COMBINATORE TELEFONICO PSTN
Tre i Systems, dopo anni di esperienza, ha sviluppato questo nuovo combinatore PSTN di facile utilizzo. Questo combinatore telefonico utilizza un
singolo ingresso di allarme e può inviare un messaggio vocale della durata
di 20 sec. a 4 numeri memorizzati.

Prima di procedere a qualsiasi altra operazione è necessario verificare le impostazioni selezionabili attraverso 3 distinti jumper posti all’interno del combinatore SINTEL 1.
La combinazione dei jumper impostata in fabbrica permette l’utilizzo di chiamate a
toni (J1=1-2) e presuppone un contatto N.C. (J2=1-2, J3=1-2) per l’attivazione
dell’allarme (vedi Fig. 1).

2.5 To play back the memorized voice message
After entering into programming mode press “C” (digit 3) follow
by (play, digit 2).
The display will show “P” (Play) and you will hear the playback
of the memorized message.
2.6 Password change
After entering into program mode, the display will show: “5”.
Press“P” followed by the new password of max. 6 figures followed
by “ENTER”

1.1 Collegamenti elettrici dei cavi forniti
Collegare +12V al filo Rosso.
Collegare la massa al filo Nero.
L’ingresso d’allarme è posto sui fili Verde e Giallo.
The SINTEL-1 has 2 different alarm trigger configurations. Before setting
these configurations, however, you must enter the programming mode.
Press key 5 + 0 + Enter: When the dialler is trigger, it will go through 3 full
trigger cycles. Tel. numbers + message.
Press key 5 + 1 + Enter: When the dialler is triggered, the dialler will transmit only 1 alarm trigger cycle.
2.8 To stop an alarm cycle
When the dialler receives an alarm trigger, it starts to call all
numbers memorized. During this phase display will show a
small square. To stop the dialler, all you must do is enter the
programmed password.
Tel. Line IN: Ingresso della linea telefonica.
Tel. Line OUT: Uscita linea telefonica per il collegamento al telefono.
Reset: Premere per 5 secondi, il combinatore cancella la memoria e reimposta la
password a 321. Il combinatore è pronto per una nuova programmazione.

Attention: When the alarm input is triggered, the display will show the
small square continuously. In this case you must stop the trigger alarm before inserting the password code.

2.1 Programming the telephone numbers
1.2 Selezione Toni/Impulsi
After entering the programming mode, press the key of the number you
wish to memorize (T1, T2, T3, T4), then digit the nuber to be memorized
followed by “Enter”.
Example: If you wish to memorize a number in T2 and the number is:
06123456789, Press T 2 0 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 followed by “ENTER”
The key “P” may be used to create a 2 second pause between numbers
dialled. This may be useful if the dialler is connected to a central exchange
system.
Example: If the dialler is connected to a central system and it is necessary
to dialler the 0 first, the number may be programmed like this:
T 2 0 P 0 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ENTER
“P” stand for a 2 sec.pause during the dialling process allowing time for the
dial tone to be present.
2.2 To visualize the memorized telephone numbers
After entering the programming mode press the control key (C) or
number “3”. The display will show a C.
Press “T1” ; “T2” ; “T3” or “T4”.
The Display will show the telephone number memorized.
Example: If you wish to check the tel. number memorized in the position T2.
Press control key “C” or numeber 3 followed by E2.

Per esempio: Se J2=2-3 e J3=1-2, giallo e verde devono essere N.A., in caso di
chiusura del contatto N.A. il combinatore telefonico va in allarme.
Attenzione: La disposizione impostata di fabbrica è Ingresso N.A. (vedi Fig.1).
2.0 Entrare in programmazione
Attraverso l’interfaccia di programmazione è possibile configurare o controllare i 4
numeri telefonici che devono essere chiamati dal combinatore telefonico.
E anche possibile registrare o riascoltare il messaggio vocale che verrà riprodotto in
caso di allarme; cambiare o visualizzare la password attualmente impostata.
In normale funzionamento il punto in basso del display lampeggia lentamente.
Per entrare in programmazione premere “P”, inserire la password programmata e
quindi premere il tasto “ENTER”.

2.1 Programmazione dei numeri telefonici
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione (rif. par. 2.0) premere il tasto corrispondente
alla memoria che si vuole utilizzare (T1, T2, T3, T4), inserire le cifre del numero telefonico da memorizzare e premere “Enter”.
Esempio: Si vuole inserire in posizione T2 il numero 06123456789

Il tasto P può essere utilizzato per comporre una pausa di 2 secondi. Ciò può risultare utile nel caso in cui il combinatore venga collegato ad un centralino telefonico.
Esempio: Presupponendo che per utilizzare la linea telefonica attraverso il centralino
sia necessario comporre lo 0, si può programmare questo numero:

In questo caso il combinatore telefonico compone lo 0, quindi attende 2 secondi e
poi compone il numero telefonico 06123456789.
2.2 Verificare i numeri telefonici immessi
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione premere “C” (Controllo posto sul 3).
Il display mostra una C.
Premere “T1” o “T2” o “T3” o “T4” per verificare il numero memorizzato.
Esempio: Se si vuole controllare il numero telefonico immesso in posizione T2, premere C T2.
2.3 Verificare la password attualmente impostata
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione premere “C” (tasto 3).
Per visualizzare la password premere “P”, in sequenza appariranno le cifre che compongono il codice di accesso.
2.4 Memorizzare il messaggio vocale
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione premere (Rec. tasto 1).
Registrare il messaggio della durata di 20 sec.
E’ importante assicurarsi che non vi siano forti rumori ambientali che possano
disturbare la registrazione.

For example: If J2 is positioned on 2-3 and J3 on 1-2, the green and the
yellow wires are N.O.. If this N.O. output is closed, an alarm trigger will take
place.
Attention: The unit is factory set with N.O. Input .
2.0 Entering programming mode
Once you have entered into programming mode, it is possibile to memorize
and visualize the 4 telephone numbers that the dialler must call in case of
an alarm trigger; to record and listen to a 20 second voice message that will
be transmitted to the 4 telephone numbers memorized and change and visualize the password memorized.
To enter into programming mode press the “P” key, then digit the programmed password followed by “ENTER”.
Example: The factory programmed password is 321 therefore to
enter into the programming mode you must digit. P 321 ENTER.
If the password entered is correct, after a few seconds the display
will show “5”.
If an incorrect password is entered, the display shows “E” (Error).

Before installing this dialler, it is necessary to check the position of the jumpers J1-J2-J3. Today 95% of all telephone systems function as TOUCH
TONE. For this reason the dialler is already factory set to be used with the
touch tone dialling system and no changes must be made on the jumpers.
Therefore (J1=1-2) is set for tone dialling (J2=1-2, J3=1-2) are set for
N.C.alarm trigger. To change see below.

2.5 Riprodurre il messaggio vocale memorizzato
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione premere “C” (tasto 3).
Premere (play, tasto 2).
Il display indica “P” (Play); il combinatore riproduce il messaggio vocale
precedentemente memorizzato.
2.6 Cambiare la password
Dopo essere entrati in programmazione: il display visualizza “5”.

Digitare la nuova password che può essere composta da un massimo
di 6 caratteri e quindi premere “ENTER”.
Esempio: Si vuole memorizzare la nuova password “123456”

2.7 Scelta del tipo di allarme

Il SINTEL 1 può essere configurato in 2 modi differenti; ricordiamo che prima di procedere alla configurazione del comportamento in allarme è necessario entrare in
programmazione.

A) Premere 5 0 Enter: Ricevuto un allarme il combinatore effettua tre cicli di chiamate da T1 a T4.
Red wire

B) Premere 5 1 Enter: Ricevuto un allarme il combinatore effettua un solo ciclo di
chiamate da T1 a T4

Connect +12V to Red wire.
Connect ground to Black wire.
Alarm trigger Green and Yellow wire.
Ricevuto un allarme il combinatore inizia a chiamare i numeri telefonici
memorizzati. Durante questa fase sul display viene mostrato un
quadratino.
Tel. Line IN: This is the input for the PSTN telephone line.
Tel. Line OUT: This is the output to a normal telephone.
Reset: By pressing the reset button for 5 seconds, the Sintel-1 dialler is totally reset. This means that all that has been memorized is cancelled and
the factory programmed password (321) is again present. The dialler is now
ready to be programmed once again.

Per fermare il combinatore è sufficiente inserire la password memorizzata.
Attenzione: Se la condizione d’allarme persiste, sul display continuerà ad essere visualizzato il quadratino in alto.

friendly PSTN automatic Telephone dialler. This dialler has one trigger input
and can send a 20 sec. Voice message to 4 memorie telephone numbers.
