market. Design and technology combine into a unique machine, allowing to achieve energy savings as high as 60%!* The innovative
insulating bowl, exclusively manufactured by SPM Drink Systems,
the electronic control system and the LED-based cold lighting provide a unique work tool.
I-TANK™: it minimises the influence of external temperature, increases the cooling power and enhances product consistency;it
also reduces condensation and water dripping on the bowl’s outer
walls, thus enhancing the product attractiveness, even thanks to
the LED-based cold lighting.
Electronic control system and capacitive touch screen keypad: automatic/manual operation, weekly machine programming
function, energy saving, automatic preservation function – the machine can tell when the product has achieved the right consistency.
