Articolo 01: Norme generali

Il Fun Learning Baby Parking è un centro di custodia oraria (C.C.O.) per bambini
di età compresa fra tredici mesi e sei anni avente funzioni educativo-ricreative
ed è strutturato per favorire il benessere psico fisico e le opportunità di
socializzazione dei bambini.
Gli ambienti e le attrezzature progettate per i piccoli ospiti, possono consentire
opportunità educative di socialità, di comunicazione e di attività, differenziate in
funzione delle diverse età e dei tempi trascorsi nel centro da ognuno di loro.
Il nostro personale qualificato proporrà giochi di gruppo, attività creative,
motorie, letture e drammatizzazioni in base alle esigenze e alle diverse età dei
bimbi presenti.
Tutti i giochi, gli arredi e le attrezzature utilizzate all’interno della struttura
garantiscono la salute e la sicurezza dei bambini.
Nella nostra struttura possiamo accogliere fino a quattordici bambini , che non
superino le cinque ore consecutive, come previsto dalla deliberazione della
Giunta Regionale del 16/04/2013 numero 31-5660.
Ogni piccolo ospite dovrà essere accompagnato e ripreso esclusivamente dai
genitori o da persone in possesso di delega e di documento di identità, previa
comunicazione al personale del Fun Learning.
Il comportamento dei bambini dovrà consentire alle educatrici di svolgere le
attività previste. E’ facoltà del gestore di interrompere l’erogazione del servizio,
previo colloquio con i genitori, in caso si ritenga di non poter mantenere tali
presupposti; in questo caso verrà restituito l’eventuale pagamento anticipato
già effettuato.
Il Fun Learning non risponde dello smarrimento di eventuali giochi portati da
casa.
Il Fun Learning non svolge il servizio mensa, ma i genitori possono dare ai
bambini una merendina, a loro piacere, che sarà consumata a metà mattina.
Articolo 02: Orario e calendario di apertura

Il Fun Learnig Baby Parking è aperto dal lunedì al sabato dalle 7,30 alle 14,30 e
osserverà il calendario delle scuole statali, ma su richiesta dei genitori sarà
possibile esercitare il servizio anche in periodi festivi.

Articolo 03: Iscrizione e criteri di accesso

L’attività del Fun Learning Baby Parking si rivolge a tutte quelle famiglie che
ritengono funzionale e valido il servizio proposto, ma per favorire una maggiore
continuità di frequenza, utile per conseguire gli obiettivi educativi previsti dal
progetto didattico, privilegeremo le iscrizioni provenienti dalle zone limitrofe e
cioè dalle circoscrizioni numero 7 – 8 – 9. In funzione del progetto di
bilinguismo (italiano-inglese) saremo anche lieti di favorire un clima
internazionale e multietnico, privilegiando eventuali iscrizioni di bambini
stranieri.

Prima di usufruire del servizio il genitore dovrà:
a) compilare il modulo di iscrizione
b) sottoscrivere il regolamento del Fun Learning Baby Parking
c) fornire fotocopia del libretto di vaccinazione o rilasciare dichiarazione che il
bimbo è stato regolarmente vaccinato e/o che non è affetto da malattie
contagiose clinicamente accertate
d) portare due fotografie recenti del bambino
e) versare la quota di iscrizione
f) prenotare il servizio almeno 24 ore prima, al fine di assicurarsi il posto e di
mettere la direzione nella condizione di organizzare al meglio la prestazione
richiesta
Articolo 04: Malattie

Il bambino non potrà accedere alla struttura in caso di febbre, diarrea con
scariche ripetute, vomito, sospetta congiuntivite, sospetta malattia infettiva,
Ove tali sintomi si manifestassero quando il bambino fosse già presente nella
struttura, avvertiremo immediatamente i genitori che dovranno provvedere, al
più presto, al ritiro del loro figlio.
Articolo 05: Accoglienza, ritiro e inserimento del bambino

Il bambino dovrà essere accompagnato all’interno dei locali dai genitori o da chi
ne è responsabile, per agevolarne il distacco. Nessuno può ritirare i bambini se
non autorizzato con delega scritta del firmatario dell’iscrizione corredata da un
documento d’identità. L’inserimento di ogni bambino dipenderà dal bambino
stesso e sarà deciso di comune accordo tra i genitori e lo staff del Fun Learning
Baby Parking. E’ richiesta la massima puntualità per il ritiro dei bambini.

Articolo 06: Effetti personali di ogni bambino

I genitori dovranno fornire:
a) un cambio completo (intimo ed esterno e due pannolini per chi ne fa uso)
b) un paio di calzini antiscivolo
N.B: si consiglia di vestire i bambini con abiti comodi e facilmente lavabili
I bambini che frequenteranno con una certa continuità disporranno di armadietti
situati all’ingresso della struttura; anche coloro che frequenteranno
sporadicamente potranno beneficiare, per quei giorni, di un armadietto, ma se
vorranno lasciare presso la nostra sede un cambio completo esso verrà
conservato nei ripiani del ripostiglio, rinchiuso in appositi sacchetti di plastica ,
igienizzati e disinfettati, altrimenti potranno riportarseli a casa ogni volta.
Articolo 07: Informazione dei genitori sulle attività svolte dai loro figli

Quotidianamente ogni educatore compilerà il resoconto individuale della
giornata trascorsa da ogni bambino. Tale documento verrà conservato per tutto
l’anno scolastico ed i genitori potranno averne copia su semplice richiesta.
Verranno organizzate almeno due riunioni assembleari annuali dei genitori dei
bambini iscritti: una ad ottobre per conoscere l’organizzazione, le attività e i
programmi del Fun Learning Baby Parking e una a maggio per fare una sintesi
critica dell’anno trascorso.
In queste riunioni verranno consegnate le schede per monitorare il grado di
soddisfazione del cliente, delle quali si allega una copia.
Articolo 08: Strumenti e procedure per assicurare la tutela degli utenti

Tutti i giochi, gli arredi, i materiali e le attrezzature utilizzate all’interno della
struttura garantiscono la salute e la sicurezza dei bambini in quanto dotati della
certificazione idonea. Tali certificazioni, se possibile, verranno esposte oppure
verranno mostrate su semplice richiesta di un genitore o di un funzionario
addetto al controllo della struttura.
Anche l’impianto elettrico gode della certificazione di sicurezza rilasciata dal
tecnico che lo ha eseguito.
Oltre a ciò la società Fun Learning è garantita da assicurazione di responsabilità
civile verso terzi, che copre i danni a/e del personale e degli iscritti durante le
attività da essi svolte, sia all’interno che all’esterno del Baby Parking, tale

Articolo 09: Forme e strumenti di raccordo con i servizi socio-sanitari del territorio,
con il
Comune e con la realtà delle circoscrizioni 7/8/9

Fra le realtà che verranno proposte ci sarà anche quella della lettura che
avverrà nel laboratorio teatrale, ma anche in collaborazione con la biblioteca
Gaiser e la libreria
Borgo Po, strutture solidamente inserite nella
realtà della nostra circoscrizione con le quali intendiamo stabilire relazioni di
collaborazione.
Il nostro progetto è stato anche comunicato ai responsabili della circoscrizione 9
ai quali abbiamo dichiarato il nostro interesse a collaborare con i progetti
educativi e di servizio che ritengano sia possibile cogestire. Dal punto di vista
sanitario rispetteremo ogni obbligo previsto per le scuole materne e asili nido in
merito alle vaccinazioni obbligatorie, alle malattie infettive o altro previsto dai
regolamenti comunali o nazionali. I genitori saranno tenuti a fornire tali
informazioni su semplice richiesta da parte della direzione.
Articolo 10: Strumenti per valutare il servizio da parte dei genitori

Il nostro intento è quello di creare un rapporto sinergico tra educatori, famiglie
e direzione, per questo abbiamo pensato di mettere a punto un questionario per
monitorare il grado di soddisfazione del cliente. Verrà proposto due volte l’anno
alle famiglie che in tal modo potranno contribuire in modo critico e costruttivo
allo sviluppo futuro della nostra struttura. (Si allega una copia del questionario)
All’ingresso del Fun Learning sarà posta una cassetta per ricevere le
osservazioni che i genitori vorranno fare.
Articolo 11: Costi

Il Fun Learning Baby Parking è accessibile in qualsiasi momento previo
pagamento del pacchetto azionario prescelto. Il costo per la frequenza
occasionale è di 7,50 euro all’ora. I pacchetti orari che si possono acquistare
sono i seguenti:
a) 10 ore

c) 40 ore 240,00 euro

I pacchetti orari vanno consumati entro due mesi. I fratelli beneficeranno di uno
sconto del 10% su ogni pacchetto orario, che però resterà nominativo.
La retta mensile per eventuali iscrizioni annuali ammonterà a 400,00 euro
mentre la quota di iscrizione sarà per tutti di 100,00 euro, comprensivi
dell’assicurazione e del contributo per il riscaldamento.
Articolo 12: Accettazione delle condizioni del regolamento

Il genitore con la firma del modulo dichiara di aver ricevuto copia del presente
regolamento e di accettarne le condizioni, nonché di autorizzare il trattamento
dei dati personali in conformità al D.L. 196/2003.

Regulation of FUN LEARNING BABY PARKING
Article 01: General rules
- The Fun Learning Baby Parking is a health care per hour (CCO) for children between
the ages of thirteen months and six years having educational and recreational
functions and is designed to promote physical and mental well-being and
opportunities for socialization of children.
- The premises and equipment designed for younger guests may allow educational
opportunities for social interaction, communication and activities, differentiated
according to the different ages and the time spent in the center of each of them.
- Our qualified staff will offer group games, creative activities, readings and
dramatizations based on the needs and the different ages of the children.
- All machines, fittings and equipment used in the building ensure the health and
safety of children.
- In our structure we can accommodate up to fourteen children, that do not exceed
five consecutive hours, as provided for by the decision of the Regional Council of
16.04.2013 number 31-5660.
- Each little guest will be accompanied and taken up exclusively by parents or persons
in possession of delegation and identity document, noticed before to the Fun
Learning staff.
- The behavior of children will enable teachers to carry out the planned activities. An
option of the owner is to discontinue the service, after an interview with the parents,
if the feeling is that the initial conditions can not be maintained; in this case we will
return the advance payment already done.
- The Fun Learning is not liable for loss of any games brought from home.
- The Fun Learning does not have the canteen, but parents can give children a snack,
at their pleasure, to be consumed by mid-morning.

Article 02: Times and opening periods
- The Fun Learnig Baby Parking is open Monday to Saturday from 7.30 to 14.30 and
observe the schedule of public schools, but at the request of the parents will be able
to exercise the service even during holiday periods.
Article 03: Registration and Access Policy
- The activities of the Learning Fun Baby Parking are open to all those families who
consider practical and good the service offered, but to encourage greater continuity of
frequency, which is useful for achieving the educational objectives laid down in the
educational project, we will privilege entries from the neighboring areas, districts 7- 8
- 9. Depending on the bilingual (Italian-English) project, we will also be happy to
promote a multi-ethnic and international environment, focusing on possible
enrollment of foreign children.
- Before you use the service the parent must:
a) complete the registration form
b) sign the Regulation of Fun Learning Baby Parking
c) provide a copy of the vaccination record or release a statement that the child has
been vaccinated regularly and / or who is not suffering from contagious diseases
clinically proven
d) to provide two recent photographs of the child
e) pay the registration fee
f) book at least 24 hours in advance in order to ensure the place and put the
leadership in a position to better organize the performance required

Article 04: Diseases
- The child shall not enter in the event of fever, diarrhea with repeated discharges,
vomiting, suspected conjunctivitis, suspected infectious disease, If these symptoms
manifest when the child is already present in the structure, we will immediately warn
parents that must come as soon as they can to withdraw their child.
Article 05: Welcome, withdrawal and insertion of the child
- The child must be accompanied by parents or someone who is responsible to
facilitate the detachment. No-one can pick up children unless authorized by written
proxy signed by the parents and accompanied by a valid ID. The inclusion of each
child depends on the child and the same will be decided by mutual agreement
between the parents and the staff of the Learning Fun Baby Parking. Punctuality is
asked for the withdrawal of children.
Article 06: Personal belongings of each child
- Parents will need to provide:
a) a complete change (underwear and clothes, and two diapers for those who use
them)
b) a pair of antislip socks
NOTE: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes
Children who attend with a certain continuity will have lockers located at the entrance
of the structure; even those who attend sporadically will benefit, for those days, a
cabinet, but if you want to leave at our baby parking a complete change, it will be
stored in the closet, locked up in special plastic bags, sanitized and disinfected,
otherwise you can take them home everyday.

Article 07: Information for parents on the activities of their children
- Every day, every educator will fill the individual account of the day for each child.
This document will be maintained throughout the school year and parents will have a
copy on request.
- At least two annual meetings will be organized with the parents of the enrolled
children: one in October to learn about the organization, the activities and programs
of the Learning Fun Baby Parking and one in May to make a critical summary of the
past year.
In these meetings will be given cards to monitor the degree of the satisfaction of the
customer, of which a copy is attached.
Article 08: Tools and procedures to ensure the protection of users
- All the games, furniture, materials and equipment used in the building ensure the
health and safety of the children since they have the proper certification. These
certifications, if possible, will be exposed or will be shown on request to a parent or a
control officer of the structure.
- Even the electrical system has safety certification issued by the technician who ran
it.
- In addition, the company Fun Learning is provided by third-party liability insurance,
which covers damage to / and staff and members during the activities carried out by
those both inside and outside of the Baby Parking, such Unipol LIABILITY insurance

Article 09: Forms and means of bringing together the social and health services of the
territory, with the Municipality and the reality of divisions 7/8/9
- Among the proposed activities, there will also be a reading workshop which will take
place in the theater workshop, but also in collaboration with the library Gaiser and the
bookshop Borgo Po, structures firmly inserted into the reality of our constituency with
which we intend to establish collaborative links.
- Our project has also been communicated to the responsible district 9 in which we

consider possible to co-manage. From the point of view of health, we will honor all
obligations provided for kindergartens and nursery schools in relation to mandatory
vaccinations, infectious diseases or other required local or national regulations.
Parents will be required to provide such information on request by the management.
Article 10: Tools to evaluate the service by parents
- Our aim is to create a synergistic relationship between educators, families and
direction, so we have decided to develop a questionnaire to monitor the degree of
customer satisfaction. It will be offered twice a year to families and they will be able
to critically and constructively contribute to the future development of our structure.
At the entrance of Fun Learning you will be find a box to receive the comments that
parents want to do.
Article 11: Costs
- The Fun Learning Baby Parking is available at any time upon payment of the shares
chosen. The cost for the occasional frequency is 7.50 Euros per hour.
The packages that you can buy are:
a) 10 hours 70,00 € (7.00 € / hour)
b) 20 hours 130,00 € (6.50 € / hour)
c) 40 hours 240,00 € (6.00 € / hour)
d) 50 hours 275,00 € (5.50 € / hour)
e) 100 hours 450,00 € (4.50 € / hour)
The packages should be consumed within two months. Brothers or sisters will receive
a discount of 10% on each package , but it will remain .
The monthly fee for any registration during the year will amount to EUR 400.00 and
the inscription fee will be for all of 100,00 euro, including insurance and contribution
for the heating.

Article 12: Acceptance of terms of Regulation
- The parent, signing the form, states that he has received a copy of this regulation
