L’ultimo giorno di regate non saranno dati segnali di avviso dopo le ore 16.00. REGOLAMENTI: La regata sarà disciplinata dall’ISAF RRS 2013-­‐16, dalle prescrizioni della FIV, dalla Normativa FIV 2013 che è da considerarsi “Regola” e dal Regolamento di Classe 2013. In caso di conflitto fra lingue diverse preverrà il testo in lingua inglese. PUBBLICITA’: La pubblicità è vietata come da Regulation 20 ISAF. Alle barche potrà essere richiesto di esporre una pubblicità scelta o fornita dall’Autorità Organizzatrice. I timonieri dovranno indossare in modo visibile per tutta la durata della regata la canotta fornita dalla Segreteria di Classe. La mancata osservanza di questa prescrizione può dar luogo alla penalità di 1 punto sul punteggio della prova. Questo modifica l’Appendice A del RRS. AMMISSIONE: La regata è aperta a tutte le barche della classe O’pen Bic. Sono ammessi alle regate gli equipaggi U13 (nati nel 2002\2003\2004) e U16 (nati nel 1998\1999\2000). I nati nel 2001 che fino al compimento del 12° anno di età sono classificati nella categoria U13 e devono utilizzare vela di classe da 3.8 mq., dal giorno min cui compiono il 12°anno di età possono usare la vela da 4.5 mq. e partecipare nella categoria U16. ISCRIZIONI E TESSERAMENTO: Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire alla segreteria del Circolo Vela Arco tramite il sito del Circolo entro il 10 luglio 2013 versando la quota di € 90,00, dopo tale data la quota sarà di €110,00 da versarea alla segretaria di regata a mezzo bonifico bancario: CIRCOLO VELA ARCO ASD: EU IBAN: IT45K0801634310000000140419 BIC : CCRTIT2T04A communication the time set for the previous day will be confirmed. The last racing day no warning signal will be displayed after 4.00 pm. 3. RULES The regatta will be governed by ISAF RRS 2013-­‐
2016, FIV prescriptions 2013 and Class Rules 2013. In case of conflict between the different languages, the English version will prevail. 4. ADVERTISING Advertising is prohibited as per ISAF Regulation 20. Boats may be required to display advertising chosen or supplied by the Organizing Authority. The helmsman must wear the vest provided by the Secretary of Class, in a visible way for the duration of the race. Failure to observe this requirement may result in a penalty of 1 point on the score of the race, this modify the Appendix A of the RRS. 5. ELEGIBILITY The regatta is open to all boats of the class O'pen Bic. The Crews U13 (born in 2002 \ 2003 \ 2004) and U16 (born in 1998 \ 1999 \ 2000) are admitted. Those born in 2001 until the 12th birthday are classified as U13 and must use the class sail of 3.8 square meters; from the 12th birthday they can use the sail of 4.5 square meters and participate in the U16 category. 6. ENTRY AND MEMBERSHIP Entry forms must be done through the website of the Circolo Vela Arco within 10th July 2013 with the payment of the fee of €90,00, after this date the fee will be of €110,00la quota sarà di €110,00. The fee is to be payed to the Secretary of Circolo Vela Arco with bank transfer: CIRCOLO VELA ARCO ASD: EU IBAN: IT45K0801634310000000140419 BIC : CCRTIT2T04A CAUSALE: “Campionato Nazionale O’Pen Bic + nome/cognome + n.velico” I regatanti dovranno essere in regola con il tesseramento alla FIV 2013 con relativa prescrizione sanitaria e iscritti alla Classe Italiana O’pen Bic. Gli atleti stranieri concorrono per la categoria Open; il titolo di Campione Nazionale Classe O’Pen Bic, verrà assegnato al primo atleta italiano classificato. Tutti gli iscritti dovranno presentare al momento dell’iscrizione polizza RC con massimale 1,000.000 Euro, pena la non iscrizione alla manifestazione e la non restituzione della tassa di iscrizione pagata. 7. CERTIFICATI DI STAZZA: Tutte le imbarcazioni dovranno essere conformi alle prescrizioni del regolamento della Classe. 8. NUMERO DELLE PROVE E PUNTEGGIO: sono previste 3 prove al giorno per gli U16 e 2 per gli U13. Possono essere effettuate una o più prove addizionali, al giorno. Per tutte le classi sarà applicato il punteggio minimo, App. A2 del Regolamento ISAF 2013 – 2016. Uno scarto sarà applicato alla quarta prova e alla nona regata portata a termine. La manifestazione sarà valida anche con una sola prova disputata. La presente manifestazione è valida ai fini della Ranking List Nazionale O’pen Bic 2013. 9. ALLENATORI: Tutti gli Allenatori per accreditarsi dovranno compilare il modulo di registrazione disponibile presso la Segreteria di Regata, dichiarando le caratteristiche del proprio mezzo di assistenza e l’accettazione delle “regole per le barche di assistenza degli Allenatori” descritte nelle Istruzioni di Regata ed essere muniti di apparato VHF portatile stagno con i canali 16 e 72 10. GOMMONI D’ASSISTENZA E NAVIGAZIONE A MOTORE Alle imbarcazioni a motore è generalmente proibita la navigare sulla parte settentrionale del Lago di Garda, tuttavia durante questo evento, uno speciale permesso per l’utilizzo di tali imbarcazioni può essere emesso. Il personale di assistenza deve presentare CAUSAL: “Campionato Nazionale O’Pen Bic + name/surname + sailing number” All the FIV members with valid medical certificate and registration at the O'pen Bic Italian Class can partecipate at the Regatta. Foreign athletes compete for the Open category; the title of National Champion O'Pen Bic Class will be awarded to the first Italian athlete classified. All athletes must present at the registrations a valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of Euro 1,000.000, otherwise the athlete will not take part at the event and the paid fee will not be refund. 7. MEASUREMENTS All boats and sails must be in conformity with the Class Rules. 8. NUMBER OF RACES AND SCORE Three races per day are planned for the U16 and 2 for the U13. One or more extra races per day can be done. For all classes the Low Point scoring system will be applied, App.2 of ISAF 2013-­‐2016 regulation. If 4 races will be completed boats may discard their worst score, if 9 races will be completed boats may discard their two worst scores. The event will be valid even with only one race held. This event is valid for the National Ranking List O'pen Bic 2013. 9. COACHES All coaches must: -­‐fill in the registration form available at the race office -­‐declare the characteristics of their support boats -­‐accept the "Rules for coaches support boats" described in the Sailing Instructions -­‐have a portable watertight VHF equipment with channels 16 and 72 10. SUPPORT BOATS AND MOTOR NAVIGATION Mechanically propelled boats are generally prohibited to sail on the northern part of Lake Garda, however, during this event, a special permit to use such boats may be given. Support coaches shall show the following documents to the organising authority: all'autorità organizzatrice: • Libretto di matricola del motore; • assicurazione del motore; • Patente nautica(per motori con più di 40cv) e documento di identità del conducente (Per velocizzare questa procedura, si prega di inviare in anticipo per e-­‐mail i documenti richiesti: [email protected]) Il permesso sarà rilasciato solo per l'assistenza alle prove di regata e gli allenamenti. Barche di supporto, team leader, allenatori e altro personale di supporto devono registrarsi presso l’ufficio di regata durante le iscrizioni alla regata (vedi tabella). Barche di supporto devono esporre una bandiera (S), e deve essere chiaramente visibile su entrambi i lati della barca. La bandiera S è disponibile presso l'autorità organizzatrice con un deposito di € 20,00. 11. ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA: Le Istruzioni di Regata saranno a disposizione degli iscritti dall’apertura ufficiale della segreteria di regata. 12. PERCORSI: come indicato nelle istruzioni di regata. 13. PREMI: Premi ai primi 5 classificati U13 e U16, e ai primi femminili di categoria. 14. RESPONSABILITÀ: Come da regola fondamentale i partecipanti alla regata di cui al presente Bando prendono parte alla stessa sotto la loro piena ed esclusiva responsabilità, i Concorrenti sono gli unici responsabili per la decisione di prendere parte o di continuare la regata. Gli Organizzatori declinano ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che possono subire persone e/o cose, sia in terra che in acqua, in conseguenza della loro partecipazione alla regata di cui al presente Bando di Regata. E’ competenza dei Concorrenti decidere in base alle loro capacità, alla forza del vento, allo stato del mare, alle previsioni meteorologiche ed a tutto quanto altro deve essere previsto da un buon marinaio, se uscire in mare e partecipare alla regata, di continuarla ovvero di rinunciare. • rib’s engine registration document (engine brand name -­‐ engine serial numbers); • rib’s engine insurance; • Driver’s licence (for motor bigger then 40PS) and driver’s identity document (To speed up this procedure, please send us the requested documents in advance per e-­‐mail: [email protected]) The permit will be issued only for assistance to the races and training. Support boats, team leaders, coaches and other support personnel shall register at the Race Office within the registration time (see schedule). Support boats shall display a flag (S) and it shall be clearly visible on both sides of the boat. The S flag is available at the organising authority with a deposit of €20,00. 11. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS The Sailing Instructions will be available at the regatta office at registration. 12. PERCORSI As indicated in the sailing instructions. 13. PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the first 5 U13 and U16 boats, and the first U13 and U16 girls boat. 14. LIABILITIES It is the competitor’s decision to enter the regatta or to start and continue in any race. Competitors shall accept that their participation in the regatta is at their exclusive risk in every respect. See RRS Rule 4, Decision to Race. The Organising Authority and the respective Host Sailing Club, their officers, members, servants and agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which may be sustained by reason of their participation or intended participation in the regatta or howsoever arising in connection with the regatta. 15.
