- All fittings have been optimized:
Less adapters
Less change in diameter pipe
- New orbital machine.
- New endoscope to check the welding.
- New control file.
- New organization of the work space.
- All the other task are the same
Same process for the construction.
The CMS CO2 cooling system has been divided for the construction in
2 modules:
1- Plant, with the pump.
2- The manifold of 8 channels.

Like we did in the previous construction we will use a template to start the piping of the manifolds
(see picture).

ENDOSCOPE
The first control will be made in the workshop with a new endoscope:
Karl STORZ, the control can we made at 30 degrees in all the pipes:
