Pietro Rossetti, together with his wife Loredana Lodigiani, founded Samag
in 1972. Being an enlightened and farsighted entrepreneur, he lead the
company to its current development status, completion of the product range and quality in its construction.
After 35 years of activity, Pietro Rossetti leaves to his son and daughter
a company managed with care and correctness, that has grown and is
known as a unique reality in the world of fork lift trucks; “small” in size but
“great” in quality, in technology that it has always offered and in solid and
constructive relations always maintained with its collaborators, customers
and suppliers.

Samag nasce nel 1972 con l’obiettivo di coprire tutte le esigenze di movimentazione interna delle aziende. La scelta di improntare fin dall’inizio
la produzione ad un elevato livello di qualità, porta Samag ad un importante sviluppo nel corso degli anni successivi completando la gamma dei
carrelli elettrici, con l’introduzione dei carrelli serie “MAX” con posto di
guida elevabile (commissionatori) e dei carrelli a montante retrattile serie “ERGON”. Negli anni successivi è affiancata la progettazione e costruzione della gamma dei carrelli elettrici in acciaio INOX (già iniziata negli anni
settanta), completata in tutte le versioni per i vari utilizzi del settore dove
la pulizia e l’igiene sono condizioni essenziali.
La strada percorsa è stata lunga, l’azienda è cresciuta e con essa anche
le persone che ne fanno parte: Samag ottiene la fiducia della Clientela
italiana ed europea, conquistandosi così una posizione di leader nella
propria nicchia di mercato, con l’obiettivo del costante sviluppo tecnologico.
Oggi, più del 55% del prodotto è destinato all’intero mercato europeo.
Samag ha saputo restare piccola nella dimensione ma grande nella
tecnologia e qualità.

Samag was born in 1972 with the aim of covering companies’ entire material
handling requirements for internal movement.
The decision from the beginning to give a high quality name to the production
brought Samag though important developments in the years following with
the completion of the electric truck range, with the introduction of the “MAX”
truck series with raisable drive position (order pickers) and the reachtruck series “ERGON”. In the years that followed, the design and production of the
electric truck range in stainless steel was developed (that had already began in
the ‘70’s), and finalised in all its versions for various uses in work sectors where
cleanliness and hygiene are essential.
The direction that was taken has been long, the company has grown and with
it all the staff and collaborators that are part of it. Samag gains the confidence of its Italian and European customers and has conquered a position of leader in its own market ‘niche’, with the objective of continuous technological
development. Today, more than 55% of production is destined to the entire
European market.
Samag has been able to remain small in dimension but a frontrunner in technological development and quality products.

La costante ricerca tecnologica per migliorare sempre, il design, il
rispetto delle norme europee in fatto di sicurezza fin dalla loro
emanazione.
Ciò che fa la differenza sono le grandi capacità di progettazione
interna e costruttive che permettono a Samag di essere
completamente indipendente nella realizzazione di quei componenti fondamentali che sono i montanti, i cilindri idraulici, i
gruppi trazione... di riuscire a soddisfare le esigenze più speciali
dei suoi Clienti, di studiare gli aggiornamenti tecnici ai carrelli
in modo di avere sempre intercambiabilità fra i pezzi di ricambio.
La presenza di un reparto di lavorazioni meccaniche all’avanguardia,
dotato di centri di lavoro automatizzati e torni CNC in cui si producono i componenti principali di tutti i carrelli, garantisce infine il totale
controllo sui cicli e sulla qualità del prodotto.

Our constant technological research for always improving truck design
to respect the European norms concerning safety and their updating.
What makes the difference are Samag’s high internal design
and construction ability that enables us to be completely independent
in the creation of the most important components such as masts,
hydraulic cylinders, traction groups etc. to enable us to satisfy the most
special customer requests and to study all technical updating of the
trucks in order to always have interchangeability between spare parts.
The presence of an advanced machine tooling factory equipped with
automated work centres and CNC lathe machines where the main
machine components are produced for all trucks that guarantee at the
end of the day total control of work cycles and quality of the product.

gli spazi nei magazzini e trarre maggiori vantaggi in corridoi molto stretti. Sono
disponibili con diversi modelli di montanti a visibilità totale e non, elevazioni
fino a 6500 mm e portate fino a 2000 kg.
Linea moderna, materiali di assoluta qualità, totalmente in acciaio robusto e
compatto.
Sterzo ammortizzato, per mantenere a continuo contatto con il pavimento la
ruota motrice, nonché minimo sforzo richiesto all’operatore durante le sterzate
con macchina a pieno carico (opzione sterzo elettrico).

Il display grafico collocato nel cruscotto della macchina, effettua un controllo
totale sul carrello e semplifica l’uso all’operatore.
Sistema di guida servoassistito elettricamente
Guida su entrambi i lati di serie: all’interno del posto di guida è prevista una
postazione di comando aggiuntiva (lato forca), che permette al conducente di
poter scegliere liberamente da quale lato condurre il carrello.
I carrelli sono concepiti per essere utilizzati in magazzini con traslazione libera
e traslazione all’interno di corridoi guidati.

The Samag order picker trucks with raisable drive position, conceived for picking
operations (manual picking and deposit of goods from racks) inside industrial
buildings. Available with picking heights up to 9000 mm.
The graphic display fitted in the dashboard of the truck carries out a total checkup of the truck and makes truck use by the operator more simple.
Electric power steering for driving
Drive from both sides of the truck as series: on the inside of the driver’s cabin
an added drive position has been created ( fork side) that enables the operator to
choose as he likes what side of the truck to driver from.
These trucks are designed to be used in warehouses where both free travelling
and travelling inside corridors with guide racking are present.
