a tre generazioni il Teatro della
Tosse presta una particolare
attenzione ai piccoli spettatori e
trasmette loro la specialissima magia del
palcoscenico. Quest’anno Il teatro di
Stradone Sant’Agostino, nel cuore più
antico di Genova, prevede un nuovo
spazio allestito nel foyer con giochi, animazioni, libri, bar e area internet, per
trascorrere momenti piacevoli prima e
dopo l’ingresso in sala, più un progetto
di educazione ambientale con laboratori
sull’arte del riciclo e del riuso che precedono ogni domenica lo spettacolo vero
e proprio. In cartellone, pomeriggi musicali, teatro d’attore e di figura, fiabe
classiche e testi recenti dedicati all’ambiente. Come il pluripremiato “Tra le
nuvole” (dai 5 anni in su), di Teatro
Verde-Teatri Comunicanti, in scena il 17
gennaio alle ore 16, una storia fantastica che racconta il più grande trasloco
mai avvenuto: quello dell’intero genere
umano, che dopo avere avvelenato la
terra si deve trasferire in cielo, tra le
nuvole, dove l’aria è ancora respirabile.
Lo spettacolo è preceduto alle 15 dal
laboratorio “Il canto dell’acqua” con
Valentina Albino.
La favola di Hans Christian Andersen “Il
vestito nuovo dell’imperatore” diventa
domenica 10 sempre alle 16 un’operina
musicale dedicata alla vanità, con
musica dal vivo in collaborazione con la
Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice; il
libretto è di Gianni Rosari e la regia di
Enrico Campanati. Alle 15, laboratorio di
Pietro Fabbri “La filastrocca di bocca in
bocca”.
Il 24 sarà la volta delle “Piccole fiabe
italiane” di Maurizio Bercini, precedute

Music, plays and workshops
at the Tosse Theatre
or three generation the Tosse Theatre
has been paying particular attention to
its younger viewers, trying to convey to
them the very special magic of the stage. This
year, the Stradone Sant’Agostino theatre, set
in the heart of old Genoa, will be offering in
its foyer a wide selection of entertainment
options such as games, animation, books, a
bar and an internet point to enable children
to have fun before and after the show.
Moreover an environment educational
project with special workshops on recycling
and re-using skills will be held every Sunday
before the start of the main show. Amongst
the scheduled events there will be afternoon
music shows, actor and figure theatre shows,
classic fairytales and more recent texts
dedicated to environment. Like the widely
acclaimed “Tra le nuvole” (Among the clouds),
a fantasy story, targeted to children aged 5
and over, about the biggest move ever
performed: the one involving the entire
human race, that after poisoning the earth
has to go and live in the sky, among the
clouds, where the air is still breathable. The
play will be staged on 17th January at 16.00,
at the Teatro Verde-Teatri Comunicanti and
will be preceded by the workshop “Il canto
dell’acqua” (the water’s chant) with Valetina
Albino scheduled for 15.00.
Hans Christian Andersen’s story “The
Emperor’s new suit” is being revisited on
Sunday 10th again at 16.00 into a small
musical opera on vanity accompanied by live
music. The show, organised in partnership
with the Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice, is
directed by Enrico Campanati with libretto by
Gianni Rosari. At 15.00, a workshop by Pietro
Fabbri “ La filastrocca di bocca in bocca”
(Nursery rhyme by word of mouth).
On 24th January it will be Maurizio Bercini’s

dal laboratorio “C’era una volta un’ombra” con Antonio Tancredi: due
raccontatori di italianità snocciolano le
loro storie all’interno della scenografia
di un’Italia in miniatura. Perché, come
diceva Calvino, “le fiabe sono vere e
sono, prese tutte insieme, nella loro
sempre ripetuta e sempre varia casistica
di vicende umane, una spiegazione
generale della vita”.
Mentre un altro personaggio ormai celebre nel mondo intero, la “Pippi
Calzelunghe” di Astrid Lindgren, calcherà il palcoscenico della Sala Trionfo
– dove si tiene tutta la stagione per
bambini – il 31 nella riduzione di Pino
Costalunga e Marinella Rolfart per spettatori dai 3 anni. Preceduta dal
laboratorio sonoro di Marika Pellegrini,
che insegnerà a costruire sonagli colorati con piccoli oggetti quotidiani.
Dopo ogni spettacolo, i bambini sono
anche invitati ad eseguire un disegno ad
esso ispirato e a inviarlo alla Fondazione
Luzzati Teatro della Tosse (in piazza R.
Negri 6/2, 16123 Genova oppure via
mail a disegni.tosse@ gmail.com) per
partecipare al concorso che premierà i
tre elaborati più belli con un abbonamento per la prossima stagione.

turn with his show “Piccole fiabe italiane”
(Small Italian fairy tales) preceded by the
workshop “C’era una volta un’ombra” (Once
upon a time a shadow) with Antonio
Tancredi: these two expert tellers of the
Italian spirit will present their stories in a
special setting, the Miniature Italy. In fact, as
Calvino would put it “fairy tales are real and,
taken all together in their varied and
colourful array of human vicissitudes, provide
a real explanation of life”.
Another character that has become famous
throughout the world, the acclaimed “Pippi
long stockings” by Astrid Lingden, will hit the
stage of Sala Trionfo – where the whole
Children repertoire takes place – on 31st
January in a revisitation of the story by Pino
Costalunga and Marinella Rolfart specifically
suited to children aged 3 onwards. Prior to
the show, a sound workshop by Marika
Pellegrini, who will teach children how to
build colourful rattles with small everyday
objects.
After each show, children will be invited to
make a drawing of the stories experienced
and then send it to the Fondazione Luzzati
Tosse Theatre (by post - piazza R. Negri 6/2,

gmail.com) to take part in the competition
which will award the authors of the best
three creations with a subscription to the
next theatre season.

propone domenica 17 alle 16
“Navicella Midollo 13: missione
corpo umano”, con due
extraterrestri che giungono sul
pianeta terra per studiare i nostri
corpi, dai 6 anni in su, e “Red”, il
24 alle 16, una rilettura della
favola di Cappuccetto Rosso in
versione lezione d’inglese.
Al Teatro dei Cappuccini di Via
Bertani sono di scena i burattini
del Teatro del Corvo, che racconta
“La molto horibile istoria” il 17 alle
15 e ancora alle 17.

will also have the opportunity to
see the show “Bubu settete.

Modena di Sampierdarena Theatre
on Saturday 16th at 16.00,
suitable for children aged 5 and
over. Also on 16th January at
20.30, the Teatri Soffiati di Trento
group will perform at the Goci di
Bolzaneto Theatre with “Moon
Amour”: two children sharing the
sad experience of having
separated parents discover the joy
of being true friends. On Sunday
17th January at 16.00 the Ortica
Theatre at Via Allende proposes
“Navicella Midollo 13: missione
corpo umano” (Spaceship Medulla
18, mission human body)
featuring two extra-terrestrial
creatures landing on earth to
explore and study our bodies, for
children aged 6 and over. The
same theatre will also stage on
24th January at 16.00 a show
called “RED”, a reinterpretation of
the fairy tale Little Red Riding
Hood designed for teaching
English to children aged 5 to 8.
And finally on 17th January at
15.00 and then again at 17.00 the
puppets from the Teatro del Corvo
will be on stage at the Teatro dei
Cappuccini of via Bertani with “La
molto horrible historia”.
