 Theme: Signal Processing and Modeling for PLC
 Goals:
 Keep the collaborative (discussion oriented) attitude of previous workshop
 Foster interactions with closed fields: Wireless Communications and
Signal Processing through invited presentations
 Attract not only Academic but also Industrial participation
 Publish the contribution in CD-ROM with ISBN
 Keep the registration fee as low as possible (say 100 Euros). It will be
organized at the University premises.
