INSTALL THE KIT 909 5497000 & 9095495000 ONLY ON BA600SC AND RAZOR PLUS 24C AND THE KIT 9095496000 ONLY ON BA750SC AND RAZOR PLUS 28C
Prima di effettuare le varie operazioni procedere nel modo seguente:
- portare la macchina su un terreno pianeggiante
- portare l’ interruttore di avviamento in posizione OFF
Before installing the cylindrical deck, proceed with the following operations:
- drive the machine on level ground
- turn the ignition switch to the OFF position

Portare l’ interruttore di avviamento in posizione ON,
attendere che si alzi la testata e spegnere la macchina.
Scollegare le batterie rimuovendo il connettore “J”.

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, wait till the
deck is lifted then turn the ignition switch to the OFF
position.
Disconnect the batteries removing the connector "J".

Rimuovere il volantino “L” e sollevare i serbatoi.

Remove the handwheel “L” and lift the tanks.

Rimuovere le coppiglie “O” e il volantino “N”.

Assemblare l’antivibrante “D” con il suo dado “I”.

Assemble the vibration dumping “D” with its nut “I”.

the split pin “O” (Fig.6), the hose “P” (Fig.7)
and the connector “M” (Fig.5).

volantini, e assemblare il nuovo paraurti “B”.

Rimuovere le quattro viti “R”, quindi i tappi “S”.
(Fig.15).
Remove the four screws “R”, then the plugs “S”.

Assemblare i tasti “F” e “G” come mostrato in Fig. 16-17.
ATTENZIONE: connettere il connettore con il filo giallo “T” al
tasto rosso.
Assemble the push bottons “F” and “G” as shown in Fig. 16-17.
WARNING: connect the connector with the yellow cable “T”
with the red button.

Rimontare il pannello di controllo e verificare il corretto
funzionamento dei nuovi tasti; consultare il libretto di uso e
manutenzione.
Assemble the control panel and check the correct operation of
the new push button; consult the instruction manual of the
scrubber dryer.
