ORDERS
L’ordine assume validità solo ad avvenuta approvazione ed accettazione della DOIMO SOFAS s.p.a. e solo a seguito conferma scritta da parte del cliente. Nessuna modifica sarà
accettata dopo la conferma scritta del cliente.
In caso di rivestimenti con pelli di diverse categorie va considerato il prezzo della categoria superiore. Non si applicano prezzi intermedi. I pezzi richiesti “fuori misura” o “fuori
standard”, e da noi accettati, saranno soggetti ad una maggiorazione di prezzo che sarà comunicato, di volta in volta, tramite invio del modulo offerta/preventivo, da ritornare
firmato per accettazione.
Orders shall be considered binding upon specific approval and acceptance by DOIMO SOFAS s.p.a. and after written confirmation by the customer. No modification will be accepted
after written confirmation of the customer. In case of covers made in leather of different categories, the price of the higher category is to be considered. Intermediate prices are
not applied. The goods are delivered free at destination to the customer’s house, packed in a polyethylene cover, which is included in the price. For any non-standard or custommade piece, to be accepted by our company, a surcharge shall be applied, to be communicated each time on a special order/offer form, to be signed and returned by the customer.
CONSEGNE
I tempi di consegna standard per i prodotti Doimo Sofas s.p.a., risultano corrispondere a 5/6 settimane dalla data di conferma dell’ordine e/o dalla data di ricevimento del
pagamento anticipato (qualora fosse necessario).
Tutte le varie terminologie per la definizione temporale dei tempi di consegna, in relazione ai prodotti finiti come URGENTE, URGENTISSIMO, IMMEDIATAMENTE, SUBITO,
AL PIU’ PRESTO, e a tutte quelle forme di abbreviazione che vengono riportate sull’ordine, sono da considerarsi come la capacità da parte dell’Azienda di evadere l’ordine nei tempi
standard sopra indicati.
RECLAMI
Eventuali reclami per danni derivanti dal trasporto devono essere fatte al trasportatore al momento dello scarico.
Eventuali reclami per difetti di fabbricazione dovranno essere fatti per iscritto (con documentazione fotografica) entro e non oltre 7 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
Eventuali reclami per ritardo nella consegna non potranno dar luogo a nessun risarcimento danni.
Eventuali resi della merce dovranno essere autorizzati da noi preventivamente. In caso di sostituzione o riparazione, la merce deve ritornare perfettamente imballata a mezzo nostro
corriere e con relativo documento di trasporto. Le spese di trasporto della marce, sono a carico del Cliente o dell’Azienda, a seconda della causale del reso. Per ogni controversia
è competente il Foro di Treviso.
DELIVERIES
The standard delivery times for Doimo Sofas s.p.a. products are approx. 5/6 weeks from the date of confi rmation of the order and/or receipt of the advanced payment (if necessary).
Any indication referred to the delivery times for the fi nished products, such as URGENT, MOST URGENT, IMMEDIATELY, and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE refers to the capacity of the
Company to deliver the fi nished products within the above-mentioned delivery times.
CLAIMS
In the event of damages caused during transport of the goods, the relevant claim must be made without delay to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
All production defects have to be communicated (with photographic documentation) no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Claims for delayed deliveryof the
goods will not entitle the customer to any compensation.
Goods may only be returned upon specifi c authorisation by the company. If goods are to be replaced or repaired, they must be returned perfectly packed, by means ofone of our
couriers, together with the corresponding delivery note.
Any transport cost for returning the goods may be at the Customer’s or at the Company’s expense, according to the reason why the goods are being returned. In the event of any
controversy, competent court shall be the Court of Treviso.
SIZES
As our products are manufactured with elastic padding, please note that all the sizes inside this price list can vary up to ± 2%.
MISURE

Essendo i nostri manufatti prodotti con imbottiture elastiche, precisiamo che tutte le misure indicate nel presente listino possono variare entro i limiti compresi tra ± 2%.
PELLI
Le pelli vanno considerate come materia naturale e viva; perciò le eventuali cicatrici, i graffi, le venature e le smagliature, ne rappresentano una naturale peculiarità e non sono
dunque da considerarsi difetti, bensì pregi che esaltano la bellezza della vera pelle.
I colori delle pelli possono presentare variazioni di tonalità in partite diverse, sia rispetto ai campionari, sia ad elementi già prodotti. Per questo motivo, raccomandiamo vivamente
di non scomporre i salotti, perché sarà impossibile completare con identica tonalità di colore i pezzi rimasti invenduti. Non possiamo assumerci alcuna responsabilità per questo
inconveniente e pertanto non possiamo assolutamente ritirare pezzi rimasti scompagnati.
Per richieste di divani e poltrone da realizzare con la pelle del Cliente, si prega di richiedere, di volta in volta, all’Azienda il preventivo per il costo del salotto, la fattibilità ela quantità
di pelle necessaria per la produzione dello stesso. Il materiale dovrà pervenire in porto franco.
Leather is a natural and living material, hence scars, scratches and stretch marks are a natural characteristic of the product that adds to the beauty of real leather, and cannot be
considered defects. Leather can have different shades of colour, which may not correspond to the shade of the sample product or of other fi nished products.
For this reason we suggest that sofa compositions are not separated, otherwise it will be extremely difficult to fi nd units with the same colour to match the remaining pieces.
The company shall have no responsibility in this event, and no left piece may be returned to us.
As for sofas and chairs to be produced with leather supplied by our customers, please ask the company to confirm that such product is possible, to provide an estimate of the total
price and an estimate of the total quantity of leather required.
The material shall be delivered free of charge to our company.
MAINTENANCE
Please follow carefully the instructions for cleaning and maintaining the covers, which are contained in our maintenance cards. The company shall have no responsibility for any
damage caused by wrong cleaning or maintenance of the covers.
MANUTENZIONE
Per la pulizia e la manutenzione dei rivestimenti si pone l’obbligo di rispettare tassativamente le modalità riportate nei cartellini di manutenzione. Contrariamente si declina ogni
responsabilità per eventuali danni causati da una errata manutenzione e pulizia.

e tante altre informazioni specifiche che riguardano il Vostro divano. In più
vi dichiariamo anche quale tipo di pelle avete scelto, tramite la apposita
“Scheda Rivestimento” dove sono elencati anche i minimi dettagli tecnici.
After-sale certification. Although the leather completely covers what is inside,
we declare, as required by law, all the materials used in the frame of the
piece in its “Quick Reference Product Card”. The “Quick Reference Product
C ard” also includes information on the stuffing used and other details of the
sofa. As a matter of fact, we also declare the type of leather chosen in the
corresponding “Quick Reference Upholstery Card,” which also includes the
fine technical details.

Le pelli sono lavorate e trattate nel rispetto dell’ambiente con prodotti atossici che
le rendono molto resistenti ai liquidi, alla luce ed all’usura.
Al tatto si presentano lisce e morbide.
Sono idrorepellenti nella giusta misura, tenendo conto delle esigenze di
permeabilità e traspirazione, attributi esclusivi della vera pelle.
La superficie è omogenea e non presenta imperfezioni.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO

E LA PULIZIA
E’ in dotazione un apposito Kit per la pulizia e la manutenzione della pelle.
Lo sporco e le macchie si possono togliere usando un morbido tampone imbevuto
di acqua e sapone neutro, passato con cautela.
Strofinare leggermente perché l’eccesso di pressione anziché favorire la pulizia,
provoca la penetrazione nella pelle dello sporco solubilizzato.
La Doimo Sofas Spa declina ogni responsabilità in caso di rivestimenti
danneggiati conseguentemente a trattamenti diversi da quanto indicato.
