Questi modelli sono stati progettati con motore elettrico accoppiato direttamente al gruppo compressore. Sono macchine tecnicamente all’avanguardia, potenti e silenziose. Si presentano molto compatte, richiedono un
minimo di sorveglianza e poca manutenzione.
Sono compressori ideali per piccoli lavori di verniciatura, lavaggio gonfiaggio per tutti i lavori di una piccola azienda. I cilindri sono di ghisa speciale, la lubrificazione è automatica a sbattimento, le valvole sono a lamella di acciaio inox. La pressione di esercizio è di 8 bar, ma per alcuni modelli può arrivare a 10 bar.
La strumentazione di controllo comprende:

These patterns have been planned with electric engine coupled directly to the compressor. They
are technologically advanced machines, powerful and silent. They present very compact, expect
little surveillance and little maintenance.
They are ideal air compressors for small works o painting, washing and inflating jobs: for all
works of a small firm. Cylinders are in special cast iron, the lubrication is automatic at slamming, valves are lamellar of steel inox. Pressure of exercise is of 8 bar but for a few models
can arrive at 10 bar. The control equipment comprehends:
- Pressure switch with on-off switch, safety valve, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.

Questi modelli sono stati progettati per
garantire al massimo la continuità di erogazione dell’aria compressa, con un basso
consumo di energia elettrica. Ogni macchina è costituita da due gruppi compressori con due motori elettrici. I compressori sono macchine molto robuste, i cilindri
e le teste sono di ghisa speciale e le valvole di acciaio sono dei tipo a disco di elevato rendimento. Il funzionamento dei
compressori è automatico ed alternativo.
Un’apparecchiatura elettrica e contenuta
in una cassetta metallica con telesalvamotori temporizzati oppure, a richiesta, con
teleavviatori stella-triangolo ed elettrovalvola, blocco porta interruttori e pressostato. Questa apparecchiatura comanda e
controlla il buon funzionamento della
macchina.

These models have been planned to guarantee to
the maximum the continuity of delivery of the
compressed air, with a low consumption of electric
energy. Every machine is constituted from two compressor units with two electrical motors. The compressors are very strong machines, with cylinders
and heads in special cast iron and with steel valve
at disk type with high performance.
The functioning of the compressors is automatic
and reciprocating. The electrical apparatus is
assembled in a metal box with timer-controlled
motor protection switchs, or, at requiry with stardelta starter and solenoide valves, block-cloor, switchs and pressure switch. This apparatus orders and
controls the good functioning of the machine.

MOTOR-DRIVEN COMPRESSORS FOR THE BUILDING TRADE WITH SILENCED INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
Questi compressori sono macchine semplici, economiche, robuste e di facile manutenzione. I gruppi compressori sono dei tipo a due stadi con cilindri di ghisa. Il motore a scoppio è a 4 tempi, raffreddato ad
aria e silenziato. L’avviamento è a strappo con cavo avvolgente automatico (avviamento elettrico 12 V
opzionale). Uno speciale dispositivo controlla l’olio dei motore, nel caso che il livello sia insufficiente il
motore si ferma. Il compressore ed il motore a scoppio sono montati su di una robusta piastra d’acciaio
e isolata dal telaio da appositi supporti elastici antivibranti. Il serbatoio è corredato di valvola di sicurezza, manometro alla glicerina, di rubinetto per lo scarico della condensa e di due prese d’aria. La qualità
dei materiali adoperati con la tecnologia applicata, garantiscono il rispetto delle normative CEE riguardo
il rumore e la sicurezza. La strumentazione di controllo comprende:
- Disgiuntore “FS” fase scarico con valvola di ritegno che scarica all’esterno l’aria prodotta dal gruppo
compressore quando ha raggiunto la pressione massima, manometro, valvola di sicurezza.
These compressors are simple, economical, strong and easily serviced machines. The compressor units are
the tvvo-stage type with cast iron cylinders.The 4-stroke internal combustion engine is air-cooled and
silenced. The pull start features an automatically winding rope (electrical starting 12 V optional). A special device controls motor oil, in case of the are insufficient on switch on a warning light and automatically the motor on stops. Both compressor and internal combustion engine are mounted on a tough steel
base and are insulated from the frame by special vibration-damping elastic supports. The tank, is equipped with safety valve, glycerine pressure gauge, condensate drain cock and two air taps. The quality of
material used with the technology applied, guarantee the respect of the rules EEC regarding noise and
safety. Control equipment include:
- Circuit breaker «F5» discharge phase with non return valve that discharge on the outside the air produced from the pump when its reached the max pressure, pressure gauge, safety valve.

Questa serie di compressori modello “SO” orizzontali su serbatoio sono stati realizzati per rendere la macchina estremamente compatta: il gruppo compressore è stato installato sopra il serbatoio, e insonorizzato
tramite una cappottatura metallica rivestita di materiale fonoassorbente. Il funzionamento privo di vibrazioni è stato ottenuto interponendo tamponi appositamente studiati con caratteristiche antivibranti. Molte
delle soluzioni adottate nei compressori “SO” sono già il frutto di esperienze acquisite e sperimentate nella
serie verticali. Una delle caratteristiche di questi modelli è che possono essere installati in ogni punto della
fabbrica, poichè rispondono perfettamente alle normative CEE.
These series of air compressors model “SO” horizontal on tank are made to produce a very compact
machine: the pump unit is assembled on tank and sound-dampened by a metal cowling with soundabsorbing panels.
The silent and without vibration running are made by pads studies with antivibrabon devices.
The solution adopted in the “SO” compressors is the result of the study on noiseless air compressor series
vertical. One of the characteristic of this model is that it can be installed in every point of the work ambient
because of it’s tested to the CEE rules.

Questa serie di compressori e stata realizzata per risolvere il problema «rumore» negli ambienti di lavoro. Oggi il livello di rumorosità
raggiunto da questi compressori silenziati è eccezionalmente basso,
può essere installato direttamente nei posti di lavoro, perchè risponde
perfettamente alle norme CEE. La riduzione della rumorosità è stata
ottenuta racchiudendo la macchina entro un mobile insonorizzato con
speciali pannelli fonoassorbenti ad alta densità autoestinguente.
L’aspirazione dell’aria per la compressione e il raffreddamento avviene attraverso un condotto ricavato tra i pannelli. I compressori silenziati non differiscono dalle normali unità di serie e danno la stessa
resa d’aria. Si tratta di una centrale di compressione autonoma, costituita di un compressore a pistoni con cilindri e testata di ghisa, di un
motore elettrico, di un piccolo serbatoio e di tutti gli accessori per la
regolazione ed il controllo, in linea con le normative internazionali di
sicurezza. È un compressore compatto, posto verticalmente per una
migliore utilizzazione dello spazio, estremamente silenzioso, senza
alcuna necessità di fondazioni e pronto per l’impiego.La sua gamma
va da 2 a 10 CV di potenza. Per la sua messa in funzione non è
richiesto nessun intervento specializzato: basta una presa di corrente

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
This line of air compressors is designed to resolve the problem of
«noise» in work areas. The noise created by these silent piston air
compressors is very low, and they can be installed right at the work
station. They totally comply with CEE rules.
Noise reduction is obtained by enclosing the machine inside a soundproofing cabinet, made with special sound-absorbing panels.
Compression and cooling air intakes are through a duct made
between the panels. «Noiseless» compressors do not differ
mechanically from standard units, and give the same outputs.
Each is a self-contained compression unit, consisting of a piston
compressor with head and cylinders in cast iron, an electrical motor, a
small tank, and all control and regulation accessories; totally comply
with international safety standard.
Compressors are compact, installed vertical to best exploit available
space, produce very little noise, need no foundations, and are ready
to use.
Compressors range goes from 2 to 10 HP in power rating. No
specialists are needed to start them up: just connect it to a current
collector and the compressor begins its silent operation.

tele-pressure switch, safety valve and flywheel in cast iron. The models
at 20 bar are assembled with non return valve Hoerbiger type. The air

30 e 35 bar sono forniti con scambiatore ed elettroventilatore tra il 1°
e il 2° stadio, separatore e scaricatore elettronico di condensa, valvola
di ritegno tipo Hoerbiger, manometro di aspirazione e manometro di
mandata. I compressori con potenza da 7,5-12,5 HP sono completi di
teleavviatore stella-triangolo in cassetta ed elettrovalvola. I basamenti
devono essere collegati ad un serbatoio di adeguata capacità e
pressione.
These air compressors on base are machines built for elevated
performance. There are complete of special tubes of cooling (between
the 1st and the 2nd stage) and tubes of delivery, tele-pressure switch,

Sono completi di elettrovalvola di aspirazione, elettrovalvola di scarico, antivibranti, raffreddatore finale con ventilatore, separatore e scaricatore
elettronico di condensa, manometro di aspirazione, manometro di
mandata, teleavviatore stella-triangolo, prefiltro di aspirazione, valvola di ritegno e pressostato. Devono essere alimentati da un compressore adeguato alla portata richiesta (vedi schema in ultima di copertina).

This hyperhigh-pressure or booster is a machine that makes
compressed air until a max of 35 bar, making the air of line existing
from 6-10 bar, with a max capacity of 2300 lt/1’. It’s complete with
suction solenoid valve, discharge solenoid valve, vibration dampers,
final cooler with fan, separator and electronic condesate drain,
suction gauge, delivery gauge, star-delta starter, pre-filter of suction,
non return valve and pressure switch. They must be fed from an air
compressor adequate to requiry capacity (see scheme on last page).

Questa serie di compressori modello “SVAP” sono stati realizzati per rendere la
macchina estremamente compatta: il gruppo compressore è insonorizzato tramite
una cappottatura metallica rivestita di
materiale fonoassorbente. Il funzionamento privo di vibrazioni è stato ottenuto interponendo tamponi appositamente studiati
con caratteristiche antivibranti.
Molte delle soluzioni adottate nei compressori “SV-AP” sono già il frutto di esperienze
acquisite e sperimentate nella serie “PAS”.
Una delle caratteristiche di questi modelli è
che possono essere installati in ogni punto
della fabbrica, poichè rispondono perfettamente alle normative CEE.

QUADRO COMANDI Quadro comandi con scheda elettronica dell’ultima generazione; questa scheda tiene costantemente sotto controllo il
funzionamento del compressore, segnalando le eventuali anomalie. La nostra scheda elettronica EC-M-04 è tanto evoluta quanto semplice da
usare, grazie ad un pannello comandi chiaro e intuitivo.Tutta la strumentazione elettronica è contenuta in un armadietto a tenuta stagna con
gradi di protezione IP55. I fattori e i coefficenti utilizzati per il calcolo della dispersione termica sono stati verificati secondo quanto previsto
dalla normativa europea CENELEC HD528.
CONTROL PANEL Control panel with last generation card; with this card you can have constantly under control all the functions of the compressors, signaling eventual alarms. Our electronic card EC-M-04 is evolved and very simple to use, thanks to a user-friendly interface. All
the electronic instrumentation is contained in a watertight cabinet with degress of protection IP55. The factors and the coefficients used for
the calculation of the thermic dispertion are controlled in compliance to the rule CENELEC HD528

Di nuovissima progettazione, questi compressori a profilo asimmetrico, sono stati costruiti secondo le tecnologie più avanzate. Sono stati
specificamente realizzati per lavorare a pieno carico 24 ore al giorno e
per 7 giorni alla settimana, senza nessun calo di prestazioni. I due rotori ruotono con strettissima tolleranza senza toccarsi, immersi in una
miscela d’olio e aria. Ruotando l’aria viene aspirata attraverso il condotto di immissione, si miscela con l’olio e si incanala tra i vani che
nel frattempo variano di volume, dando cosi inizio al processo di compressione. L’olio, oltre che garantire la tenuta e lubrificare i cuscinetti,
esporta il calore prodotto dal fenomeno della compressione. L’olio ,
poi, viene estratto dal flusso dell’aria compressa, nel separatore a più
stadi, inviato nel radiatore per il raffreddamento e successivamente
immesso nuovamente in circolazione. Questo calore, opportunamente
convogliato, può essere utilizzato per riscaldare i locali dell’azienda.
L’aria compressa, depurata dall’olio, viene fatta passare nel raffreddatore finale e mandata in linea. L’estrema semplicità di costruzione fa si
che la manutenzione, in pratica, sia ridotta al solo cambio periodico
dell’olio, dei filtri dell’aria e dll’olio.

These asymmetric-profile compressors are of ultra-modern design,
and built according to the most modern technological concepts. They
are specifically built to work at a full load 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, without any drop in performance. The two rotors turn at extremely minimal tolerances, without touching, immersed in a mixture of
oil and air. As they rotate they aspirate air in through the imput duct,
mix it with the oil and direct it through the vanes that, by changing in
volume, begin the compression process. The oil, in addition to providing seal and bearing lubrication, removes the heat generated by the
compression process. The oil is extracted from the air flow in the
multi-stage separator, and sent to the cooling radiator and subsequently put back in circulation. This heat, opportunely conveyed, can be
utilized to heat company buildings. The compressed air, after the oil is
removed, is passed into the final cooling unit and then delivered to the
pipeline system. Structural simplicity is so great that maintenance, is
virtually limited to periodic oil changes and replacement of oil and air
filters.

La Parise Compressori ha progettato questa serie di compressori a secco
(privi di lubrificazione ad olio) per un uso medicale e dentale. Questo è possibile poiché il gruppo compressore non viene lubrificato ad olio, inoltre l’aria compressa prodotta viene raffreddata e successivamente essicata, questo per eliminare ogni residuo di condensa che viene prodotta durante il processo di compressione; infine il serbatoio è trattato internamente per evitare qualsiasi contaminazione. Otteniamo così aria perfettamente essicata e
priva di residui oleosi.
“Parise Compressori” designed this range of dry-type (oil-free) compressors mainly for medical and dental use. This is possible since the
compressor group is not lubricated and, on top of that, the generated
compressed air is cooled and subsequently dryed, in order to eliminate
all condensate residue that is produced during the compression process;
the air vessel inside surface is treated to avoid any possible contamination. We obtain therefore perfectly dry air, deprived of any residual
oil traces.
