The merging of the fiscal Agencies
• From 2001 to Nov. 2012 Agenzia del Territorio was responsible in Italy for the
management of CADASTRE, LAND REGISTERS and the REAL ESTATE MARKET
MONITORING SYSTEM
• As from the 1st Dec. 2012 Agenzia del Territorio was incorporated in Agenzia delle
Entrate, the Italian revenue agency
• This was part of a set of measures aimed at a public spending review
• The merging process is going to be completed by the end of 2015
• The Agency, autonomous from an organizational, administrative and financial point
of view, acts under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance

enrolment.
It collects and processes
information from real estate
market and continuously
shows the real estate values
trend.
CARTOGRAPHY
It shows the technical
characteristics of the objects
and the holders of real estate
rights (not for legal evidence).
It gives the values used for
taxation purposes.
