identità e il nostro modo di guardare

and without prior notice with the purpose to improve

ORDINI / Orders
Gli ordini da chiunque assunti, sono sempre
subordinati all’accettazione della sede.
Orders are subjected to the approval by our Company.
RESA DELLA MERCE / Delivery terms
Le spedizioni di merce con porto “franco destino” sono
per ordini superiori a Euro 500,00 (netto). Per importi
inferiori sarà addebitato in fattura un contributo spese
di 20,00 Euro.
The goods are sold under EXW basis except when
differently agreed.
CONSEGNE / Deliveries
La consegna è prevista in 3-4 settimane dalla conferma
dell’ordine. Eventuali ritardi saranno comunicati
tempestivamente e non daranno diritto a risarcimento o
annullamento di ordini.
Delivery will be in 3-4 weeks from order confirmation.
Possible delays will be promptly communicated and
don’t give the right to ask for reimbursement or order
cancellation.

RECLAMI / Claims
Verso Srl garantisce i prodotti inclusi nel presente
catalogo per vizi e/o difetti di qualità e/o fabbricazione
per un periodo di almeno 2 anni (salvo diversamente
specificato). Da questa garanzia sono esclusi un
uso eccessivo ed improprio delle sedute, abusi o
maltrattamenti del prodotto. Reclami per difetti di
fabbricazione devono essere comunicati, per iscritto,
entro 8 gg. dal ricevimento della merce. Vi preghiamo
di controllare allo scarico le condizioni dell’imballo e
segnalare eventuali anomalie sulla bolla di consegna
che sarà restituita firmata al vettore. L’autorizzazione
al reso dovrà essere comunicata in forma scritta dalla
Verso Srl dopo averne accertato la responsabilità. Anche
in caso di reclamo validamente proposto l’acquirente
non può ritardare o sospendere i pagamenti alle
rispettive scadenze. Il Cliente decade dalla garanzia se
non è puntuale nel pagamento convenuto.
Any product included in this catalogue has a two-year
warranty that covers all quality and manufacturing
defects. If not differently communicated by the buyer
when ordering the goods, all items will be produced
by the manufacturer following the laws and technical
standards which apply in its own country. Verso
Srl declines any responsibility for damages due to
an improper use of the product either by the buyer
or final user. Claims for production defects must be
communicated in written form and not later than the
legal deadline (8 days from the goods receipt). Please
kindly check the status of the packages after unloading
and please note down any discrepancy and damage on
the delivery note that will be returned to the driver.
Goods may be returned only upon prior consent and
freight forward. In case of claim the customer can not
stop payments or postpone them. Goods will not be
covered by warranty in case of unpaid invoices.
PREZZI / Prices
I prezzi sono indicati in Euro e si intendono al netto di
Iva. I prezzi sono modificabili in qualsiasi momento in
base alle oscillazioni del costo delle materie prime con
preavviso di 30 gg.
All prices indicated are ment in Euro currency and they
do not include the VAT. Prices can be modified with a
prior notice of 30 days because of sudden increase of raw
materials.
PAGAMENTI / Payments
Sono riconosciuti validi e liberatori soltanto se effettuati
alla nostra Sede direttamente o tramite Istituti Bancari.
Nel caso di ritardato pagamento decorreranno gli
interessi di mora al tasso bancario in vigore più tre
punti. La vendita non sarà perfetta fino a quando il
Compratore non abbia effettuato il pagamento totale del
prezzo e quindi fino a tale epoca, i materiali resteranno
di esclusiva proprietà della Venditrice. La Verso Srl si
riserva la facoltà di annullare o sospendere gli ordini in
corso in caso di eventuali mancati pagamenti.
Payments are considered valid if effected directly to our
Company or our Bank. In default of payment Verso Srl
will charge the amount of the interests to the client at the
bank rate plus 3 points. The sale will not be valid until
the Buyer pays the total amount of the order. So until
that moment the goods remain property of the Seller.
Verso Srl keeps the right to cancel the order in progress.
FORO COMPETENTE / Competent Court
Per qualsiasi controversia é esclusivamente
competente il foro di Udine.
In case of any kind of dispute, the Court of Udine is
exclusively competent and it will be always the same,
even if payment is not be effected.
