Vi ringraziamo innanzitutto per aver acquistato un nostro prodotto.
La nostra ditta costruisce da molti anni attrezzature enologiche per la piccola e media
cantina.
Nel realizzare i nostri articoli, cerchiamo sempre che essi siano pratici da usare, sicuri, di
qualità e durevoli nel tempo; affinché lo siano Vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente il
manuale.
Rumorosità: la rumorosità della riempitrice durante la lavorazione è bassa, molto inferiore
ai 70 db.
IMPORTANTE: la ditta costruttrice ENOTECNICA PILLAN declina ogni responsabilità se
non viene rispettato attentamente il nostro manuale o la macchina viene usata in modo
improprio.
Se non siete sicuri di effettuare qualsiasi intervento, chiedete consigli alla ditta costruttrice
o al rivenditore autorizzato
NORME DI SICUREZZA PER L’USO
Un uso improprio ed una manutenzione non conforme possono causare danni a persone o
cose.
Per evitare possibili incidenti osservare attentamente le presenti norme di sicurezza.
ISTRUZIONI: usare la riempitrice dopo aver letto il nostro manuale, che in caso di

POSIZIONAMENTO: avere cura quando si inizia l’operazione di riempimento di
posizionare la macchina in un posto sicuro, onde evitare che eventuali urti accidentali o
vibrazioni possano farla cadere e quindi procurare danni a persone o cose.
USO DELLA MACCHINA: non permettere l’uso della riempitrice a bambini e persone non
autorizzate o senza le appropriate conoscenze per l’uso.
COLLEGAMENTO: Per la VERSIONE CON GALLEGGIANTE ELETTRICO controllare
sempre che la tensione della rete sia la stessa indicata sulla targhetta della centralina.
o Controllare sempre, prima di ogni uso, l’integrità dei cavi elettrici; in caso di lesione o
abrasione sostituire il cavo.
o Non far passare il cavo di alimentazione su terreno o pavimento bagnato.
o Non far passare sopra il cavo attrezzi o macchine che potrebbero danneggiarlo
irreparabilmente.
o Interruttore, prese e spine devono essere protette dall’umidità
o Utilizzare sempre cavi dotati di messa a terra
o È necessario che l’impianto elettrico dell’abitazione sia dotato di un salvavita
differenziale e magnetotermico, in modo da assicurare in caso di qualche avaria
l’incolumità delle persone
o Tenere bambini o irresponsabili lontani dalle parti elettriche.
EVITARE: pur essendo dotata di un sufficiente grado di protezione è da evitare che la
centralina e l’elettropompa vengano a contatto esterno con qualsiasi tipo di liquido.
AVARIA: in caso di mancato funzionamento o anomalia, l’operatore non deve mai
smontare la macchina, ma rivolgersi al rivenditore o costruttore.
MESSA IN FUNZIONE – ISTRUZIONI D’USO
La RIEMPITRICE BACCO è costruita in ACCIAIO INOX AISI 304 e, secondo le versioni,
può essere fornita senza galleggiante, con galleggiante a sfera, con galleggiante elettrico,
abbinata ad un filtro, ad una pompa, o solo riempitrice.
Il funzionamento é semplice e si basa sui vasi comunicanti.
Si possono utilizzare vari formati di bottiglie, la regolazione delle quali, si ottiene con il
porta bottiglie (N°1).
La regolazione del livello del liquido nella bottiglia avviene usando un apposito anello con
vite a brugola (N°2), situato nel beccuccio dello spinatore, subito sopra alla gomma di
tenuta conica del beccuccio (N°3).
FUNZIONAMENTO: una volta riempita la vasca con il prodotto tramite le valvole N°14 e
15, si procede al riempimento delle bottiglie. Dopo aver regolato il portabottiglie per il tipo
di bottiglia da riempire e il livello del liquido desiderato nella bottiglia , (vedi particolare
N°2) s’infilerà il beccuccio N°4 (vedi disegno) nel collo della stessa e la si appoggerà
sull’apposito portabottiglie, tenendo presente, che una volta appoggiata, il foro di
fuoriuscita del liquido N°5, dovrà rimanere aperto nello spinatore.
Quando si è riempita la bottiglia, toglierla dal portabottiglie sfilandola dal beccuccio, il quale
si chiuderà, impedendo la fuoriuscita del liquido.
A mano, a mano che il prodotto diminuirà all’interno della vasca, il livello sarà ripristinato in
maniera diversa, secondo le diverse versioni della macchina:
A) SENZA GALLEGGIANTE il livello del liquido nella vasca sarà mantenuto costante con
la regolazione manuale della valvola di carico
B) CON GALLEGGIANTE A SFERA: il livello sarà mantenuto in automatico dallo stesso
galleggiante
C) CON IL GALLEGGIANTE ELETTRICO: il galleggiante è formato da due aste sensori
(una lunga ed una corta), quando il prodotto scende oltre la seconda asta (la più lunga), la
centralina da l’impulso ad una pompa o al filtro per il nuovo livellamento del prodotto; una
volta che il livello ha raggiunto la seconda asta (la più corta), questa da un impulso alla
centralina per spegnere la pompa o il filtro
PULIZIA: terminata la lavorazione svuotare la vasca tramite la valvola N°9 a sfera situata
sotto di essa e lavare accuratamente vasca e spinatori.

si accettano resi se non dietro nostra autorizzazione e franchi di porto.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del cliente.
RISERVE: non rispondiamo delle rotture o danni derivati da impiego od uso diversi da
quelli cui la merce è destinata, né dall’uso non conforme alla sua capacità e portata.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia deficienze e difetti dovuti al consumo di quelle parti per loro
natura soggette ad usura, o nel caso in cui i pezzi resi risultino comunque smontati,
manomessi o riparati fuori dalla nostra sede.
GARANZIE: i nostri prodotti sono accuratamente provati, collaudati e garantiti 12 mesi
dalla consegna.
La nostra responsabilità si limita a sostituire i pezzi che eventualmente venissero
riscontrati difettosi dopo attento esame, da eseguirsi presso la nostra sede o a domicilio
del cliente, con addebito delle spese di trasporto e manodopera.

For many years our firm has been manufacturing oenological equipment for small and
medium-size wine makers.
When producing our articles, we always endeavour to make them practical to use, safe,
high quality and long lasting; to ensure that they are, please read the booklet carefully.
Noise: the noise produced by the filler during operation is low, much less than 70 db.

failure to comply with our booklet or improper use of the machine. If your are unsure of

SAFETY STANDARDS FOR USE

To prevent possible accidents, comply strictly with these safety standards.
INSTRUCTIONS: only use the machine after reading this booklet which, in the event of

POSITIONING: take care that when starting the filling operation, the machine is positioned
in a safe place, to prevent accidental knocks or vibrations which could make it fall causing
damage to persons or property.
USING THE MACHINE: do not allow children, unauthorized persons or those without
sufficient knowledge of its use to utilise the filler.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: For the VERSION WITH ELECTRIC FLOAT check that the
mains voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the ratings plate of the control unit.
o Always check, before each use, the condition of the wiring cables; in the event of
damage or cuts replace the cable.
o Do not lay power cables on wet ground or floors.
o Do not run tools or machinery over the cable, as this could cause irreparable damage.
o Switches, sockets and plugs must be insulated from dampness.
o Always use earthed cables.
o The electric system of the building must be provided with a thermal magnetic circuit
breaker switch, to guarantee the safety of persons in the event of a fault.
o Keep children and irresponsible persons away from electric parts
WARNING: although provided with an adequate degree or protection, the outside of the
control unit and electric pump must not come into contact with any type of liquid.
BREAKDOWN: in the event of breakdown or faulty operation of the machine, the operator
must never disassemble it, but contact the dealer or manufacturer
STARTING UP – INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The BACCO FILLER is made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and, depending on the
version, is available without a float, with a ball float, with an electric float, combined with a
filter, with a pump, or simply as a filler.
Operation is simple and based on communicating vessels.
Various bottle formats can be used, the regulation of which is obtained with the bottleholder (N°1).
The level of liquid in the bottle is regulated using a specific ring with Allen screw (N°2),
located on the spout of the tap, immediately above the conical seal of the spout (N°3).
OPERATION: once the tank has been filled with the product using the valves N° 14 and
15, the bottles can be filled. After having regulated the bottle holder for the type of bottle to
be filled and the level of liquid required in the bottle (see detail N°2), the spout N°4 is
inserted (see drawing) into the neck of the bottle, which is positioned on the bottle holder,
bearing in mind that once positioned, the liquid outlet N°5 in the tap must remain open.
When the bottle has been filled, remove it from the bottle holder, sliding it off the spout,
which will close to prevent the liquid from spilling.
As the product decreases inside the tank, the level will be restored in different ways,
depending on the machine version:
A) WITHOUT FLOAT the level of liquid in the tank will be kept constant by manual
regulation of the loading valve
B) WITH BALL FLOAT the level will be kept constant automatically by the float
C) WITH ELECTRIC FLOAT the float is formed of two sensor rods (one long and the other
short); when the product drops below the second rod (the longer one), the control unit
sends an impulse to a pump or to the filter to bring the product up to level; once the level
has reached the second rod (the shorter one), this sends an impulse to the control unit to
switch off the pump or the filter.
CLEANING: after the operation has been terminated, empty the tank using the ball valve
N°9 located underneath it and wash tank and taps thoroughly.

TRANSPORT: borne by the purchaser
CLAIMS: claims are only accepted within eight days of receipt of the goods and no returns
are accepted unless authorized by us and carriage free.
Goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer.
RESERVATIONS: we are not responsible for breakages or damages deriving from uses
differing to those for which the goods are intended, or for use that does not comply with
the capacity and flow rate of the goods.
Flaws and defects caused by wear of parts naturally subject to wear, or returned parts that
have been dismantled, tampered with or repaired outside our headquarters are not
covered by warranty.
WARRANTY: our products have been carefully tested and inspected and are guaranteed
for 12 months from delivery.
Our responsibility is limited to the replacement of any parts found to be defective after
careful examination to be carried out at our headquarters or at the customer’s premises
charging for transport and labour costs.
DISPUTES: the court with jurisdiction is the Court of Vicenza.
TECHNICAL DATA: the technical data in this booklet are informative and not binding. The
manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications to products without prior notice.
