Sl4YfH mod. P is an AUTOMATIC INSERTING AND
CROSS FOLDING SYSTEM. It comes equipped with an
AUTOMATICor HAND FEEDINGstation of flat sheets and a
CROSSKNIFE to fold the inserted sheets by means of its
vertical movementfrom bottom to toD.
The signature is transferred to the Indexing System
(patented) composed by two pneumaticallydriven plates
that presses the signature spine again before being
transferred
to the saddlestitchingmachine.
Il modulo SMYTH mod. P è un sistemadi ACCUMULOE
PIEGA AUTOMATICO. Si compone di una stazione ad
alimentazione automatica/manuale
dei fogli stesi e da un
COLTELLO INCROCIATO che, mediante un movimento
verticale dal basso verso l'alto, piega i fogli preventivamente
soprapposti
nellastazionedi accumulo.
La segnatura piegata mediante il coltello viene trasferik
all'interno di due Diastre contraoDoste comandate
pneumaticamente ed
utilizzate per pressare e ribadire
ulteriormente la piega. Successivamentela segnatura viene
trasferitadalle stessepiastresulla "sella fissa" della cucitricea
Duntometallico,
