PNEUMATIC FILLER
One head pneumatic piston bench top filler with dosing piston
provided with adjustable run to dose jam or concentrated
products from 50 cc up to 1000 cc.
The dosing unit is completed with:
•N°1 suction syringe with a volume of 500 or 1000 cc
•Teflon gaskets
•N° 1 head filler to fill the product directly in the container to
avoid foam problem
•Stainless steel conical hopper with flat cover
•System to regulate the volume dose by a ball crank handle
with graduated scale
•Mechanical system to adjust high of the platform
•Start of the dosing cycle from start pedal
All parts in contact with the product and the structure are in
stainless steel AISI 304.
Air consumption: 50 N l/minute.
Optional equipment:
-Level probe
-Special valve to dose liquid product
-Agitator to keep the product (with
pieces) more homogeneus
