualification of the
scholastic system in the European
dimension.

Project’s synthesis
The aim of the project is, by the
exchange of experiences and
information between national and
european schools, to work out,
execute and verify the
management strategies in order
to organize the human and
material resources (including new
technologies) and pedagogical
methods. The Project wants to
reach a more operative
cooperation with local community
organization and the strenghtning

of European teaching to get a better
and more functional education for
the users’ needs.
The purpose is to elaborate,
cooperating with the partner schools
a final publication about
"ORGANIZATIONAL AND
PEDAGOGICAL METHODS"
To reach, by comparison, more
effective results to spread them into
the other schools in order to improve
students’ success, their sensibility for
different cultures, the integration of
the students’ needs and the
promotion of equal opportunities.
OBJECTIVES
To overcome the limits of the national
culture
To widen his/her own horizons in the
European dimension
To feel himself/herself/themselves
citizens of Europe and of the world
To feel open to the dialogue and the
culture of exchange
To cooperate in the perspective to
raise the level of quality of the education
To promote an intercultural attitude,
respecting the differences and facing the
integration to get to equal opportunities.
